07/10/2025: Beautiful property surrounded by greenery, the cuisine is exceptional, the local products are uniquely delicious, and the owners make you feel at home. I absolutely recommend it if you come to Umbria.

03/10/2025: If the first thing you're asked after greeting is, "Would you like something to drink? Water or beer?", that's very courteous. Otherwise, it's "Please bring your ID." You can tell that Rebecca and Roberto are fully committed to their guests' well-being. Not only is Rebecca an excellent cook, she also takes time for a quick chat and offers interesting tips for day trips. We were absolutely thrilled. The entire property is very well-maintained, the pool clean and inviting. The view of the valley, especially at sunset, is simply picturesque. After only a three-day stay, saying goodbye was a bit sad. These two are truly special people.

28/09/2025: A truly unique little place, where you can enjoy local specialties with a modern twist. Crescenzo, the owner, is so knowledgeable about each dish...it makes you want to try everything! At the end of the evening, it's natural to thank them for the wonderful culinary and human experience they offer.

19/09/2025: The food at Floyd is delicious! Crescenzo's girlfriend's cooking is spectacular, with authentic dishes and attention to every detail. In the dining room, Crescenzo is incredibly friendly and kind: he welcomes you like you're at home. A special place where I'll definitely return!

18/10/2025: Everything was fantastic, but I don't wear a nose ring... the food was ok, the service was ok, the atmosphere was ok, but the bill needed to be reviewed... maybe because the Romans chose a fixed menu instead of the à la carte menu??? You don't need these gimmicks: you have a beautiful place and super food, but I repeat... I don't wear a nose ring, bye!!!

12/10/2025: I visited Terrazza di San Guido and the experience was simply perfect in every way. The venue is elegant yet welcoming, with an enchanting view that alone is worth the visit. The staff was extremely kind, helpful, and attentive at all times, without ever being intrusive. The service was prompt and attentive, each dish served with precision and impeccably presented. The food was excellent: high-quality ingredients, balanced pairings, and authentic flavors that perfectly reflect local cuisine. From appetizers to dessert, everything lived up to expectations, indeed exceeded them. A flawless experience that truly leaves a lasting impression. Highly recommended.

28/09/2025: I was waiting to return to review and confirm the 5 stars. The atmosphere was lovely, the staff were friendly, the food was plentiful and truly good, and the dishes we tried were delicious. - Appetizer for two: both hot and cold, nicely portioned and without any poor-quality cured meats. - Zucchini flowers, larger than expected and absolutely up to par. - Umbricelli with white Chianina beef ragù, also very filling, both in flavor and portion size. - Caramels with guinea fowl and chestnuts, truly delicious. - Potatoes and onions in foil, perfect as an appetizer. - Lamb, perfectly cooked and generously sized. - Rabbit tastes like grandma used to make. - The price was also perfect. Furthermore, the restaurant charges a cover charge but includes welcome sparkling wine and bread that isn't just two dull slices of homemade bread. Overall, a truly excellent discovery.

02/11/2025: The servings are huge! Their Umbrian mix grilled and antipasti are absolute heaven — everything was cooked perfectly. I especially loved the pork, and their tiramisu tastes just like the authentic Italian one — you can really taste the coffee, so balanced and rich. I honestly wish I could come back already!

26/09/2025: A quiet, peaceful place away from the hustle and bustle, surrounded by greenery. Excellent food and impeccable service! I highly recommend it to everyone!

30/09/2025: Very good, fresh, and delicious Greek cuisine. The owner makes you feel at home: he hums Greek songs while cooking at the counter, allowing guests to see the entire process. Unpretentious, but top-quality. We both dined in and ordered takeout (prepared, packaged, and eaten very quickly). The cheese puffs with honey are delicious!!!

16/09/2025: Delicious and affordable meal at Sapore! We came in not long before closing, but the owner kindly accommodated us. In the midst of a two week trip around Italy, we enjoyed a change from the usual pizza and pasta. Good vegetarian options too.

08/10/2025: Small, charming restaurant with excellent pastas. The atmosphere is warm and intimate. Service is outstanding — courteous, pleasant and swift. Staff speak very good English. We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. Thank you!

13/09/2025: We loved everything at this charming small restaurant run by a super nice couple: the beautiful surroundings, the absolutely great food (I highly recommend the truffle dishes), the service, the highly reasonable prices. A gem within a gem - we’ll be sure to come back next time we visit spectacular Spoleto.

06/10/2025: We dine here often when we are in Spello. When the weather is warm, the outdoor dinning is beautiful. However, inside is very nice too. Massimo is a wonderful host. The food is so delicious. We have had to rotolo of pork and many of the pasta dishes. You need to make a reservation as they fill up quickly.

27/09/2025: Am excellent place for dinner. You'll need reservations, because it is limited in seating. The menu offers local dishes that taste fabulous. You know it is good when you see the locals eating here

11/10/2025: Unfortunately, we were disappointed. The tagliatelle with truffle (knowing that the scorzone-aestivum mushroom is used anyway) had neither the smell nor the taste of truffle, but rather of mushrooms. We pointed this out to the waitress, who denied that mushrooms were used. We left half the portion, which not only didn't taste as ordered, but was also tasteless. Paid in full.

07/10/2025: Very nice and nice restaurant. The food was excellent. Unfortunately, I can't give it 5 stars because the waitress was a bit off-putting. Thanks to the other waiter, whose kindness and sense of humor saved everything.

30/09/2025: You arrive in a beautiful, well-kept, and welcoming garden. It's also perfectly nestled in the Umbrian countryside. Yet you're just a convenient distance from the center. There's ample parking, the rooms are spotlessly clean, but the staff deserves the highest praise. Everyone. Absolutely everyone, at any time of day, is smiling, welcoming, and helpful. Well done, truly well done! The breakfast is good and varied! Highly recommended!
