07/08/2026: Invited by friends on Sunday evening for dinner at this well-known restaurant, we immediately appreciated Valerie's attentiveness in welcoming us, as did the rest of the staff. We enjoyed both the tagliatelle with truffles and the generously sized grilled meats, both well-cooked and delicious. We were also offered a complimentary digestif, which never hurts. We'd love to return to try the pizza, as the menu looks promising!

13/06/2026: The quality of the products is truly excellent: the pastries, desserts, and coffee are always excellent, and the atmosphere is well-kept, clean, and pleasant. Unfortunately, I must point out a problem I've encountered several times regarding the service. The staff are generally polite when speaking to customers, but they often lack attention to those who enter the establishment. These aren't particularly busy times: even with just a few customers present, you might have to wait several minutes before being acknowledged. This morning, for example, there were three staff members and only a couple of customers, but we had to wait about a quarter of an hour before anyone asked us what we wanted. Meanwhile, another staff member was crouched behind the counter, chatting with her colleague while eating breakfast. Since I've noticed this problem on other occasions, I don't think this is an isolated incident. It's a shame, because the quality of the products and the establishment deserve more attentive and professional service. I hope this observation will be taken as a constructive opportunity to further improve the customer experience.
