15/01/2026: Just had dinner with one of their "recommended" dishes. Simply superb! Kudos to the food, the service, and, last but not least, the venue—just the right amount of modernity, yet always welcoming!

03/05/2026: Despite the short notice, they quickly found us a table in the upstairs room. The atmosphere was different from the usual: black walls, soft lighting, and very little noise. The dishes were generous and very good: the bison burger was delicious! The staff was young and polite. My special compliments go to Giorgia, who, with her kindness and smile, made our evening unforgettable! Highly recommended! Congratulations!

01/05/2026: My husband and I were there. We ordered a shared platter and a white ragù dumpling. The guys were very kind at first, then after paying the bill and leaving a tip for their kindness, they charged us double the price written on the menu for a platter. I asked for explanations and they didn't give them to me. I don't recommend them. They're not honest at all. I absolutely don't recommend them.

All these elements are brought to life by the heart and soul of the incredible and talented Chef and owner. He possesses an absolute, top-notch technique that allows him to craft ingredients like very few others, resulting in dishes that are beyond unique and incredibly flavorful. For the owner-chef, perfection is a fundamental concept, and he strives to surpass it, ALWAYS. The expertly crafted ingredients, beyond perfection, blend seamlessly with the highest-quality raw materials, used with incredible skill. The dishes intoxicate the palate and the senses...everything is a caress for the soul. The ingredients were cooked sublimely. A tip: Umbricoli with Reggiano and black truffle. I have NEVER eaten better Umbricoli in my life! Here, the cuisine and drink, rigorously traditional, are a true art, a journey through sight, smell, and taste, but above all through the feelings and emotions that the Chef, preparing dishes unlike any other, evokes in those who enjoy them. 20/12/2025: I chose to return to this restaurant after a few years with my girlfriend to celebrate a special occasion. I couldn't have made a better choice. The atmosphere was perfect, from the music at just the right volume, the lighting, the attention to detail, the impeccable service—I don't know how else to describe it—and the carefully curated and unique menu. Every dish exudes passion and attention to detail, from the freshly baked bread (delicious!) to the fantastic homemade panettone served at the end. We felt truly pampered from start to finish. A place that will stay in your heart. Highly recommended.

02/05/2026: A small but charming gelateria in the historic center of Spoleto. I tried several flavors, but they definitely didn't wow me. Then I tried the pistachio, which deserves a special mention and won an award. Prices are average, and the staff are helpful.

30/04/2026: We were intrigued by an unusual line of people, and after waiting about ten minutes, we ate, with complete certainty, the best gelato in the history of gelato. Unparalleled flavors and sublime pairings. I truly feel like this gelato made our trip to Umbria worthwhile. An incredible treat!

13/04/2026: A rustic restaurant in true Umbrian style, with a simple menu but tasty, authentic dishes. The tagliatelle are excellent. I'll be back to try the chicken fricó. The house wine is drinkable and pleasant. Special mention goes to the young waiter, who was polite and quick. Recommended!
