13/03/2024: Last weekend we stayed at this property. Excellent location, easy to reach, surrounded by greenery and with a pleasant view. Very well-kept and elegant rustic-style rooms. The jewel in the crown is a wonderful veranda where, in front of the fireplace, you can enjoy an aperitif with a view. Friendly and extremely helpful staff, they made us feel at home. Highly recommended. The internal restaurant, included in the Michelin 2024 guide, is certainly worth trying.

We had the privilege of having lunch at the Rodella Restaurant at L'Antico Forziere while returning from a holiday weekend and were extremely impressed by the extraordinary quality of the cuisine and the impeccable service.
Every dish we enjoyed was a true culinary masterpiece. The tortelli stuffed with pigeon and artichokes were a perfect combination of flavours, while the fillet with fine black truffle was an unforgettable taste experience. The decomposed trifle was a real surprise, a creative reinterpretation of a classic dessert that delighted our palate.
The location of the restaurant is enchanting, with a rustic and welcoming atmosphere that blended perfectly with the surrounding context. The staff was exceptional, attentive to every detail and always available to meet our needs.
We highly recommend the L'Antico Forziere Restaurant to all those who wish to enjoy an extraordinary gastronomic experience in Casalina di Deruta. We can't wait to return to savor the delicacies of this fantastic restaurant again! 🍽️🌟✨

02/04/2024: Ci siamo imbattuti in questo locale per puro caso e ce ne siamo innamorati.
Dalla cortesia e simpatia del personale, alla cura dei dettagli nell'arredamento (un misto tra moderno, arte e un pizzico di follia!!!) alla bontà del cibo.
Prima di cena si siamo accomodati al bancone per un aperitivo e due chiacchiere con uno dei proprietari, davvero simpatico. Poi ci hanno accompagnato al tavolo e abbiamo ordinato un antipasto di salumi e formaggi, un hamburger con patate per nostro figlio, una pasta bianca per l'altro, gnocchetti al ragù di cinghiale, patate arrosto e un'insalata... Tagliere divino, gnocchetti facolosi, mio figlio ha letteralmente divorato l'hamburger. Inoltre ho visto passare delle pizze davvero invitanti...
Prezzo? Più che onesto. Anche grazie ad una promozione attiva sui bambini abbiamo speso veramente pochissimo. Da altre parti non sarebbero bastati nemmeno per una pizza. Super super consigliato e congratulazioni ai ragazzi che sono davvero giovani ed in gamba!!!! Bravi!!!!
29/03/2024: Ci siamo fermati per pranzo, personale davvero molto gentile e disponibile a spiegare i vari piatti e le specialità. Tagliere di salumi e formaggi molto abbondante e buonissimo, hamburger affumicato di scottona eccezionale, ma il piatto che più meritava è stato lo spezzatino di cervo. La carne si scioglieva in bocca. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Tortino di patate porcinni e fonduta di taleggio and then a tartar with burrata hazelnuts and tratufo, a real delight and very good value for money. A place that I recommend with my eyes closed. The chef-owner is very friendly and the service is impeccable. Thanks for the experience

17/03/2024: Siamo venuti in questo locale doppio esserci capitati per caso l'estate scorsa.
Cibo delizioso e freschissimo, il servizio simpatico e attento e la cucina estremamente disponibile a soddisfare le nostre richieste, rapporto qualità prezzo incredibile! Abbiamo mangiato una squisita coratella, torta al testo, pappardelle al cinghiale, una tagliata e una grigliatona mista. Anche le verdure buonissime!
Torneremo presto!
