09/03/2026: In the center of Assisi, a great place with good food and excellent service. The owners and staff are very welcoming. I recommend it to everyone, even groups. There were 64 of us and we were all very happy. Thanks again.

05/03/2026: I stayed here for one night for work, and I must say I found everything I was looking for: rooms just right for one person, with a new, clean bathroom attached, and the dinner was excellent...grilled meat and wood-fired pizza that would be the envy of everyone...I'll definitely consider staying here again when I'm in the area. The price, of course, was very reasonable.

28/02/2026: Spectacular place, I've never had such good prosciutto. I recommend the house antipasto, the cured meats are nothing short of excellent. Lots of freshly made first and second courses, top-quality ingredients. Absolutely wonderful! And I forgot about the wine cellar, which really amazed me. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

03/02/2026: A restaurant where you can enjoy quality traditional dishes. The starters were very good, with a good selection. The meat was well-cooked and juicy. It's perhaps one of the few places where you can choose your pizza crust: classic or Neapolitan. I have to say the Neapolitan crust is very good, and the ingredients are high quality. Overall, a good restaurant. The service was very friendly and welcoming. I'll be back.

08/03/2026: We had dinner with family and friends... nothing special... but we expected it. The big disappointment was the pasta, overcooked... both courses. And then a second course... a mini porchetta sandwich, an olive oil sandwich... let's just say that overall I wouldn't go back. It was an experience given Mr. Giorgione's popularity, but there are definitely places where the food is much better.

16/02/2026: Very negative experience, waiters lazy and inattentive, having asked several times for bread and water... after we had almost finished the appetizer the bread arrived, the first courses were normal except for the waiter who slammed the tray on the table and to finish the second courses the guinea fowl and the other second course were cold, a shame because I had been there 2 years ago and it was really good.... I do not recommend it.

09/01/2026: We stopped here occasionally on the way home. The staff were professional and had a certain empathy that never hurts. The breakfast was delicious, with excellent ingredients and flavor. We also took home a tempting Easter cake from the window, and it did not disappoint—it was truly delicious. Highly recommended, and I'll be back.

05/10/2025: It's a sublime gelato, the number one on the island, especially the ricotta, chocolate and caper, and basil flavors, all of which are fantastic. I'm letting you know that today, October 5th, is the last day of opening.

08/12/2025: I wanted to hug the chef, but I was really too full. There were seven of us. The regular dishes were good, the truffle dishes were good, the snail dishes were good. There's an impressive variety of choices, and everything we ordered was good. The meat—wild boar, lamb, chicken wings—was all juicy, tender, and flavorful without being overly flavorful. The sauces were excellent, in the case of goose, truffle, snails, and a simple red wine. We finished with semifreddo and a special spoletina. The house red wine was strong but pleasant. The limoncello and grappa were special, especially the grappa, which was very smooth. I really appreciated it. It was my first time, but I really hope it won't be my last. I forgot to mention the very courteous, fast, and helpful service. Exceptional people. I want to go back! I hope I'll be in time.... Photo of the snail menu.

04/10/2025: A sensational, unique, and authentic experience! Everything was exceptionally good, from the appetizers to the coffee, from the first courses to the second courses, from the side dishes to the dessert! The location is neat and welcoming, the service is very friendly and attentive to every request. The final bill was excellent! We will definitely be back!

12/10/2025: Discovered by chance, delicious gelato. I had a cup of Williams pears, cinnamon and chocolate chips, and strawberry grapes, prickly pears, and basil. An explosion of flavor. It's a shame I couldn't try the other flavors, so many and so unusual. Definitely worth a try if you're passing through Spoleto.

23/02/2026: What can I say? A beautiful, comfortable, and clean place! Very friendly, helpful, and willing to accommodate various requests. For me, a celiac, it's heaven! PIZZA, FRIED FOOD, AND MUCH MORE, MAGNIFICENT DESSERTS! I also recommend it for first and second courses, in addition to pizza!

28/01/2026: Excellent experience, the menu is almost entirely gluten-free, the staff is extremely friendly, the location is very charming, I highly recommend it for celiacs and others, I would definitely go back.
