05/04/2026: We had a seafood lunch on Easter Sunday with a lovely view of the lake. The staff was super friendly and attentive despite the crowd! The food and ingredients were top-quality! A place we'll definitely return to!

We had the pici with wild boar ragù for our first course, which was delicious, and the pici with bacon were delicious!! Highly recommended. The only thing to do is book, especially in the evenings and on weekends.

04/04/2026: I went there tonight with my boyfriend. We stumbled upon it by chance, and I have to say it was a wonderful experience. The lady was incredibly kind and helpful, and the food was excellent. The atmosphere was intimate and charming. Definitely worth a try if you're in the area!

01/05/2026: My husband and I were there. We ordered a shared platter and a white ragù dumpling. The guys were very kind at first, then after paying the bill and leaving a tip for their kindness, they charged us double the price written on the menu for a platter. I asked for explanations and they didn't give them to me. I don't recommend them. They're not honest at all. I absolutely don't recommend them.

28/04/2026: Wonderful experience in Castiglione del Lago! ✨ This restaurant was simply fantastic. The service was impeccable: attentive, friendly, and always available, with rare attention to detail. The dishes were sensational—authentic flavors, high-quality ingredients, and excellent presentation. Every course was a pleasant surprise. Highly recommended, without a doubt. A place to return to!

02/03/2026: Small deli with tables for dining in, a casual atmosphere for a business lunch or a quick meal. Homemade pasta and a variety of meat and fish options are served. You go to the counter, choose, and they bring it to your table. I tried the pici alla Norcina, and my wife had tagliatelle with creamed pumpkin and speck. Everything was delicious. A good glass of wine and that's it. Oh, I forgot about the homemade desserts, a super salted caramel brittle. Highly recommended, for the price, it's worth a thousand times those damn fast food joints.

08/05/2026: We were at Braceria Baldelli and can confirm the excellence of the cuisine: superb ingredients, a charming location, and very friendly wait staff. Unfortunately, however, the experience was marred by questionable logistical management on the part of the owners. ​We were seated in the empty room on the left, pictured, enjoying a quiet evening. We were alone until more than 20 people were seated for the birthday party of a friend of the owner. The group literally crowded into our table, destroying any comfort or privacy. ​What disappointed us most was the lack of communication: the owner apologized, but if he had kindly asked us to move tables before seating them, we would have appreciated the gesture and would have gladly done so. Instead, we felt 'invaded,' so much so that we had to ask to move and then decided to leave. A real shame, because the quality of the food is unquestionable, but customer service should come before personal relationships or the number of seats.

22/04/2026: I did not enjoy the flavour of the pasta. The texture was far too soft. Fish was okay. Great service and atmosphere though. The food was just disappointing.

15/12/2025: The food is very good, with homemade pasta and well-cooked meats. Good wine, and overall everything is very well-prepared. The only downside is that the dining room is too cold to really enjoy the evening.
