22/07/2026: This was by far the best place I dined. Between Rome, Florence, and Umbria this place was the most attentive and the food was unlike any I’ve had before but excellent.
20/07/2026: After the Tibetan bridge in Sellano yesterday, I found myself in this restaurant with friends... as soon as I entered, I was amazed by the atmosphere... attention to detail... a very friendly owner and excellent quality food prepared by his wife, the chef... original and above all very good dishes that give you flavour sensations... highly recommended and I hope to return when I am in the area... heartfelt compliments to the owners

28/07/2026: Discovered almost by chance on my 70th birthday, it's now a must-visit for my family and close friends. The food is extraordinary and decidedly local, with beautifully crafted dishes. Locally sourced gastronomy finds its true calling here. Finally, the quality of service in a relaxed atmosphere and the authentic human touch make the experience almost unique.

The maltagliati with zucchini flowers and truffles were very good.
The trout in porchetta was sublime!
The dessert was also delicious.

C’è un luogo dove il tempo sembra essersi fermato, nascosto tra le morbide colline umbre, lontano dal rumore delle città. Un antico borgo medievale, amorevolmente ristrutturato, accoglie viaggiatori alla ricerca di quiete e autenticità. Nel cuore del castello, una cucina sublime celebra la tradizione con prodotti locali di qualità, trasformando ogni pasto in un’esperienza indimenticabile.

07/04/2025: Prima di fare l'esperienza sul ponte tibetanto ci siamo fermati in questo ristorante per mangiare un piatto di pasta, ordinate 5 porzioni di pappardelle ai funghi porcini, ci ha portato due teglie enormi, dosi per 10 persone... tutto ben amalgamato e saporito. Avevamo preso anche un tagliere di salumi e formaggi da dividere, tutto buono con i sapori nostrani. La padrona Maria Rita ci ha deliziati con la sua simpatia e disponibilità. Ha apparecchiato fuori al sole, siamo stati molto bene. lo consigliamo vivamente. Grazie Maria Rita e grazie al cuoco.
07/04/2025: Passati per caso, abbiamo trovato un ambiente familiare con Maria Rita che ci ha accolti come parenti facendoci sentire a casa. Abbiamo festeggiate con delle eccezionali pappardelle fatte in casa con funghi porcini, ottime.
Grazie per la grande quantità delle porzioni, la qualità e il modico prezzo. Ritorneremo sicuramente!!!
