I'm currently staying here, and I've found a place managed like few others. The welcome I received from one of the owners was empathetic, and I expressed my deep appreciation for managing such an important business. It takes commitment and passion, adding value to their land and their history, passed down through generations. Only those who can observe the imperfect nature can understand the true work that goes into making this location special. Not only for themselves, but also for those who are welcomed. With immense gratitude, Monica.

I discovered "Le Mandrie" by pure chance. You arrive and are captivated by an unexpected view of the valley. A family atmosphere, from the staff to the facility, and a cuisine that can't really be described. You can smell the oil, taste every spice, and the meats are excellent, especially for their quality. We dined there two nights, the first by chance and the second by choice (we thought carefully, and no one could have matched that). The owner's empathy, the passion evident in the presentation, and the fact that, even though I require gluten-free and dairy-free options, I can eat 90% of the dishes on the menu.
Truffled tagliolini, mutton stew, cured meats, cheeses, tagliatelle with goose ragù, agretti, and wild greens. The bitters, including those made in-house, with fennel and gentian, and then the delicious passito.
We will definitely be back.
I didn't rate the rooms because we didn't stay there.
Many thanks to the entire "Le Mandrie" family.

We only visited this agriturismo for dinner, and I must say the food was truly excellent, as was the location, which is well worth the visit.
Unfortunately, the service wasn't up to par.
We ordered a cheese board, which was good, but an explanation of what was included would have been appreciated.
Furthermore, after the appetizer, the first courses arrived at different times: the tagliolini were served and the soup arrived more than 15 minutes later, making it difficult to eat together.
It's a shame, because the quality of the food and the location are truly worth it, but the service could be improved to make the experience complete.

We went for a couples lunch. The location is easy to get to, surrounded by greenery and with a splendid view 🌷 the excellent food is largely made on-site (highly recommended cured meats and cheeses), and the staff is friendly and welcoming 😊 we really enjoyed our stay.
We saw that there's also a pool outside, so we're considering returning in the summer for a relaxing weekend 🌿

An ideal, relaxing place for an overnight stay and a good meal. Close to Assisi and other nearby destinations.
Unparalleled welcome, hospitality, and kindness. Even from Stellina, Le Mandrie's mascot. Beautiful view.
The beef tagliata and grilled Chianina burger were excellent.
The baked chicken
and grilled pork mix were also very good.
The Cannara onions are not to be missed.
The "Ideale" olive oil is superb, explained passionately by Alessandro.
All produced by Le Mandrie.
Oh, and the "Le Mandrie" dessert is pure poetry for the palate.
The "Polifemo" red wine, also produced by them, has character and a full-bodied flavor.
Thank you so much, Alessandro, thank you guys, and congratulations. See you soon!

Wonderful place, with a spectacular panoramic view, a restaurant with zero-mile food and Umbrian cuisine, which enhances the regional tradition and our Italian culinary history... everyone from the collaborators to the owner are truly kind people.... just one word: THANK YOU.

We just had dinner as a group.
The kitchen was really efficient, so much so that all the starters, which were numerous and varied, came out at the same time.
Good quality.

Found somewhat by chance, the Le Mandrie farmhouse was truly a discovery! The location is excellent, being up high it enjoys a wonderful view! The owner and manager are two exquisite people, and in the way they talk to you and explain, you can see all the dedication and commitment they put into everything they do. Cheeses, cured meats, and oil are all produced on their own! The oil is amazing! I can't even tell you about the jams! You have to go there, even for a day! I recommend it! We will definitely be back!!!! Thanks to Mr. Alessandro and Mr. Marco! Congratulations!!!

Although a bit complicated, the view makes the walk worthwhile...
Authentic, high-quality, well-prepared products.
We were there this weekend, four adults and four children, and not everyone ordered a full menu.
However, the bill of €45 per person (adults and children) seemed a bit steep...
We were a little disappointed.
