23/03/2024: We had dinner at this restaurant which intrigued us during our walk... the welcome was friendly but at the same time professional... we had an appetizer which was top quality and plentiful... followed by two equally interesting second courses with quality products... all accompanied by a good wine that we chose with the help of the host... who pleasantly entertained us during the meal and at the end of dinner with interesting notions on the history of the location of the restaurant... congratulations for the food... for the proposals and for the pleasant feeling of being regular customers and not simply passing through... we will definitely see each other again

30/03/2024: I am very happy to do this review. I had chosen based on the google reviews and I can say that they were all worth it!!!! Very nice and very kind staff, especially with the 2 year old girl - not to be taken for granted - a cod from the END OF THE WORLD, an explosion of taste and experience of the senses. We then had an exquisite slice of tuna and a typical pasta dish with truffles whose name I don't remember, nothing short of heavenly!!!!!!! Everything was delicious, excellent grappas, excellent location, they even gave the little girl raspberries...HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!

17/03/2024: Hospitality and attention and love for what they do made me feel at home. I only stayed one night because of a course nearby and tasted many delicacies for dinner. A certainty without a doubt.

06/04/2024: Located in a delightful village, among the most beautiful in Italy, we entered by chance fasting and late for lunch, but we were nevertheless seated with extreme kindness and served, even though the kitchen was already closed. We ate local ham, salami and sausage, a choice of cheeses, rustic pickles, bread and excellent wine until we were satisfied. It couldn't have happened better. Highly recommended.

21/03/2024: Dinner with family on the 15th. Beautiful location enhanced by the floor-to-ceiling view of the "Domus Romana". Excellent appetizers with refined and quality products (such as Spello rice, pata negra, artichokes, cheese and eggs), the first and second courses are also good and worthy of mention (potato and nettle gnocchi with lamb sauce, spaghetti, tomato, vanilla and anchovies , goat's milk risotto with asparagus and savory), good cellar. Discrete but present, professional staff. The only note that is not up to par with the place and what is expected to close an excellent dinner are the desserts which I didn't actually have to make Wow, without praise or infamy. We will definitely return and it is worth recommending as much as a starred one

The glass floor is enchanting and offers a suggestive view of the remains of a Roman Domus. The menu offers traditional Umbrian dishes reinterpreted in a modern key with great skill. The flavors are authentic and the raw materials of the highest quality. I had the opportunity to taste several dishes, all delicious and carefully prepared. The presentation of the dishes is impeccable and the attention to detail is noticeable. The professionalism in the service makes everything even more pleasant. If you want to enjoy a high-level culinary experience in a unique and evocative context, this is the right place. The price is adequate for the quality of the food and service.

31/03/2024: This is THE restaurant, no ifs or buts. Too bad we didn't try the steaks, which they say is their specialty, but maybe it could be a good excuse to return. The restaurant is gorgeous, the perfect combination of elegant and rustic, perfect lights; the staff are extremely welcoming, friendly and cordial; the kitchen, but what am I telling you to do? If you pass through Montefalco you absolutely must eat here.

01/04/2024: With some friends I had the opportunity to return to the Locanda del Teatro. It was a real success. My friends were fascinated by the warmth of the place and the extreme courtesy of the maître Paolo. The staff, courteous and impeccable as always, were constantly at our disposal. Chef Pasqualino stopped by to say a cordial greeting, as did the pastry chef Lucia and the baker Pier Luigi. The dishes on the countryside menu were appreciated and enjoyed by everyone. The photos speak for themselves and provide a precise idea of ​​the individual dishes. We will be back for sure and soon.

I really appreciated the quality of the raw materials with which the dishes are made and the fact that even though there are only two of them, they manage to organize themselves very well. The proposal is broad, genuine and local. I highly recommend dropping by. P.s. the celery sauce is astronomical!!

27/03/2024: I didn't visit the rooms but only the restaurant. It's not the first time I've gone, better to book. It doesn't have many places. Location in the small square of the village, nice and simple place, you can eat inside and outside. The menu is extensive and according to everything and is good and the prices are honest. I took a traditional menu, the starter was bruschetta with oil, ham and pecorino cheese from Norcia, high quality raw materials. Then the pachino strozzapreti and salted ricotta, good even if I didn't like the quality of the pasta but that's my taste and then sausage on a bed of excellent salad and roast potatoes. Then a mixed vegetable which I was told was excellent. To finish, the apple pie, cream and ice cream were very good. Excellent house wine. I spent 49 euros and I would say it was excellent. What can I say, a guarantee, then trevi for a walk is always worth it.

The tasting of their oil on bruschetta, as a welcome, steals the show, and in general the exceptional quality oil is the star of the restaurant. We will gladly return!
