02/04/2024: I'm not Umbrian and I'm not from Bevagna, so the judgment isn't biased or parochial. This place was suggested to me for an evening and I must say that the experience was more than excellent. I don't think you find a couple who run a place like this often. He is a true showman of the room, cultured, ready on all the dishes he offers and on the ingredients used, as well as on the pairings of beers or wines. She is the creator of fantastic dishes prepared on the spot, with skill and passion, what was found in the "home kitchen" but applied this time to the restaurant's cuisine. The union of flavors and ingredients at km 0 and you will not find large-scale retail products! Not to mention sweet coffees and bitters that you will hardly find on the market. I highly recommend trying their cuisine, for lunch or dinner, and rest assured that you will find what they explain to you on your plate! Trust, transparency, originality these are their fundamental cornerstones. And I wish them every luck in this project they have undertaken, because it is a revolution in the concept of catering, a return to the origins of our cuisine!

01/04/2024: E' stato fantastico il pranzo di Pasqua "alternativo" da Floyd, mangiare ottimo cibo, bio, ricercato anche nei minimi particolari con la musica in sottofondo dei Pink Floyd....beh... che dire!! La location e' carinissima , Crescenzo e' fantastico con i suoi ospiti "amici". Grazie ragazzi della vostra ospitalita' SUPER !!! Ritorneremo sicuramente.

29/02/2024: Come altre volte siamo stati benissimo. La qualità delle materie prime, la passione dei titolari ed il buon lavoro ripagano. Abbiamo fatto un'ottima figura con i nostri amici. La pizza strepitosa, abbiamo preso le nuove proposte che di tanto in tanto aggiungono al menù. Ma devo dire che gli antipasti hanno fatto la differenza, me li ricordavo buoni ma sono migliorati. 29/03/2024: We went for dinner last night attracted by the good reviews from friends. It was Serpillo's evening in the dark, so the venue (already characteristic in itself) was lit with candles and soft lights, all to create an intimate and relaxing atmosphere. The restaurant is perfectly set in the rural charm of the hamlet of Torre del Colle (municipality of Bevagna). An original menu that dares, but respects tradition at the same time. Clearly first choice ingredients! Recommended by the welcoming, kind and competent staff, we had a divine dinner, fully enjoying the evening. Thanks in particular to Matilde and Elena you made us feel at home! We will definitely be back!

21/03/2024: Very nice restaurant typical of the small medieval town in which it is located, we had dinner by candlelight with a magical atmosphere, attentive and kind staff. The taste of the food was a little disappointing.

02/04/2024: If you are looking for luxury, the place is not for you, I have never been satisfied with luxury, very homely atmosphere, the dishes are good and the prices even better, friendly and kind waitresses, the coffee made with the mocha and given in the I really liked the plastic glass, it felt like I was at home, I repeat, if you are looking for gourmet and luxury it is not for you.

17/03/2024: Dopo un cena deludente ad Assisi la sera prima, decidiamo l'indomani con la mia compagna di vistare Bevagna e di pranzare nel paese. Trattoria onesta, senza fronzoli, porzioni abbondanti e cibo buono. Personale giovane e gentile. Menu tipico e ciccia buona, la pajata alla brace una coccola per il palato, anche i primi non sono stati da meno, strangozzi fave e guanciale veramente ghiotti. Peccato non ci sia rimasto spazio per i dolci.

07/02/2024: Visited some time ago Amazing place on the Umbrian hills with spectacular views of Montefalco, Spello, Bevagna and Assisi. Fiamma and Fabrizio's cuisine is incredible and attracts people from outside. The use of high quality raw materials is essential. Above all the truffles, the meat of their pigs and the award-winning organic oil.

07/01/2024: We spent three magnificent days in this farmhouse. Luca Matteo and Martina immediately made us feel at home. Matteo's hospitality, friendliness and excellent cuisine are a strong point of these young guys. A farmhouse that deserves to return even just for the kindness they have. If you then put it (excellent cuisine, cleanliness and as I said feeling at home) a wonderful place in the Umbrian hills, you couldn't ask for more. THANK YOU so much guys. See you soon.

02/04/2024: Easter dinner, full from lunch but we couldn't miss this gem. Luckily we managed to find a place by booking a few days in advance. The restaurant is located in one of the most beautiful squares in Bevagna, in a slightly secluded street. As soon as you enter you immediately understand that you have entered a very characteristic place, all in stone, it seems like you have stepped back in time. We sit at a secluded table also because we had a small furry friend (so they couldn't give us better seats), the only flaw (perhaps) was that the cell phone didn't work. From the menu we read a good choice for all courses. We opt for 2 appetizers: lard and ciauscolo crostini and butter and anchovies crostini. After a very short wait we are served and we are amazed by the fact that simplicity always enhances quality. For the first courses we opted for homemade cappelletti with porcini mushrooms, very good, and the main dish for over 30 years: His Majesty "Gnocchi with Sagrantino Passito". I must confirm that the 30 years of trials and combinations behind us can actually be felt. They are really good, I hoped they would never run out. For dessert, a must cheesecake, which is also good.

31/03/2024: The only things about this place are the room, which is really nice, the location, practically in the best area of ​​the historic centre, and the prices, which are absolutely affordable. As for the food, however, I was disappointed. The x2 tasting does not deserve and offers nothing special, in my personal opinion. The first, chitarrini with white ragú and truffle left me perplexed. You could barely see the ragù and you couldn't smell the truffle at all. The grilled potato and dessert were also disappointing.

06/04/2024: It's a tavern and doesn't want to be anything else. But what an inn! One of the best I've eaten at. Suggestive place, in a small square immediately after a beautiful medieval gate, very friendly staff and food with a flavor of times gone by. Real, seasoned and tasty ham, freshly seared black truffle omelette where you can fully appreciate the flavour, super Sagrantino gnocchi, very good and non-trivial baked boneless lamb. Bevagna is a very well-kept medieval town with its beautiful romantic churches and a relaxing atmosphere. In short, an obligatory stop when crossing Umbria!

24/02/2024: Il servizio è lentissimo, abbiamo dovuto aspettare prima per avere il menu, poi per ordinare, poi anche per l'acqua e così via. La pizza è discreta e i fritti buoni. Ma c'è pochissima attenzione al cliente, forse per scarsità di personale. Il locale è un po' datato, ma per onestà devo dire pulito e curato.

04/04/2024: We stopped for lunch with friends, after having wandered around for half an hour, in vain, looking for a place that was open and seemed hospitable. Although I consider myself a demanding and fussy person, I had nothing to complain about any aspect of the structure, from the food to the service, everything was impeccable. I enjoyed some amazing wild boar cappellacci immersed in a pumpkin puree, which I highly recommend. 5 stars more than deserved, I will definitely return.

01/04/2024: Really nice and intimate place, typical dishes of the Umbrian tradition with gems of recipes dating back to the Middle Ages, very kind during the service and excellent value for money! Recommended if you find yourself passing through the splendid Bevagna!

05/01/2024: Non si può definire una cena. È un viaggio, un’esperienza meravigliosa attraverso sapori e consistenze a cui non siamo abituati, uno stupirsi ad ogni boccone. Pesce di qualità altissima, trattato e cucinato con una cura, un’attenzione ed un’innovazione difficili da trovare in giro. Servizio cordiale, cortese e mai invadente. Singoli piatti spiegati alla perfezione anche dallo Chef, che trasmette amore e passione per quello che fa. Ambiente piccolo, intimo e molto curato. Io ed il mio compagno siamo rimasti estasiati, mi avete fatto passare una cena di compleanno meravigliosa. GRAZIE!

07/10/2023: Mia moglie la bimba ed io siamo stati a cena in questo ristorante ed è andata molto bene. Avevamo l'esigenza di cenare rapidamente visto che la bimba piccola non resiste molto a tavola ed hanno subito compreso la nostra esigenza venendoci incontro in tutto. Menù degustazione base davvero perfetto, tutto squisito! Lo chef ha un gran talento ed il personale di sala è attento, gentile, disponibile e preparato. Rapporto qualità/prezzo eccezionale, abbiamo apprezzato che ci hanno offerto il baccalà mantecato per la bimba. Buona carta dei vini, locale intimo e curato. Bravi, bravi, bravi. Assolutamente consigliato, torneremo presto.
