28/12/2025: This is already our third time back for the Christmas holidays. Luciano and Jacopo are perfect hosts, as are their staff. The location is fantastic, surrounded by olive trees, full of tranquility and energy. Jacopo's cuisine is top-notch. Their homemade olive oil is a 10.

The tart had a wonderful pastry crust. Special thanks to Michela, the girl who served us: very quick, courteous, and very friendly.

21/11/2025: The name says it all! This place specializes exclusively (I want to emphasize this) in soups, with no other dishes except dessert. The soups change daily, which shows they always use fresh ingredients. You can check the website. I went for lunch; it was easy to find a table, but it's always best to reserve. I had beans and pork rind... incredible! I'll definitely be back!

02/03/2026: Small deli with tables for dining in, a casual atmosphere for a business lunch or a quick meal. Homemade pasta and a variety of meat and fish options are served. You go to the counter, choose, and they bring it to your table. I tried the pici alla Norcina, and my wife had tagliatelle with creamed pumpkin and speck. Everything was delicious. A good glass of wine and that's it. Oh, I forgot about the homemade desserts, a super salted caramel brittle. Highly recommended, for the price, it's worth a thousand times those damn fast food joints.

As always, the service was kind and courteous, and they were always punctual without a hitch. This time, you outdid yourself with the quality: the cannelloni with seafood for New Year's Eve dinner were to die for. Congratulations.

12/01/2026: Wonderful, fresh pizza, either traditional "al taglio" or round restaurant-style made to order. Don't feel like having pizza? They also have homemade pasta dishes and salads, along with chicken wings and on special days, the best porchetta in the region. They have a great outdoor eating area for people-watching and an intimate indoor space if the weather is inclement. Highly recommended.

They don't have a lot of staff, or at least that's what we thought. The food was good, and I'd happily return. The meat platter is recommended!

23/09/2025: A cozy, modern restaurant with delicious dishes and wines (including, of course, Montefalco Sagrantino); all at reasonable prices. Excellent, friendly service. The restaurant belongs to the hotel, which is situated in a beautiful garden with a small river flowing through it. Local jams, wine, and olive oil are also available for sale.

The menu is very interesting and offers many vegan options. Everything was delicious, and attention was paid to every detail of the presentation. I'll definitely be back!
