The restaurant is nestled within the walls of a tiny village, and the atmosphere is truly magical. We dined outdoors, the sky was clear and the stars were clearly visible. The staff is fantastic, always smiling and attentive to every course. The menu focuses on local, seasonal ingredients, and we truly appreciated the expert fusion of flavors and the presentation of the dishes. Serpillo was a real discovery for us. Greetings to all the staff.

Everything was perfect except the bill. Be wary of anything off-menu... 2 arancini cost 24 euros... and they were still made of rice... definitely good, but as cheap as a slice of meat... but noooo...

Umbria DOC - Taverna Dei Sapori

09/06/2026: I had a fantastic birthday, the food was spectacular. The owner and his staff were equally spectacular. I highly recommend it if you want to eat well.
31/05/2026: We came here somewhat by chance; we weren't sure where to go, and I admit it was a last-minute stopgap. Besides the stunning village, we were also greeted by this place, nestled in a peaceful corner that in my head screamed "serendipity." We were incredibly surprised and impressed by every dish: authentic, flavorful, with excellent ingredients, a blend of old and new. Chef Diego's influence is clearly evident. The staff was also incredibly friendly! I don't know what else to say; it was one of the most memorable dinners of our lives and certainly the best Umbrian gastronomic experience. The price was a bit above average, but absolutely in line with the quality. A must-visit if we ever return (hopefully soon) to this area!
