14/08/2025: We were passing through and stumbled upon this magnificent trattoria. The atmosphere was familiar, simple, and welcoming. The service was very attentive and friendly. Every dish was delicious; we were very pleased, especially with the vegetarian options. Affordable, the pasta was homemade, and the tiramisu was delicious!

We found the waitress Simona to be kind, reliable, and generous, but above all, she had a wonderful smile despite her tiredness. I invite everyone to stop by and taste their products. Naturally, the rest of the menu is also very interesting, with quality ingredients, carefully prepared and refined combinations. I recommend the pure veal tartare paired with truffle shavings: a simple dish, two ingredients but of excellent quality.

The wine list focuses on local produce, the quality ingredients are expertly prepared, and the cured meats are excellent! The service is friendly and impeccable, never intrusive. The quality/price ratio is excellent, because the food was truly delicious. If I ever find myself in Perugia again...I'll definitely be back!

09/07/2025: Very nice place, with attention to detail and cleanliness. The staff is friendly, and the food arrives promptly once you order. The food is very good and the portions are generous. We had a mixed antipasto and two grilled dishes, and the fries were excellent. I particularly enjoyed the truffle frittata as an appetizer. Everything was delicious. I gave the service 4 stars because I think they're understaffed, but overall I'd still give it 5 stars. I recommend it if you're in the area. Parking is a bit difficult if you're on a motorbike, as the parking lot isn't paved and is all gravel.

06/07/2025: Great food, good prices, but slow service. Appetizer brought right away, but then about 3/4 hour wait between other courses. Overall a very positive experience. Nice place, delicious food, and competent staff except for the wait.

05/08/2025: The location offers the ultimate in tranquility and well-being. All the staff are absolutely kind, helpful, and polite. There are no exceptions. The cleanliness is excellent throughout (both the restaurant and the rooms). The spaces in our rooms/apartments were perfect and adequate. Both accommodations (a triple and a junior suite) had a comfortable kitchen. The restaurant is excellent, and all the dishes are carefully served and of excellent quality. We had the opportunity to sample many dishes, and everything was excellent. The wait staff is absolutely helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. They are attentive to every request. The waiting time for each dish is perfect. Definitely recommended, and we'll return as soon as possible.

04/08/2025: A very nice hotel. Beautifully located and very friendly staff. We arrived quite late, but that was no problem at all. We checked in immediately and received a nice welcome drink. Despite the late check-in, we were still able to dine in the lovely restaurant. The room and shower were clean and fresh. The window overlooked the countryside. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very extensive, and the coffee was delicious. In short, a pleasant stay near Assisi, but much less touristy and wonderfully peaceful.

Thanks to Martina and her fantastic cakes and to Luca and Matteo for their kindness and hospitality, which made our holiday at Agriturismo Il Corbezzolo an incredible experience! The location is breathtaking, the rooms impeccably clean, and the splendid pool provided moments of pure relaxation. The dinners, prepared with all local products, were excellent! A dream place we will definitely return to ♥️

04/08/2025: A unique stay in a beautiful location. What a wonderful stay – absolutely everything it should be. Located in the green heart of Umbria, surrounded by peace and quiet and nature. The brothers Matteo and Luca are incredibly friendly and hospitable. Every morning we enjoyed a delicious breakfast, but the real surprise was the dinner: a freshly prepared four-course meal every evening, cooked with love. Value for money? More than fantastic. With a beautiful view and such a warm atmosphere, this is a truly unique find. We will definitely be back.

21/07/2025: I had dinner at this restaurant last night and was truly impressed by the quality of the food and the excellent service. I immediately felt at ease, and the waiter who served us was helpful, polite, and professional. The view from the restaurant is breathtaking, and I recommend going at sunset because the location allows you to enjoy excellent food with an enchanting view.

15/07/2025: Siamo stati domenica 6 luglio a pranzo in compagnia di amici, le aspettative, grazie alle recensioni, sono state soddisfatte!Abbiamo gustato ottime pietanze tutte fresche di produzione locale, per finire la crostata con ricotta e lenticchie deliziosa e ancora calda…Il servizio veloce, la cameriera disponibile e simpatica! Consigliatissimo!!
