10/08/2025: We discovered this restaurant via The Fork. It was a great experience. Friendly staff and a lovely atmosphere. The food was excellent, the only thing we weren't crazy about was the amount of oil in the pasta dishes. Otherwise, everything was excellent. Plenty of vegetarian options. Order the tiramisu with Pandistelle because it was truly out of this world.

17/08/2025: A very beautiful and spacious place, tastefully decorated and welcoming. The croissants and pastries are truly remarkable, both in size and quality: fragrant, soft, and delicious. The idea of being able to fill them however you like is great, with so much to choose from and plenty of options. A perfect place for breakfast or a delicious snack. Highly recommended!

13/07/2025: A welcoming and very well-kept place. We appreciated the warm welcome, the professionalism of the staff, and the speed of service. We had the antipasto platter: the cured meats and cheeses were excellent, the fried foods and crostini were delicious, and the truffle frittata was excellent. The strangozzi and crescionda were delicious. We enjoyed some delicious traditional local dishes. I definitely recommend it.

27/07/2025: Excellent local cuisine. The appetizers are recommended (a mix of cured meats and cheeses, scrambled eggs with truffles, and fried bread). The first courses are all excellent, as are the meats. Attentive and friendly service.

10/07/2025: 5 stars because there aren't 10 but I would give 100 and a thousand, friendliness, sympathy, everything wonderfully perfect, the view of the basilica when waking up or the night illuminated under the starry sky by a spectacle that is indescribable in words, the dishes tasted with breakfast are of excellent quality, we returned after 15 years but everything remained as it was then...😍😍

29/07/2025: Beautiful, clean and comfortable alpine style hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. The food was really well presented and very tasty. It was also close to many lovely walks and the centre of town. We throughly enjoyed or stay and would love to return.

16/05/2025: Impeccable staff, always kind, helpful and attentive. The cuisine is excelent, light and characteristic of the place. The breakfast is of excellent quality, with homemade cakes, biscuits, the savory part and the express one. The rooms are spacious and equipped with all the necessary comforts. If I really have to make a comment, I would change the hairdryer in the bathrooms, if I sneeze I move more air😅. Perfect hotel, I highly recommend it and I hope to return as soon as possible🥰

05/08/2025: The service is excellent, as is the food, with portions that can be called "portions." The welcome is friendly, and the atmosphere is comfortable. Found by chance, it's worth a detour.

15/08/2025: I had dinner at this trattoria and had a great time: the quantity and quality were adequate for the price. If I had to find a flaw, it's the slightly retro decor.

14/08/2025: What an experience, you have no idea... The owners, the lady and her daughter, are incredibly kind. You can tell they are serious restaurateurs. I think I ate a wonderful strangozzi with truffle. Plus, there's an anecdote: they were able to handle my daughter's crying fit as soon as she woke up with disarming calm, fully satisfying her needs. And then we ate a superb grilled rib-eye steak, drank an excellent 2019 Sagrantino di Montefalco (Antonelli), not to mention the sensational tozzetti and the delicious rocciata (or strudel). Congratulations to everyone, guys! Superlative, as Barbieri would say, the bill was just right, well beyond expectations. Thanks to the lady and daughter ❤️ Pasquale and family from Puglia. 26/08/2025: Four of us went for lunch. Our daughters had two very large vegetarian appetizers with lots of delicious ingredients. My wife and I had strangozzi with truffles and Spoleto-style, both excellent, and a truly exceptional mixed grill. Homemade desserts, etc. Highly recommended!

19/08/2025: Il Pellicano has been a regular stop when I visit my sister in Umbria since 1998. When I was younger, I'd stop in for sandwiches and a beer; now I use it to pick up a delicious takeout pizza. The dough is well-made, well-risen (so much so that you won't wake up thirsty the next day), and the wide selection of flavors is worth trying. Recommended for anyone passing through the San Faticchio area and surrounding towns.

18/08/2025: We had dinner at Pellicano and, in addition to the generous portions, we were served by very friendly staff. The burgers and pizzas were excellent. Prices were average. I recommend it!

15/08/2025: While visiting the center of Foligno at lunchtime, we stopped at this norcineria. When we asked to sample some of the typical Umbrian specialties, the owner patiently served us a generous appetizer with cheeses and a wide variety of traditional cured meats. All accompanied by torta al testo and an excellent glass of Montefalco red wine. The staff were truly friendly.

15/08/2025: We had a wonderful aperitivo on a pouring summer day, accompanied by immense human warmth. The excellent food, made with top-quality ingredients, is certainly worth mentioning, but above all, we will cherish the excellent service and kindness of the owner and his entire staff. Since it was pouring outside (including hail), and we were carrying our three-month-old daughter in a stroller and without an umbrella, the owner even offered to drive us to get it. We didn't accept the ride, but this small gesture of thoughtfulness will remain as memorable as his products.
