25/12/2023: Locale molto accogliente e tutto veramente eccellente. Molto curato nell’arredamento , igiene e pulizia al top !!da ritornarci d’estate per godere lo spazio della veranda affacciata nel verde della nostra Umbria!💖

18/09/2023: Bellissima location, parcheggio disponibile a pochi metri, personale super gentile, i piatti unici nei sapori. Abbiamo optato per questo ristorante dopo aver fatto rafting, infatti è poco distante, inutile dire che siamo rimasti entusiasti della scelta. Abbiamo mangiato all'aperto immersi nella natura e nella prelibatezza dei cibi in piena tranquillità, naturalmente lo consiglio.

28/11/2023: Basement room with access from outside to driveway full of weeds and insects. Embarrassing interior with damp linen, beds with missing bases, broken wardrobe, no bedside table, only a central light made from a bulb barely big enough to see. In the bathroom exposed wires perhaps (I hope) without electricity. I'm sorry to leave these reviews, especially in these places that deserve a lot and where there is a need to encourage tourism. A little more care would be needed since the cost is the same as well-maintained places.

03/10/2023: We found ourselves passing through as we were looking for a place to stay and then visit the areas between Spoleto/Norcia the next day. Friendly and helpful staff. In the first room they assigned to us we had a small infestation of bedbugs, for which the girl apologized a lot and explained to us that it was due to the work in progress in the rear and promptly assigned us a second room where we then found ourselves fine , the room was clean, with basic furnishings, the bathroom was very small, the toilet was attached to the shower, the shower head cord was worn and leaked water everywhere. In the end it is a good hotel regarding the location. I recommend improving the breakfast as it was very basic, three tarts per person, a juice and the coffee shop.
