26/04/2025: Ho pranzato in questo locale due giorni fa. Dopo aver visitato la splendida Montefalco, noto il nome del locale….Il postaccio….di nome ma non di fatto. Ho mangiato benissimo . Strangozzi alla carbonara favolosi e stracotto tenerissimo….un profumo a cui non si poteva resistere. I prezzi sono molto convenienti e la qualità ottima davvero. Lo consiglio.

20/05/2025: Dinner. Too much waiting about 1 hour. Dishes served out of time. Pizza removed from the menu without warning. Staff running around the room ..... sign of bad organization. Good food, price not like a trattoria but a restaurant 35 euros for two dishes (appetizer or First/second course) anyway at the end of the evening everyone went home

11/05/2025: My two sisters and I have been able to enjoy some spectacular wines and cheeses, unknown to us to date. At Cuveé wine cellar, with their professionalism, kindness and good work, they have managed to open up even more the range of our curiosity about this beautiful world of wine. A pleasure for the senses and great teachings about everything related to our Liquid Gold. Thanks a million 😊

26/04/2025: An authentic and delicious dining experience at "La Porrina"! I recently had the pleasure of having lunch at the "La Porrina" restaurant and was extremely satisfied. The welcoming atmosphere and friendly service immediately made us feel at ease. We enjoyed a selection of dishes that highlighted the authentic flavors of the local cuisine. The Pasta and Lentils were simple but full of flavour, while the Tomato Bruschette (two portions!) were a triumph of freshness and flavour. The Salad Mix offered a nice contrast, and the Grilled Vegetables were cooked to perfection, retaining their natural sweetness. A real highlight was the Caciotta, a delicious local cheese. The Pasta Tartufo was an explosion of aromas and flavours, a truly memorable dish. The Mushroom and Truffle Pasta was also delicious, a perfect combination of ingredients. To end on a sweet note, the House Cake and Sorbet were a worthy conclusion to an excellent meal. We accompanied everything with four coffees, perfect for finishing our lunch. The total bill of €119.50, with a VAT of €10.86, was absolutely honest considering the quality of the dishes and the service received. Electronic payment was quick and convenient. I highly recommend "La Porrina" to anyone who wishes to enjoy true Italian cuisine in a hospitable and authentic environment. An experience to repeat!

18/05/2025: Il Ristorante rimane un pochino nascosto e non ha un proprio parcheggio, quindi si può parcheggiare lungo la strada che è a senso unico. Il locale è piccolo ed è più una trattoria con un'atmosfera informale e piatti tipici. Il proprietario è alla mano. Il cibo è buono, consiglierei il risotto e le fettuccine viola, non le fettuccine al ragù. Prezzi nella norma.

23/04/2025: 1 star – A nightmare dinner: when the taste is not enough to save the disservice If you want to spend an evening looking at nothing and waiting like in a waiting room, this is the right place. We sit and wait 50 minutes to order. The waiter apologizes, promises to make up for it... but everything makes everything worse. After the appetizer, we remain another 60 minutes with empty plates in front of us, completely ignored. Shall we ask for water? No response. Absent, disorganized, distracted staff. After the first courses, tired of waiting and annoyed by the treatment, we get up and go to pay directly at the cash register. The lady, impassive, pretends nothing has happened and is even surprised that we didn't have dessert or coffee. No apologies, no attempts to make amends. The dishes are good, but it's not enough when you are treated with this sloppiness. The service ruined everything. Any advice? Avoid it. The Temple of Taste may be a "temple", but certainly not of respect for the customer.
