14/08/2024: My girlfriend and I went to this nice restaurant during our weekend in Spoleto. The outdoor location is very beautiful, in fact it overlooks a small balcony from which you could enjoy the sunset and a beautiful view of the city. The staff immediately proved friendly and welcoming. We ordered a platter of local cured meats and cheeses, some delicious local sausages and one of their local pastas, strangozzi alla spoletina, seasoned with chilli garlic and chopped tomatoes, very tasty and strong. Finally we ordered two desserts: their typical chocolate cake and a puff pastry covered in hot cream and berries. It was all delicious and fresh topped off with a pleasant view. I would give some advice: when bringing the cold cuts platter, I would describe the cured meats brought and their history so as to make you appreciate the local traditions even more. If you are looking for a traditional restaurant with a touch of elegance this restaurant is the right place.

25/08/2024: Very nice tavern a stone's throw from the center of Spoleto. The dishes were very good, unfortunately we couldn't try others because we were coming from a rich breakfast, but what we ate I can guarantee the authenticity and goodness of the dishes. Fast and kind service. Easy parking near the square below the Osteria. You can also park at "Spoletosfera" and arrive at the Osteria in 10 minutes on foot via the mechanized passages in the city (very convenient).

19/11/2024: Siamo stati a cena in questo Ristorante accogliente e dai pochi coperti, quindi poca confusione e servizio pronto e presente per ogni necessità. Lo Staff estremamente gentile e sincero sui tempi di attesa. Abbiamo mangiato bene e pagato il giusto. Consigliamo di provarlo.

17/11/2024: Il locale è molto curato in ogni sua parte, abbiamo apprezzato sopratutto la scelta del menù e la cortesia con la preparazione della cameriera. Le portate erano tutte buone, gradito in particolare la coratella, la pasta con il cinghiale ed i dolci. È stata veramente un esperienza gradevole.

28/11/2024: For the welcome at the reception and the service in general (including the staff present in the breakfast room) I would give the structure another star. The rooms are very comfortable and the whole environment is clean and fragrant. It's practically in the center. Very recommended.

30/11/2024: The food is also decent even if there would be some complaints about some of the cured meats, but the service and environment are truly terrible. I'm sorry but the boy in the dining room really took away my appetite... dirty hands under my nails, dirty service clothes, bad breath from reflux with a cold that continuously brings up the mucus even in front of the diners and an unkempt beard. Poorly maintained environment, cold coming in through the window and half-dismantled fireplaces left in the room

13/08/2024: Elegant but informal atmosphere, excellent food. I recommend Strangozzi carbonara with crunchy artichokes. Excellent homemade desserts. The value for money is simply excellent. Highly recommended

25/08/2024: We found our culinary place in Spoleto. Excellent flavors, well presented, friendly service. I think that after several years of using various restaurants in Tuscany and now Umbria, this one is definitely on the podium! Great service, perfect atmosphere, and the dishes look like from a Michelin-starred restaurant! ;)

25/08/2024: I had already been a guest in this place in January and I returned at the end of August to try the cuisine again. The products are top quality and well prepared. The first courses were tasty, the sliced ​​meat melted in the mouth and the stuffed pigeon was extraordinary. I will go back a third time.

29/08/2024: We enjoyed our first visit so much, we came back for dinner again a few days later. The service was very friendly and even fun, and the food was good. The desserts are all homemade, and the panna cotta in particular should not be missed.
