11/07/2024: Non riesco a capire chi è che scrive le recensioni… ristorante assolutamente da evitare. La location è carina, purtroppo le cose positive, finiscono qui. Prezzi totalmente inadeguati, piatti di qualità discutibile… crumble delle tartare, fatto con i biscotti “digestive” (vergognoso) tartare che costano 39€… la frittura, praticamente una porzione da bambini, che costa 28€. Ovviamente non tornerò più e non capisco come faccia un posto del genere, ad essere ancora aperto. Scandaloso
14/06/2024: Non è un semplice ristorante, ma veramente un tempio di pace, il proprietario non è lì per servire semplicemente le portate ma per far vivere un percorso, mi ha fatto vivere una esperienza di pace e piacere, ospitandoci come fossimo entrati in casa sua, un posto che meriterebbe più di ciò che potrò scrivere.
Materie prime di livello eccellente, trattamento delle materie superbo, servizio cortesia ed accoglienza figli di tanto amore e dedizione per un lavoro fatto con la passione.
Non devo consigliare il locale, ma suggerirlo a chi vuole vivere qualche ora magica fermando il tempo.

27/06/2024: Absolutely a place to try and recommend. Excellent pizza. Really very kind and courteous manager. Top service. Thank you. We were surprised by the fact that he rounded up the bill.... Something that has now become obsolete. These are gestures that are truly very pleasing. We will definitely be back. Thank you

Both the Angus burger and the pizzas were excellent.
Some people need to realize that their children don't have to sit around all the time, being annoying and causing a stir in the entire restaurant.
Is everything just allowed?
It's a pity that the Angus hamburger is no longer on the menu (for the time being).

07/07/2024: Generally good experience, but not quite up to our expectations. Service was a bit rushed and not very welcoming. Food was good. After our main courses, they didn’t even ask if we wanted dessert, just a brusk “caffè?”. Il Molo down the road was a nicer experience.

Welcome as if you've known each other for years🤗 Super delicious food☺️ (large starter leaves, various pasta dishes, wine, tiramisu...) together with perfect service! ...and to top it off with a grappa... That's how gastronomy works!

20/07/2024: I liked everything from the food to the location to the service. Excellent value for money. We took 2 tagliatelle and two first courses: the tagliatelle was really good. Attentive and dynamic staff. Definitely worth going back again.

16/07/2024: Found it by searching on the internet, beautiful place immersed in a pine forest, an aperitif and exchanged a few words with the Boss, Magnificent person, many Ideas, He manages everything to the top, ate out, beautiful and above all good dishes, advice taken quickly and we are there had a great time, a place to get out of the chaos of the usual Mosci, Cheesy Restaurants, which Only Think About Profit, here you can spend two hours if you want even more, in peace and tranquility, without anyone looking at you askance, on the contrary. Nice place, Hermann the Top, wonderful person.

04/06/2024: Wow, 1st time back with new menu on Roof Top. No burgers, no chili, pleathera of foo foo wraps. Taco salad has upcharge for salsa. Oh well. Probably won't be back after many years of coming to Roof Top for food. Very disappointing menu in general. I realize the goal is to simplify.

09/07/2024: We stopped by for early dinner. Very polite and accommodating service by all staff put us all in a good mood from the beginning. We sat in the small garden which took us a little away from the road but still gave us view of Lago Trasimeno. The restaurant didn’t look like much from the outside but the food was great. We asked for a local pasta dish and the recommended “Pici Ragu Bianco di Vitello” was really nice as was my own wild boar (chingiale) stew. As mentioned by others the BBQ ribs were amazing - never had better. The Ravioletti with ricotta and spinach were also delicious and light non- meat dish.
08/06/2024: Aperitif with Mojito and Caipirinha prepared to perfection! Compliments! Lake front, in a well-kept and clean garden! Very kind staff! Advised! I would return for lunch, given the interesting menu!

And the fried seafood plater with octopus, calamari and prawns. Very good. We will be back! Cheesecake was also great!

12/01/2024: Era diverso tempo che non venivo in questo locale storico nel centro di Passignano. Cerco di non dilungarmi consigliando, in particolare a coloro che ancora conservano pregiudizi sul pesce di lago e sulla sua bontà, di provare il primo con ragù di pesce di lago....che sia la chitarrina fresca di pasta all'uovo o i paccheri che ho mangiato io poco importa, perché è una esplosione di gusto!! P. S. Coloro che non fanno la scarpetta....godranno a metà 😉
09/01/2024: Il locale si presenta un po' dall'aspetto "retrò", ma per una trattoria va bene; il personale cordiale e disponibile a ogni chiarimento sui piatti. Il cibo è molto buono, noi eravamo in cinque, abbiamo fatto antipasti sia di terra che di pesce (consiglio l'antipastissimo di pesce, dove ci sono assaggi vari di pesce di lago), poi abbiamo preso i primi, la pasta credo sia fatta in casa visto la consistenza, tutti molto buoni. Sul finale anche i dolci meritano una nota positiva. Il costo direi buono, antipasti, cinque primi, cinque dolci, acqua, vino e caffè, abbia o speso 23€ a testa. Personalmente consiglio questa trattoria
