Delicious sandwiches and truly excellent ingredients. The vegetarian sandwich (they also have a vegan option) with a homemade burger made with seasonal vegetables is also very good!

I can honestly say it's the best burger I've ever had. Artisan bread, crispy burger patty, and divine sauces. If you want a good burger, I highly recommend Bauzanum 77!

27/08/2025: We ate wonderfully: tagliatelle with venison ragù, tagliatelle with fir pesto, and out-of-this-world porcini dumplings! Compliments to the chef and the service. Highly recommended!
