A well-kept and truly beautiful location. Excellent service. Excellent quality food with unique pairings and beautiful dishes. A wide variety of wines, including natural wines, are available. Excellent value.

A high-end restaurant, excellent service, and allergen-friendly menus. As a celiac, I felt pampered, even though the bread was supermarket-quality, something to note for future improvements. Another minor criticism: too many tables for the space. The wine list is exceptional.

We went to this place on Valentine's Day. I discovered it on Instagram because twice a week they host a dark dinner, lit only by candles. Valentine's Day was one of those dark dinners. The well-designed set menu was excellent. The dishes weren't abundant, but they were hearty and made with a refined blend of top-quality ingredients. I really enjoyed the egg, which was incredibly fresh, and the tagliatelle stuffed with artichokes!! The service was perfect despite it being a special evening. The location was charming and well-designed. The waiters were friendly. Everything was perfect; we'll definitely be back!

Fantastic restaurant in a rural village in the Umbrian countryside, Torre del Colle, which makes everything suspended in an indefinite time. Delicate dishes full of love like a maternal caress. They seem like traditional and balanced dishes, with a precise and not too risky gourmet touch. Everyone is very kind, it's like eating in the home of that family of well-mannered friends who care about treating you well. If I had to recommend a magical place, Serpillo is exactly this. Prices more than adequate. Welcoming, authentic, accurate, unusual, intimate. Well done.

After several experiences with different menus that didn't entirely convince me, the last time I was served a truly awful roast pork, overcooked and lacking in salt. At these prices, you expect more!

22/04/2026: We were thrilled with this experience. We started with an appetizer accompanied by a simply magnificent truffle fondue. For our first courses, we chose cappellacci with cheese and pears and walnuts, spectacular tagliatelle with black truffle, and braised beef ravioli with cherry tomatoes. The dishes were carefully prepared, balanced, and truly delicious. We had a wonderful time in every way. We're from Avellino, and both times we've been to Gubbio, it's been a regular stop: not only for the excellent quality of the food, but also for the incredibly friendly and welcoming staff, which truly makes the difference. We'll definitely be back.

It didn't disappoint; I tried the tagliatelle with truffles, delicious, paired with a nice glass of red wine. The very friendly staff and the beautiful, welcoming atmosphere made the meal even more enjoyable. I highly recommend it.
