I really appreciated the quality of the raw materials with which the dishes are made and the fact that even though there are only two of them, they manage to organize themselves very well. The proposal is broad, genuine and local. I highly recommend dropping by. P.s. the celery sauce is astronomical!!

27/03/2024: I didn't visit the rooms but only the restaurant. It's not the first time I've gone, better to book. It doesn't have many places. Location in the small square of the village, nice and simple place, you can eat inside and outside. The menu is extensive and according to everything and is good and the prices are honest. I took a traditional menu, the starter was bruschetta with oil, ham and pecorino cheese from Norcia, high quality raw materials. Then the pachino strozzapreti and salted ricotta, good even if I didn't like the quality of the pasta but that's my taste and then sausage on a bed of excellent salad and roast potatoes. Then a mixed vegetable which I was told was excellent. To finish, the apple pie, cream and ice cream were very good. Excellent house wine. I spent 49 euros and I would say it was excellent. What can I say, a guarantee, then trevi for a walk is always worth it.

28/03/2024: Booked a few days before with The Fork, I received confirmation. We struggled to find the place, dark streets without lighting and without a minimum of indications, narrow country roads. After so much anger, the nice surprise arrived near the place everything turned off and was practically closed. Think about the inconvenience of not being a local, on a Sunday evening at around 9.30pm having to find another restaurant to eat. I suggest absolutely avoiding this pseudo restaurant, which does not have a minimum of respect for the customer. Shameful!

04/04/2024: This evening we had dinner at the Bigonza osteria, a small space but with a great atmosphere. The food tastes good and excites with its simplicity and passion. Furthermore, the musical swing caresses the dishes and adds poetry to an evening to remember. Thanks to the manager Michele and the other pleasant guests. From Antonio and Tiziana

12/03/2024: Siamo ritornati alla Bigonza perchè ci eravamo già stati trovandoci benissimo, ed anche questa volta è stato tutto perfetto. I cibi sono di ottima qualità, il vino della casa è buono ed i prezzi molto bassi. E' un locale dove ci si sente come a casa, grazie anche all'ottima accoglienza. Sarà per noi una tappa obbligata quando ritorneremo in Umbria. Consigliatissimo !!!!!

The only problem is that you leave more than full and regret not having finished your plate. Adequate prices, quality home cooking. Come on Carlo and Stefano.

I fegatelli sono stati buoni , per il resto devo dire che c’erano delle costine di maiale e agnello senza carne quindi se fatto così lo sconsiglio😕 Ps. Evitate i tavoli all’entrata perché via vai di clienti e aria fredda

14/12/2023: I attended an event on December 8, 2023! For a holiday lunch I ate quite well! The price for a seafood lunch was very good! Excellent value for money! They work well in the kitchen! The place is very nice, shame about the parking problem! The service was punctual and precise! The staff were very polite and professional! An experience to absolutely repeat but not with an event! I would like to taste their real cuisine! I think the stars will reach 5!

23/01/2024: Sono tornato in questo locale e l'ho trovato molto cambiato rispetto alla gestione dei fratelli Brodoloni, personale abbastanza giovane e un menù molto diverso. La qualità dei piatti è buona. ma l'offerta del menù appare troppo risicata, pochi piatti e con qualche ripetizione: La miglior cosa è sicuramente il servizio della ragazza in sala, veramente brava. Durante la serata il festeggiamento i un compleanno al piano inferiore aveva una musica un tantino fastidiosa....Prezzo leggermente sopra la media.
