09/07/2025: Very nice place, with attention to detail and cleanliness. The staff is friendly, and the food arrives promptly once you order. The food is very good and the portions are generous. We had a mixed antipasto and two grilled dishes, and the fries were excellent. I particularly enjoyed the truffle frittata as an appetizer. Everything was delicious. I gave the service 4 stars because I think they're understaffed, but overall I'd still give it 5 stars. I recommend it if you're in the area. Parking is a bit difficult if you're on a motorbike, as the parking lot isn't paved and is all gravel.

06/07/2025: Great food, good prices, but slow service. Appetizer brought right away, but then about 3/4 hour wait between other courses. Overall a very positive experience. Nice place, delicious food, and competent staff except for the wait.

21/07/2025: I had dinner at this restaurant last night and was truly impressed by the quality of the food and the excellent service. I immediately felt at ease, and the waiter who served us was helpful, polite, and professional. The view from the restaurant is breathtaking, and I recommend going at sunset because the location allows you to enjoy excellent food with an enchanting view.

15/07/2025: Siamo stati domenica 6 luglio a pranzo in compagnia di amici, le aspettative, grazie alle recensioni, sono state soddisfatte!Abbiamo gustato ottime pietanze tutte fresche di produzione locale, per finire la crostata con ricotta e lenticchie deliziosa e ancora calda…Il servizio veloce, la cameriera disponibile e simpatica! Consigliatissimo!!

30/08/2025: Quality food, especially the crepes. The menu is self-explanatory and offers a fairly wide selection (it's a shame you only find out the price of each dish at the end, which I didn't really like). Otherwise, the service is excellent and the location is stunning; eating under the outdoor wooden porch is a real treat. There's plenty of parking in front of the restaurant.

31/07/2025: Esaù, nella Bibbia, scambiò con Giacobbe la primogenitura con un piatto di lenticchie. Probabilmente era stato da Crescenzo e aveva mangiato la sua zuppa di lenticchie di Castelluccio di Norcia. Qui la scelta degli alimenti e la preparazione la fanno da padroni, anzi la chef Alessandra è la deus ex machina dietro a ogni piatto. Davanti però c’è lui, Crescenzo che della parola ha fatto un’arte e così come fa lo scrittore vi accoglie con una sua poesia, sul tavolo, e con la stessa intensità presenta le pietanze e il menù del giorno. Vi siete mai seduti ad un ristorante trovando, sicuramente qualcosa che in parte non andava? Non è il caso del Floyd. Certo è la mia personalissima sensazione, ma rarissimamente mi sono alzato da un ristorante soddisfatto di ogni pietanza. Si potrebbe pensare che il tutto sia compensato da costi elevati, ma no, un prezzo contenuto è un altro aspetto positivo. E poi il caffè, quello giusto… alla napoletana, ne vogliamo parlare? Giacobbe, veramente, non ha mai saputo cosa si è perso.

Dopo il check in, avvenuto alle 19 circa, ho lasciato in camera il tutto e mi sono rilassari un' oretta Mi è venuta fame, ovviamente era previsto che cenassi Ho fatto un giretto e mi sono fermato, premetto che sono vegetariano, in questo localino sul corso di Bevagna (PG) chiedendo se facessero piatti vegetariani La risposta super gentile, e soprattutto molto esaustivo, del titolare è stata positiva. Quindi mi seggo e noto una bellissima Poesia su un foglietto (scritta da loro), assolutamente una novità fantastica e originale Arriva il titolare ed inizia a decantare in modo molto poetico, oltre che esaustivo, tutto le proposte vegetariane Descriveva ne dettaglio i piatti oltre che ogni singolo prodotto (assolutamente di prima scelta) Arrivano i piatti e non manca il consiglio aggiuntivo per ognuno di essi La parte che più vi interessa, cioè la qualità di ogni piatto, ve la racconto ora Ogni piatto aveva una particolarità e la qualità di ogni prodotto e ingrediente era a dir poco eccelsa Ovviamente non manca la qualità eccelsa anche nel bere, dal vino alla birra, chiaramente descritta nel dettaglio dal titolare In conclusione non posso che consigliare in tutto questo locale, un ' esperienza unica in ambito culinario e culturale Complimenti Alessio

22/08/2025: A small osteria in the heart of Perugia. It stands out for offering not only Umbrian cuisine but also for its breadth of experience. Each dish is carefully prepared and the pairings are impeccable. All the dishes we tried were excellent, from the creamed cod to the meatballs, the Chianina beef tartare, and the spectacular roast pigeon (Perugina-style). The wine list is also excellent. The staff is friendly and attentive. Reservations are recommended, as the restaurant is not very large. Prices are a bit above average for the area, but excellent value. Highly recommended.

22/08/2025: The place is pleasant...small, intimate, rustic in its furnishings, yet sophisticated in the flavors of the dishes. The pleasure of traditional cuisine, which is authentic but not simply home-made. The music is perfect...that mix of rock and blues...which reflects the tone of the dishes. The people who run it have soul and experience. Thank you.

08/08/2025: The service was terrible. We booked a table for 7:15 PM and were seated at 8:00 PM. We asked several times for someone to take our order. We didn't feel well cared for. The prices were on the higher side. The food was okay, but not amazing. The place was more for tourists, although it's not exactly a tourist trap. Edit: We did book for 7:30 PM and were seated at 8:00 PM. My mistake. I'll also share our experience with the reservation. We had booked a table outside for 7:30 PM. The reservation was confirmed. We arrived at 7:30 PM, but the lady was setting up the tables outside, so I told her I'd be back in 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, she continued setting up the tables, then setting them all, while we stood and watched as she set them for 20 minutes. We weren't allowed to sit down until all the tables were set. Instead of seating us and at least serving drinks, the restaurant decided we had to stand and watch as the waitress set each table one by one. A wonderful experience. For future reference: in such a situation, simply set one end table and continue setting after serving the guests, or at least after serving the drinks.

27/08/2025: The service is extremely friendly, with friendly waiters and a welcome mini-entrée featuring a glass of bubbly and a traditional savory tart. The location is delightful, with an internal courtyard and an old building nestled in a narrow alleyway just off Trevi's main square, which, unfortunately, is a bit of a slope, like the rest of the historic center. But the real surprise is the top-quality food, carefully crafted and rooted in local tradition, ranging from grilled meats and specialties like pigeon or chicken livers, to several truly tempting vegetarian options, such as the selection of Umbrian pecorino cheeses (very mature), seasonal vegetables, and an unforgettable onion soup. Discovered by chance while wandering around Trevi, it's a place worth returning to.

24/08/2025: A typical restaurant in the heart of Trevi, where you can enjoy traditional dishes and grilled meats. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxed, perfect for a romantic dinner. My girlfriend and I tried two first courses, two second courses, and two desserts. Everything was delicious, especially the truffle cappelletti and the pigeon. With a good bottle of red wine, the price was around €50-60 per person, which is average for Umbrian restaurants of this type. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The only negative was that the temperature inside the restaurant was a bit muggy, despite the fact that it was a very cool evening outside.

11/07/2025: We went to this restaurant after a morning of rafting, a group of five friends! An exceptional experience: excellent food, impeccable service, and helpful and friendly staff. The location is truly enchanting, immersed in the greenery of the Val Nerina. We will definitely be back.

23/08/2025: I stopped for lunch and started with an excellent charcuterie board, followed by strangozzi with black truffle, a truly delicious first course with well-balanced flavors. To finish, on the staff's recommendation, I tried a ricotta mousse with acacia honey and a sprinkling of truffle: a real surprise, so good I could have eaten a whole tub! The service was impeccable, with friendly and helpful waitresses. The price was fair, considering the use of premium ingredients like truffles and a good wine. If I ever return to Norcia, I'll definitely be back!

20/08/2025: I just finished dinner at Taverna del Boscaiolo...what can I say, totally approved and recommended! The cappellacci alla norcina were sublime, the lentils with herb oil were truly delicious, and finally, a ricotta mousse with honey and truffle was the icing on the cake. The food was excellent (try the grilled sausages too...if I came back, I'd definitely order them!), the staff were truly friendly, and the service was very fast. Recommended!

20/08/2025: The appetizer was very good, the staff were friendly, but out of six dishes, three weren't what we ordered, but we kept them anyway. Despite everything, when paying, he made sure to point out that what we'd received was still better than what we'd ordered (p.s. I wanted the pasta with brie fondue, so it doesn't matter if it wasn't as good). Overall, a pretty pleasant experience, with excellent bruschetta oil. The location is a bit unusual; in fact, the hotel advised us not to walk there.

16/08/2025: From the outside, you don't see the full potential of the restaurant, but once inside you are surprised by the welcome and the kindness of all the staff. The cuisine is simple and good from starter to dessert.
