08/04/2026: Dinner with friends. Very nice restaurant, with a very hospitable chef. Excellent quality ingredients, featuring Umbrian tradition as well as some successful reinterpretations. Reasonable prices. I didn't give it 5 stars because toward the end of the dinner, with two windows open and the front door open, we felt a bit chilly. Will we return? Definitely, but we'll ask—and it's our fault—to close the doors and windows in case of a chilly breeze.
05/04/2026: A small restaurant located in a charming village (reservations recommended).
Cuisine strongly rooted in the local area. Handmade pasta with organic flours, including gluten-free pasta, always made by them in their own kitchen. Organically grown produce from local farms, free-range meats, and desserts made daily by the chef.
We didn't know they'd offer gluten-free options; imagine the delight of ordering everything on the menu without gluten.
Attentive, precise, and thoughtful service, sensitive to intolerances.
For two people, a full menu (with truffles), side dishes, dessert wine, and coffee—does that seem like a lot?
Considering the quality of the ingredients used, the service, and the attention we received, it's excellent.
Highly recommended.
