While we waited for our dishes to arrive, we were treated to a complimentary appetizer of bruschetta stuffed with their porchetta: F A B U L E!!! Since we hadn't ordered one of their generous platters, we made a point of returning. The dessert also deserves a special mention: the millefeuille with cream and black cherries was delicious.

We had pasta with white ragù, chicken steak, and sliced ​​steak with caramelized onions (only the smell of onions!)...none of the dishes impressed me. The bill was a bit steep, in my opinion.

01/05/2026: Last night we had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant. Due to a travel delay, we arrived well after our reservation, just as the staff was already clearing the table. Despite this, we were greeted with truly rare kindness and helpfulness. The owner, in particular, was incredibly friendly, making us feel immediately welcome and completely at ease, as if we were long-awaited guests and not late customers. The cuisine exceeded all expectations, with excellent quality products! An experience that impressed us not only for the quality of the food, but above all for the humanity and customer care. A place we would return to without hesitation and highly recommend to anyone passing through.

Quick service, tasty and plentiful dishes, little treats at the entrée and à la âtre, and very interesting reinterpretations of Umbrian tradition.

22/04/2026: For two Campari spritzes, drunk outdoors, without a single appetizer, we paid a whopping 24 euros! Let me start by saying that in Veneto, where I'm from, we pay a maximum—and I repeat, a maximum—5 euros: obviously better, but also with appetizers to go with it. We were practically robbed. When it came time to pay, I even had a discussion with the owner, but the answer was that you pay 5 euros at a bar, not in a restaurant. Too bad, I repeat, we drank them outdoors, in a small square, at metal tables that didn't look like they were set up for a restaurant, so there was no cover charge, and I repeat, without even a single crisp to go with them. A ROBBERY - VERY BAD

05/05/2026: We came here after a day at the Tulip Festival. I highly recommend making a reservation given the large crowd. Four adults and two children ate, and we ordered the house antipasto and a selection of cheeses, excellent with the jams paired with the various cheeses. Various pizzas, tagliata, and pasta all'aglione. The quality of the ingredients was excellent, the pizza dough very light and digestible, the tagliata was cooked to perfection, and especially the sauce for the sautéed vegetables, which in my opinion was perfectly balanced, like homemade. I didn't try the pasta all'aglione, but the aroma was truly inviting. Kudos also to the desserts; the Nutellamisu was delicious. Service was quick despite the crowds, and the staff were extremely friendly. I highly recommend it if you're in the area.
