31/03/2024: This is THE restaurant, no ifs or buts. Too bad we didn't try the steaks, which they say is their specialty, but maybe it could be a good excuse to return. The restaurant is gorgeous, the perfect combination of elegant and rustic, perfect lights; the staff are extremely welcoming, friendly and cordial; the kitchen, but what am I telling you to do? If you pass through Montefalco you absolutely must eat here.

11/05/2024: Magnificent place in the greenery and with views of the valley, less than 1km from Porta Nova, one of the entrances to Assisi. The staff and management take great care of their customers; the perfect restaurant after walking all day. The SPA is one of the assets of this establishment. I recommend it for a stay in Assisi.

05/04/2024: We have often been guests at the Vannucci hotel and already knew the restaurant. Passing through Città della Pieve, we decided to have dinner. Elegant environment, excellent wine list, impeccable service and excellent raw materials. All dishes skillfully prepared by chef Vito, between Umbrian tradition and original innovation. Prices in line with the quality of the dishes.

03/04/2024: I am very sorry to have to leave a negative review, as I have ordered pizza here on several other occasions, and the product is good. I ordered 6 pizzas over the phone, the bill was 42 euros plus shipping cost (2.50), the lady on the line told me that there would be a free pizza with that order, to which I proposed a change, if instead of the free pizza, it would have been possible to add a portion of chips, the lady on the phone tells me that there is no problem, The pizzas arrived and the bill was 51 euros in total, they charged me not one, but two portions of chips. I don't think it was intentional, but I had friends over for dinner, and it was uncomfortable. Sin

23/03/2024: Ho cenato al ristorante della struttura un sabato sera, scoperto per caso grazie all app. Prenotato con solo mezz'ora di anticipo senza problemi. Location molto bella (solo la strada per raggiungerlo non bellissima ma ci sta). Personale cordiale e gentile, piatti buonissimi, soprattutto il risotto per il.quale mi sono sentito di dover fare i complimenti alla cucina. Prezzo giusto per la qualità di menù e servizio. Consigliato!

16/03/2024: Die Strassen, die zum Ripa Relais Colle del Sole führen, sind etwas heruntergekommen, aber die Anlage per se ist dann sehr einladend und elegant. Wir waren auf der Durchfahrt und haben das ausgezeichnete Essen und den sehr zuvorkommenden Service äusserst genossen! Einzig, im Restaurant war etwas kalt. Trotzdem ist für uns das Ripa Relais Colle Del Sole immer einen Umweg wert!

02/04/2024: Great and friendly service A bit disappointed by the food. For example the fettuccine al tartuffo were actually with tartuffata which is a mix of truffle and mushroom instead of just truffle. It was still very tasty but should have been mentioned. Dessert was delicious

07/04/2024: The restaurant was in a more quiet street which we really enjoyed. The staff was really nice and the food was amazing. We got their gnocchi which were great and the mixed grilled meat (veal,pork ribs and sausages, chicken). They also have off the menu plates which sounded really appetising.

30/01/2024: Pizza inqualificabile …….prezzi non adeguati alla qualità. Mancanza dello scontrino nonostante pagamento pos tanto per non capire i prezzi applicati. Secondo i miei conti il coperto è di 3 euro.

Everything was excellent, from the service (with a professional waitress and a friendly and affable owner), a nice restaurant-like setting, and above all, amazing typical dishes, with an excellent wine, compliments to the cook (who is the mother of the holder)

28/03/2024: First visit to Gubbio, from Ravenna and Romagna, amazed by the flavor of Gubbio's cappelletti, I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the food.. Meatballs, chicken, lasagna, all too good. We decided to stay an extra half day just to enjoy the cuisine of the Gubbio gastronomy. Congratulations, splendid demonstration of generosity and care towards the customer.
