09/06/2026: I had a fantastic birthday, the food was spectacular. The owner and his staff were equally spectacular. I highly recommend it if you want to eat well.

31/05/2026: We came here somewhat by chance; we weren't sure where to go, and I admit it was a last-minute stopgap. Besides the stunning village, we were also greeted by this place, nestled in a peaceful corner that in my head screamed "serendipity." We were incredibly surprised and impressed by every dish: authentic, flavorful, with excellent ingredients, a blend of old and new. Chef Diego's influence is clearly evident. The staff was also incredibly friendly! I don't know what else to say; it was one of the most memorable dinners of our lives and certainly the best Umbrian gastronomic experience. The price was a bit above average, but absolutely in line with the quality. A must-visit if we ever return (hopefully soon) to this area!

02/05/2026: We found the place by chance, but it was a very pleasant surprise. The atmosphere is welcoming, no-frills, but with that homey feeling that's increasingly rare these days. The service is attentive, fast, and above all, sincere. The prices are fair for what they offer; in fact, the quality is decidedly above average. A place you'll gladly return to, without thinking twice. Highly recommended.

Osteria dell'Olmo confirms itself as an excellent restaurant in the Perugia area, where the quality-price ratio is consistent and fair. The staff is friendly, never intrusive, but always available. The wine list offers options for all budgets. It's especially suitable for a meal enjoyed in peace and quiet. The restaurant is beautiful both inside and out, in the courtyard and garden. I can only hope that the owners will always take care of the place, striving to improve and never neglecting the details.

30/05/2026: A beautifully maintained space in Barton Park, just outside Perugia. A lovely spot for a stroll and a great place to eat. Khaled, the manager, provides impeccable service. The food is delicious and the prices are reasonable.

07/06/2026: Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent food; we had fantastic first courses. The room was a disaster. The bathroom had a shower stall that was falling apart. The toilet flush wouldn't refill unless you turned on the fan to keep it quiet at night. The toilet seemed filthy because of limescale leaks that wouldn't go away. The wooden floor had gaps between the planks, so anyone upstairs could see you in the shower! The fridge didn't cool at all, and the freezer was practically nonexistent. I don't know if this was just our room; I hope the others are better.

15/06/2026: We've been wanting to try this pizzeria for a while. We finally went last night. It's a shame I can only give it 5 stars. I can honestly say it's the best pizza I've ever eaten. Thin and crispy, just the way we like it. Very fast service... it was a Sunday night, and the pizzeria was packed. I recommend trying the Caprese cake (sweet)... it's a bomb of deliciousness. They even gave us a little dessert to take home! Congratulations on everything 👏. You've gained 4 customers. See you next time 👋 Thank you, thank you, thank you.

05/06/2026: Every staff member treated the guests with genuine sincerity, making it a truly pleasant experience. Business was booming; reservations are recommended on holidays. Many customers were small families with children, and the kids all seemed very happy. Many people called to order and then picked up their pizzas themselves.

12/09/2025: We went there yesterday for lunch because my sister is celiac. It was an incredible discovery, even for us non-celiacs. We'll definitely be back. The food is high quality and the staff are friendly. I recommend it.

It's the first store of its kind, with a huge selection of all kinds of gluten-free flour products, from flour to pasta, breads, cookies, ready-made meals like ravioli, frozen and freshly baked sweets, pizzas, and sandwiches. Huge applause and thanks to the store owners. 😘😘

16/05/2026: We went there for a business dinner. There were four of us. Three of us ordered a Florentine steak, two cuts of about 900 grams, and the fourth ordered a tagliata. It's a shame that both arrived cold. It's a shame. The place was nice and original, and the staff was helpful.

11/01/2026: We had lunch on Sunday and really enjoyed the food. The cuisine clearly draws on tradition, but plays with innovation and simplicity, without ever overdoing it. The flavors are excellent and well-balanced, never overpowering, and that's precisely what makes the dishes successful. Special mention goes to the tagliolini and lamb, which are truly excellent. The olive oil is also excellent, and the tartare is very good: perhaps a little lacking in salt, but with well-defined flavors. You can tell the chef has a good hand and a clear vision. In terms of cuisine, it's a place worth trying. The place is very charming, with a unique style that works very well. The selection of cheeses is excellent, although the way they were served made them lose some of their value: the positioning was wrong, and some flavors canceled out the following ones. I would therefore reconsider the plating, because the raw ingredients are good. Unfortunately, the sore point is the service. Lunch was excessively slow, especially with four tables in the dining room. The waitress, initially a bit cold, once she warmed up, proved to be very nice, knowledgeable, and courteous—a great presence. The male waiter, older in years, was a different story. We found him rude and out of place for the setting. When the cheese selection arrived at the table, which was supposed to be explained to us, the waiter didn't show up. After a full 10 minutes, I had to go ask if someone would come explain the dish. When he finally did show up, not only didn't apologize in the slightest, but also didn't even say hello, since the young woman was serving us. He did so in a visibly annoyed manner, as if he were annoyed by having to perform that task. The explanation was extremely quick, extremely bland, and careless, so much so that he left immediately, without even giving us time to ask a question. I almost had to run after him to simply ask which cheese was best to start with. The impression was that of someone who was completely uninterested and who considered the presence of customers (who didn't consume bottles of wine 😉) a nuisance. The very nice young woman, however, immediately apologized for the inconvenience of having to wait for an explanation. Added to this was an inconsistent incident during the reservation process, with the same waiter: we had requested a table for 2:00 PM, but the same male waiter told us that the kitchen closed at 2:00 PM, making it impossible to book at that time. We were therefore seated at 1:30 PM. After 2:00 PM, another table arrived, seated around 2:15 PM, which was also accepted without any problems. Considering that online it says the kitchen closes at 2:30 PM, it's unclear why we weren't given the option to book directly for 2:00 PM.

02/06/2026: Two chicken breasts (one medium, the other large) and two side dishes arrived almost an hour after ordering, out of order and after several reminders. Although one was a medium and the other large (with different prices), the amount of meat was the same (150g for the medium). For the side dish (grilled vegetables), we had to wait a little longer and be reminded again. Everything was eaten with warm beer. A terrible experience.

01/06/2026: Good prices and excellent food. Perfect for a relaxing bite to eat... Also great for families. The staff is extremely courteous, kind, and helpful... always smiling, even though they're always busy, especially when it's busy. One note: there's no line sign, so when it's busy, it can get a bit confusing... Highly recommended, though.
