Castel Latemar In Nova levante

Our stay at Hotel Castel Latemar was excellent from start to finish. We would especially like to highlight the extraordinary kindness and professionalism of the entire staff, who made us feel welcome at all times. They were always attentive to our needs, with a warm, friendly, and highly helpful attitude. The quality of the food deserves special recognition. Both breakfast and dinner were outstanding, featuring well-prepared dishes, high-quality ingredients, and a great variety of options. Every meal was a delightful experience that made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, the hotel's service was impeccable. The facilities are very well maintained, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the attention to detail is evident in every aspect of the stay. We highly recommend Hotel Castel Latemar to anyone visiting the Lago di Carezza area who is looking for comfort, excellent cuisine, and outstanding hospitality. A charming hotel with a charming appearance, immersed in a suggestive landscape, initially chosen for its location at the center of our motorcycle itinerary, it turned out to be even more pleasant than expected, with welcoming and kind staff, excellent breakfast and also the restaurant, perhaps the room was not generous in terms of space (but it depends more on one's habits) on the other hand even from the balcony there was a beautiful view, thanks to the waiter, even if very busy on Sunday evening he was always kind and friendly as on other evenings 👍

Avoid the room 325, it has a stair ramp in the roof, making the room very uncomfortable. In general very quiet place and very good service. Food is ok

An average hotel; the room we were given was small, and with our luggage, we didn't have much space. The location was very good, and the breakfast was plentiful and varied.

Historic venue in the area, strategic location and large availability of space

Excellent location, a bit dated, but therefore not too expensive.

The hotel truly resembles a castle: large common areas and underground passages. It could use a major general modernization and greater attention to detail. The rooms are a bit small, only partially modernized. The breakfast is standard, as is found everywhere: it could use more local touches that reflect the area. The staff is friendly, especially at reception. Being able to ski directly from the hotel is fantastic.

Hotel Castel Latemar is a 3-star hotel with a distinctive architectural structure, located near the Hubertus slope, which can be accessed directly from the back of the hotel. Breakfast is good, with a decent variety of products. Dinner is equally good, with a choice of menus from evening to evening. Access to the ski and boot storage is included in the booking. Covered parking is available upon reservation for €10 per day. There is a sauna in the basement.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights with my family and was truly impressed. The staff was extremely friendly. The room was spacious and extremely quiet. The breakfast deserves a special mention: a wide selection, fresh products, and a very welcoming atmosphere. The location is ideal for those who want to ski, with DIRECT access to the slopes. It's truly wonderful to step out of the hotel and put on your skis. Furthermore, the hotel offers really useful services such as fast Wi-Fi, parking, and a small relaxation area. In conclusion, a perfect stay in every way. I would recommend it without hesitation to anyone looking for a pleasant and carefree holiday!
