A truly charming place, with helpful and friendly staff. The room was clean; a little dark and not perfectly soundproofed, but still large and very quaint. Overall, it was a wonderful surprise, a place that exudes peace and tranquility, with a truly beautiful view. We also had dinner there: they serve their own or locally sourced products, and everything was excellent, especially the meat and cheeses. Perfect for a relaxing weekend or even just a dinner away from the hustle and bustle. Breakfast was also very good, with well-chosen, homemade products.

Spectacular. Beautiful and strategic location. All the staff were very kind and helpful. We both stayed and enjoyed breakfast and dinner: everything was impeccable. We will definitely be back.

We only visited this agriturismo for dinner, and I must say the food was truly excellent, as was the location, which is well worth the visit. Unfortunately, the service wasn't up to par. We ordered a cheese board, which was good, but an explanation of what was included would have been appreciated. Furthermore, after the appetizer, the first courses arrived at different times: the tagliolini were served and the soup arrived more than 15 minutes later, making it difficult to eat together. It's a shame, because the quality of the food and the location are truly worth it, but the service could be improved to make the experience complete.

I discovered "Le Mandrie" by pure chance. You arrive and are captivated by an unexpected view of the valley. A family atmosphere, from the staff to the facility, and a cuisine that can't really be described. You can smell the oil, taste every spice, and the meats are excellent, especially for their quality. We dined there two nights, the first by chance and the second by choice (we thought carefully, and no one could have matched that). The owner's empathy, the passion evident in the presentation, and the fact that, even though I require gluten-free and dairy-free options, I can eat 90% of the dishes on the menu. Truffled tagliolini, mutton stew, cured meats, cheeses, tagliatelle with goose ragù, agretti, and wild greens. The bitters, including those made in-house, with fennel and gentian, and then the delicious passito. We will definitely be back. I didn't rate the rooms because we didn't stay there. Many thanks to the entire "Le Mandrie" family.

I'm currently staying here, and I've found a place managed like few others. The welcome I received from one of the owners was empathetic, and I expressed my deep appreciation for managing such an important business. It takes commitment and passion, adding value to their land and their history, passed down through generations. Only those who can observe the imperfect nature can understand the true work that goes into making this location special. Not only for themselves, but also for those who are welcomed. 26/03/2026: Drawn by this restaurant with its vaulted ceilings and exposed stone, we entered for dinner, sampling some typical Umbrian dishes. Scrambled eggs with truffles and torta al testo, followed by truffle strangozzi, paired with a fine Montefalco Sagrantino. These delicious dishes completely satisfied us.
16/03/2026: Kudos to the waiter. The food could be improved. We ordered pasta, but it wasn't very hot (though the flavor was good). We ordered the soft-centered tart for dessert, but it was overcooked. It wasn't soft-centered and was almost burnt on the outside.

21/05/2026: We ate here twice in 10 days. The first time (we chose the same meat dish) we found it better than the second time. Different chef perhaps? The charcuterie and cheese platter was very good. It was a pity that the waiter who came to serve something had just been smoking and brought a whiff of cigarette smoke to the table. Nice place, nice surroundings, and they all speak reasonably good English.
16/05/2026: It's always a pleasure to be a guest at this splendid restaurant. The atmosphere and service are far above average, with a reinterpretation of Umbrian tradition and seafood. The wine list is adequate, as is the quality/price ratio.
