03/03/2024: Ristorante di buon livello come la carta dei vini, anche se al mio tavolo eravamo in cinque, abbiamo ordinato un vino che dopo la prima bottiglia purtroppo non ce ne era più.. Avrebbero dovuto dircelo subito così saremmo partiti direttamente con un'altra etichetta. Ottime le carni alla griglia a prezzi devo dire nemmeno esagerati. Altra nota dolente nel servizio, da un ristorante che ambisce collocarsi ad un determinato livello non accetto trovarvi tovaglie in TNT.

30/03/2024: We went to this place with my family a few days ago. The food is quite good even if the menu has very little variety... I don't dare comment on the service. The waitress was rude and disrespectful towards my sister in front of the whole place, for having made a simple joke about the lack of gluten-free bread. The lack of professionalism and lack of tact meant that they lost a table of 12 people for Easter. I absolutely don't recommend it.

04/04/2024: Trattoria in the center of Città di Castello, well-kept and hospitable place, cotton tablecloths and placemats. Typical local cuisine with the addition of black truffle and whitebait dishes. Fast service and friendly, helpful staff

12/03/2024: Can't give more than 5, everything is excellent. The dough and all the ingredients are excellent. Even the chocolate dessert is worthy of applause. Unique kindness and courtesy of the managers. The only flaw is that we are not local and we cannot return often, we were passing through with the camper. If we were to return to those areas we will certainly return. Thank you

12/03/2024: Appetizer for two a little disappointing in quality, served with a good white pizza. We asked for a 1kg steak to split in two, they told us that they didn't have the right cut and if it was possible to make two of ½kg/each. We accepted somewhat reluctantly. They brought us two steaks that were made up of at least 5 cm of fat (a fillet is fine, but there is too little meat like this). The cut was terrible, the meat rare (cooked as requested) was carable despite the very sharp serrated knives. We had two half liters of red wine on tap. The waiter (after we had finished everything) asked us how it went and we replied that honestly we didn't like it at all... the owner approached us and asked us in a very abrupt way how the meat was to which we replied which sucked (abrupt for abrupt). The owner got very angry, kicked us out rudely and refused to let us pay even though we had every intention and not even having asked for a discount. We insisted on paying, but there was nothing we could do. He gave us the receipt and marked it as unclaimed (to avoid problems with the Financial Police). P.S.: The receipt was €89

The smiles and spontaneity, combined with the immediately perceivable professionalism of the staff welcomed me and my loved ones into a welcoming and relaxing place. 02/04/2024: Easter Monday in the name of bad weather, so what to do? we have to celebrate by eating something good.... As luck would have it, the bad forecast for the trip out of the region meant we booked a table in this (packed) restaurant. Being lovers of tasting simple dishes that were once made, the main road led us to this place, rediscovering those good flavors (tripe, pork rinds, coratella, porcini caps), in a beautiful environment and with highly trained staff, without excluding the hostess, attentive like a mother. All dishes ordered a la carte were spectacular. Highly recommended. Thank you very much for the welcome and attention you have given us. See you next time 🤟

26/03/2024: Historic restaurant in Città di Castello! Very fast service, we took steamed meat rolls, Cantonese rice and grilled pork, it was all very good, not very spicy perhaps, which I like.. 80's place, all covered in wood, at first they thought it was closed by the car park because it wasn't lit from outside but then we followed other customers who arrived after us... They also do Japanese but not all you can eat.. We will be back to try other dishes!
