Everything delicious, the queen of the lake in porchetta, a traditional dish on Trasimeno, was delicious. Adequate prices.

02/04/2024: Important advice, give the owner some time and don't judge her by the "cover", characteristic ways of doing things but she will certainly win you over. But above all, where she won't arrive, the goodness of her dishes will arrive, excellent fish, fresh and served with great attention to detail. The veranda is very nice while the interior of the place is really small. You certainly won't come to this restaurant to evaluate the location or the bathroom, which is single, spartan and essential to say the least. Trust me though, I have only eaten so many fish and dishes so delicious!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Very honest price.

30/01/2024: I literally loved everything about my experience this evening, but why did it take over an hour to be served our 5 Wraps or Hamburgers on a Monday evening? I feel communication is key in any business and nothing was said to us about how long the food was taking tonight. So, in my mind as a paying customer with high expectations, I assume this is how things are always run here. Of course, I’m hopeful this is not the case, but when nobody communicates, people will automatically assume this is the norm for this business.
If our waiter would have just communicated and been up front about the situation, I would have given 5 Stars. Food was great and he was a really nice guy, but waiting almost an hour and a half on a Monday evening for some bar food seems so wrong without any explanation. Thanks for occupying us and our time with Bingo while we waited and for the Hometown feel of your bar!

12/01/2024: Era diverso tempo che non venivo in questo locale storico nel centro di Passignano. Cerco di non dilungarmi consigliando, in particolare a coloro che ancora conservano pregiudizi sul pesce di lago e sulla sua bontà, di provare il primo con ragù di pesce di lago....che sia la chitarrina fresca di pasta all'uovo o i paccheri che ho mangiato io poco importa, perché è una esplosione di gusto!! P. S. Coloro che non fanno la scarpetta....godranno a metà 😉
09/01/2024: Il locale si presenta un po' dall'aspetto "retrò", ma per una trattoria va bene; il personale cordiale e disponibile a ogni chiarimento sui piatti. Il cibo è molto buono, noi eravamo in cinque, abbiamo fatto antipasti sia di terra che di pesce (consiglio l'antipastissimo di pesce, dove ci sono assaggi vari di pesce di lago), poi abbiamo preso i primi, la pasta credo sia fatta in casa visto la consistenza, tutti molto buoni. Sul finale anche i dolci meritano una nota positiva. Il costo direi buono, antipasti, cinque primi, cinque dolci, acqua, vino e caffè, abbia o speso 23€ a testa. Personalmente consiglio questa trattoria

04/04/2024: We booked with my family through "the fork" for Saturday dinner. Very welcoming and well-kept environment, it conveys that they care. The food was also very good, my family and I tried various things including octopus carpaccio, spaghetti with clams and more, all well seasoned and fresh. Waiting times not too long, unfortunately in my opinion some behaviors and attitudes on the part of the owner should be "reviewed" I won't go into details because I don't want to dwell on it but in other reviews on the service, I agree with what I read after being there. There are indoor and outdoor tables and there is a bathroom. One of the significant flaws in my opinion is the €3 cover charge per person (includes bag with bread and service) I find it a bit excessive, however also considering the prices of drinks (water €3 each filled ultra-filtered 75ml) and food they are a little higher than average. 20% discount applied with the fork, not on drinks (as also written on the site) and covered.
