10/05/2026: We'll definitely be back! Great hospitality, we were immediately put at ease by the friendly and competent staff, even though we arrived a little late, around 2 pm.
Top-quality ingredients cooked to perfection, rustic and friendly atmosphere. Excellent Umbrian appetizers, truly delicious meat, and succulent first courses served in a pan. Excellent desserts. A wonderful experience. Thank you!!!

18/05/2026: The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the tripe was truly excellent. Unfortunately, the rabbit in porchetta was probably the worst I've had among the Umbrian restaurants I've tried on this trip, and there are now more than half a dozen.
It's a shame, because the place has a pleasant atmosphere and the service was friendly, but overall the experience was too inconsistent to give a higher rating. For this reason, I can only give it three stars.

Greats service, a nice atmosphere and simple, local dishes cooked with great quality, fresh (the morning’s ricotta!), local ingredients Prosciutto and pecorino, fresh ricotta with honey and mint, cannelloni cacio e pepe and grilled sausage were all beautifully done and utterly delicious. Very reasonable prices, especially given the quality.
24/05/2026: We stopped for lunch and had a lovely meal in a charming atmosphere. It only had about 20 seats. It wasn't fancy in the least, but that was a big part of its charm. My husband had a bruschetta with roasted figs, carmalized onions and salami. He raved about it. I tasted it and wished I had ordered it! I had the gricia pasta dish with mushrooms and guanciale. It was delicious. The woman that waited on us was really friendly and easy-going. We really liked this place a lot.

But the real plus is the staff: Elena deserves special praise. Helpful, smiling, friendly, and attentive in a way that's truly hard to find these days. She makes you feel immediately at ease and makes the experience even more enjoyable.
A place where you eat excellently, drink even better, and are welcomed with rare kindness. Highly recommended!

10/05/2026: Small Japanese restaurant downtown. Not sushi and sashimi, but more authentic. There's a set menu and a daily menu. Many rice dishes, a ramen (soba), and vegetarian options. Everything is very good. The tables, chairs, and the seating next to the entrance need some rethinking. A full menu for €20, not including wine, is not to be missed. I highly recommend it.
01/05/2026: It's a nice restaurant. The place was clean and tidy. The food was fresh and tasty. Our favorite dishes are the meatballs and the eel rice. It consoles us for our longing for Yoshinoya, thank you! The condiments were authentic and delicious. We really enjoyed our lunch. Recommended 👍🏻

07/06/2026: We chose this restaurant to celebrate our wedding, and we couldn't have made a better choice. Everything was simply perfect: from the ceremony, held in a splendid setting, to the reception, which was meticulously planned down to the smallest detail.
The real added value was Nicola, who accompanied us with great availability, professionalism, and attention throughout the entire organization.
A heartfelt thank you also to Carla, who, with her experience and professionalism, was able to give us all the advice and tips we needed.
Excellent food, beautiful location, and impeccable organization.
06/06/2026: It was a wonderful family evening, dinner on the well-kept lawn, fantastic food, breathtaking views, and remarkable service led by the restaurant manager Nicola, who looked after us from start to finish, even engaging in some truly delightful banter.
