21/10/2025: My boyfriend and I go there at least once a week. The staff is always friendly and the food is excellent. The chicken satai is my absolute favorite!

01/11/2025: The restaurant was almost empty on the afternoon of November 1st, yet we were asked to sit next to the kitchen and weren't given a seat with a window view. The service was also quite unfriendly. We left.

24/10/2025: Very nice café/restaurant. Friendly service, great food. Excellent value for money. And from the outdoor seating area, a fantastic view of the Trauttmansdorff Gardens.

18/10/2025: We had an overnight stay. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Because of our dog, we had breakfast outside the dining room. Unfortunately, it was a bit uncomfortable. But we managed it ourselves as best we could. Otherwise, we felt very comfortable. Nice room and friendly service.

20/10/2025: In addition to high-quality baked goods, there are all kinds of everyday groceries. The deli counter is noteworthy, featuring, for example, bacon ham from Speck Huber, which is wonderfully thinly sliced.

26/07/2025: Questo grande ristorante nel centro di Merano - 'gemello' di quello di Bolzano - è sempre frequentatissimo e pieno nonostante sia davvero enorme (buon segno!). Qui si possono fare semplici spuntini freddi (classici taglieri) o pranzi e cene più 'strutturati'. Nel menù non troverete distinzioni fra primi e secondi piatti, più che altro perché tutti valgono in genere come piatti unici. I canederli, per esempio sono tre e davvero molot, molto grandi. Fra gli altri piatti ci sono stinco, rosticciata, il piatto forst (con costine, salsiccia, stinco, patate e canederli).

26/07/2025: Bel posticino in stile Hofbrauhaus dove è possibile gustare dei buoni piatti rispettando la tradizione, e bere una buona birra.

27/01/2026: This is not an all-you-can-eat restaurant. Unfortunately, you aren't informed before ordering that you're limited to a maximum of six mini-dishes. Anyone who has previously visited similar restaurants with a digital ordering system and paid around €17 will assume it's all-you-can-eat and the number of dishes is unlimited. This isn't the case. Had I known this, I wouldn't have ordered soup. As it was, I left the table hungry after six tiny bites. An appetizer for around €17 – that's all it is, unfortunately. Quite disappointing. Regarding the food: I ordered edamame, which arrived cold and soggy. The sushi is rolled far too loosely, so it falls apart when you try to pick it up with chopsticks. If you like your (necessarily ordered separately) chicken served at the same time as your noodles or rice, this isn't the place for you. There was a ten-minute gap between my side dish and main course, so the pasta was completely cold by the time the meat arrived. The staff only speaks Italian—no German or English. This certainly doesn't make communication easy. All in all, not recommended. Neither the food nor the price is good. Better to invest a few euros more and save yourself the hassle.

18/01/2026: Nice restaurant, but very chaotic and packed with people. It's not fair to call it an all-you-can-eat. I wouldn't say we had a bad meal, but it's not a place I'd return to. As a fan of this type of cuisine, I have to say that some of the menu choices were very good, but others were rather disappointing. Skip the spring rolls and tempura... I didn't find the quality/price ratio reasonable. Parking was difficult to find. I wouldn't recommend it.

02/01/2026: Stressed staff, the bar's interior is very outdated and has an unpleasant smell; best not to go there with children. The coffee tastes awful because it still had remnants from yesterday on it. If there were less than one star, I would have given it.

27/08/2025: The Zirmtal Alm is picturesquely situated in the mountains. The path to the hut is extremely attractive and easy to walk. Near the hut, you'll find a pretty little lake that invites you to linger.

13/08/2025: Very nice place, beautiful alpine pasture. The food (dumplings) was average; it's better at other alpine pastures.

20/02/2026: Very good pizza, I ordered a capricciosa and I found it to be a dream instead of pizza, the dough is neither hard nor soft, fantastic, I will go back, I recommend it to all pizza lovers

19/02/2026: My son and I went to this place for the first time at noon, attracted by the sign advertising arancini and panzerotti. In a place that wasn't exactly crowded, we were immediately greeted with a rude, "Have you decided?!" as if we'd been procrastinating for half an hour. I replied that we were "ready there." My son asked for an arancini. I was told they didn't have any, as if I'd asked for a Chinese dish or a portion of chestnuts. At that point, we both settled on the panzerotti. Still rather rudely, showing little desire to please the customer, I was told that a panzerotto is about 30cm long, almost as if to discourage the request. I said it was fine, as was the 10-15 minutes it took to prepare them. I asked for a "simple" one (tomato and mozzarella) and a more elaborate one. I asked what the filling options were. The counter cook's annoyance grows even more pronounced. At that point, I lose my patience and ask why my simple request was causing such annoyance: I wasn't born in "panzerottoland" and I'm not an expert in the field. The counter cook completely freaks out. We pack up and go eat elsewhere; there's certainly no shortage of competition. However, you don't have to have attended a hotel school to understand that treating customers badly and blowing up like that in front of other customers isn't a good form of publicity. The basics of the job are simply missing.

06/11/2025: Food was very good. Staff were well-organized, very friendly and attentive.

10/10/2025: We arrived here by chance in our RV because Brixen was completely full of parked cars. They allowed us to park our vehicle in the courtyard and stay there even after we'd had a coffee and eaten a truly delicious buchetta. We wanted to do some shopping and take a short hike. A nice gesture that certainly reflects the hotel's philosophy.

27/01/2026: The place is small, but you can always find a table. The pizzas are very good, and the price is fair, not excessive like many pizzerias these days. You pay a cover charge, but at least the napkins are nice and sturdy.

23/01/2026: I had an excellent tuna pizza. The service was very friendly, and I noticed only a few tables, unless they had another room that I didn't see. The lady at the counter where you pay was very friendly and kind. The pizza arrived quickly, and the prices were fair, as they should be.

12/01/2026: The food and atmosphere are very fine and good.

30/09/2025: €14 for a takeaway tuna pizza, I came to pick it up myself. For this price, you can get better.

04/10/2025: A rustic restaurant under new management. The best coffee in Tramin (100% Arabica)! A pool table, darts, and table football for a small fee invite you to linger. Very friendly staff and reasonable prices. A convivial atmosphere beneath old wall frescoes. A Tramin institution!
