This place was suggested to me for an evening and I must say that the experience was more than excellent. I don't think you find a couple who run a place like this often. He is a true showman of the room, cultured, ready on all the dishes he offers and on the ingredients used, as well as on the pairings of beers or wines. She is the creator of fantastic dishes prepared on the spot, with skill and passion, what was found in the "home kitchen" but applied this time to the restaurant's cuisine. The union of flavors and ingredients at km 0 and you will not find large-scale retail products! Not to mention sweet coffees and bitters that you will hardly find on the market. I highly recommend trying their cuisine, for lunch or dinner, and rest assured that you will find what they explain to you on your plate! Trust, transparency, originality these are their fundamental cornerstones. And I wish them every luck in this project they have undertaken, because it is a revolution in the concept of catering, a return to the origins of our cuisine!

01/04/2024: E' stato fantastico il pranzo di Pasqua "alternativo" da Floyd, mangiare ottimo cibo, bio, ricercato anche nei minimi particolari con la musica in sottofondo dei Pink Floyd....beh... che dire!! La location e' carinissima , Crescenzo e' fantastico con i suoi ospiti "amici". Grazie ragazzi della vostra ospitalita' SUPER !!! Ritorneremo sicuramente.

02/04/2024: Found it blindly and I must say that instinct led us really well, equally excellent food, excellent wine, characteristic place and welcoming staff, average price around €30, two of us had a tasting of cured meats and cheeses, 1 portion of cream crostini of porchetta (to try) 1 pork fillet with Sagrantino, 1 glass of Sagrantino and 1 glass of Rosso di Montefalco, I confirm everything is more than good, very friendly and approachable owners, if I were to pass through these parts again I would certainly return to try the others dishes

23/03/2024: We had dinner at this restaurant which intrigued us during our walk... the welcome was friendly but at the same time professional... we had an appetizer which was top quality and plentiful... followed by two equally interesting second courses with quality products... all accompanied by a good wine that we chose with the help of the host... who pleasantly entertained us during the meal and at the end of dinner with interesting notions on the history of the location of the restaurant... congratulations for the food... for the proposals and for the pleasant feeling of being regular customers and not simply passing through... we will definitely see each other again

02/12/2023: What an absolute great spot for lunch. Charming atmosphere, super friendly service and absolutely stunning food and wine. We loved the crostini, the spinach ricotta quenelles were unique and delicious and the pastas were outstanding. We split the rabbit with roasted potatoes and it was hands down the best rabbit I’ve ever had. Make a reservation as they’re tiny and book up (several folks turned away due to no reservation and that was on a rainy Wednesday in early May).

14/11/2023: Our favorite place, the pearl of Panicale. Very nice place tastefully furnished, warm and informal family-run environment, personally it has absolutely no rivals. Traditional foods revisited with Patrizia's great skill and sensitivity which, I am sure, will remain in your heart, impeccable service, thanks to Elia and Vittorio, the great "Mr. Lillotatini", the splendid Bianca sommelier of excellence. Every time we have the chance to return to my town we go to them, now after many years they are family people for us, sincere and honest, it's not just the wonderful starred restaurant in the square of the beautiful Panicale where I recommend everyone to go Thanks so much, see you soon

04/04/2024: E' il posto perfetto in cui portare qualcuno quando si vuol fare bella figura. Menù interessante e variegato, piatti curatissimi, servizio perfetto. Lo Scottadito di Rombo è qualcosa di straordinario. Non immaginavo che un pesce bianco potesse essere così succulento. Atmosfera rilassata ma senza confusione, luci basse che favoriscono la conversazione e musica di sottofondo mai invadente. Sempre una bella esperienza.
