18/03/2024: Consigliatomi da un amico pranziamo in questo locale molto caratteristico molto pulito veniamo ricevuti dal cameriere sean molto gentile ci mette subito nostro agio ci consiglia il tagliere con prodotti locali salumi dal sapore di altri tempi x la gioia del palato vino ottimo prendiamo il dolce non di loro creazione ma abbastanza buono conto onesto cosa dire andateci senza pensarci grazie x averci fatto sentire di casa

16/01/2024: I went to this very nice restaurant in the center of Gubbio on a Sunday for lunch; very informal and characteristic environment, friendly staff and good food. We took two platters with cured meats, cheeses and croutons (mostly cured meats), very good, with a note of merit for the truly exceptional truffle honey, then we took a melted caciotta with truffle (very good), a portion of truffle umbricelli ( really good and plentiful) and a tartare with truffle and pumpkin cream, this good but nothing exceptional which is why I give it 4 stars, the pumpkin cream was served too cold and the meat itself a little tasteless. Overall though it's definitely a place I would recommend! Average prices.

06/04/2024: Friendly staff, good pizza, ample parking. Suitable for families and evenings with friends. I didn't try the (traditional) cuisine but the dishes that came out looked appetizing.

06/04/2024: We had 3 first courses and 1 really good second course... the passatelli were very good with speck and porcini mushrooms, the pappardelle with wild boar were decent (I didn't find much difference with the penne with ragù, the other first course we took), and the kebabs were tasty and fragrant …

22/02/2024: They are great, they respond quickly and adapt to your demands easily and they have an incredible imagination when it comes to decorating the basket, their unbeatable quality/price products and all origins from the area. When sending the basket they adapt to all types of times, and in my case I had to change the delivery time and it could be done in time. They called the person to deliver it to him because he was somewhere else and they went there without any complaints. 5 stars falls short for the great professionals they are. Do not hesitate and purchase their services. I will repeat without a doubt.

07/01/2024: Very simple place. Food of a medium-low level, we took some first courses, one of which looked like plain pasta with only grated truffle on top. Meat-based main courses have seen a slight increase. Fast service, helpful staff. I only recommend it if you don't have high expectations.

28/03/2024: First visit to Gubbio, from Ravenna and Romagna, amazed by the flavor of Gubbio's cappelletti, I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the food.. Meatballs, chicken, lasagna, all too good. We decided to stay an extra half day just to enjoy the cuisine of the Gubbio gastronomy. Congratulations, splendid demonstration of generosity and care towards the customer.

04/04/2024: Historic place lived only for one night for a conference! Excellent cuisine, service and spacious, equipped rooms. The external stone structure is wonderful. It's a shame about the renovation of the interiors where something more could have been done to recover the ancient walls and the architectural elements of the former convent.

27/03/2024: Beautiful structure, former Capuchin convent, near the historic center of Gubbio. Check in a little too hasty. Excellent services available, gym, swimming pool and spa area and swimming pools with hydromassages. The wellness and spa area opens at 9.30 but on request it is possible to access the swimming pool and gym earlier (not before 7.30). Varied breakfast with sweet and savory options. The quality of the sweet proposal is not up to par. Overall a more than satisfactory stay.

31/03/2024: Abbiamo prenotato un tavolo più di un mese fa,giunti al ristorante ci hanno chiesto di attendere perché molti clienti del turno precedente erano arrivati in ritardo.Abbiamo atteso senza battere ciglio e quando è arrivato il nostro turno ci hanno accompagnate ad un tavolo posizionato vicino al bagno e alla porta della cucina.Preciso che quando si apriva la porta del bagno la vista era quella del water no di un anti bagno.Ovviamente abbiamo chiesto un altro tavolo ma ci è stato risposto: qual è la differenza? Inutile dire che siamo andate via.

05/04/2024: Typical trattoria, pleasant clean environment, I think renovated not many years ago. Vast offer of dishes, on Fridays there is a menu dedicated to fish dishes. We ate veal steak and lamb steak, very good. The pan-fried chicory is also good. The strawberries were a little too astringent, probably seasoned at the moment and not fully ripe, the coffee was excellent. Recommended to go.

25/03/2024: We came here to have a wide choice according to our dietary needs. My friend was able to choose between various gluten free dishes with ease and this is not to be taken for granted. The staff is approachable and the environment welcoming. The food was really excellent but we didn't taste the desserts to be able to give a complete judgement. As starters we chose a trio of tartare, red cabbage pie with brie fondue and summer truffle, cheese platter... everything perfect! As main courses, a gluten free pizza with non-homemade dough, grilled chop and mixed salad, sliced ​​chicken with rocket, cherry tomatoes and parmesan, stuffed pasta. Very satisfied.
