We happened upon Marsciano almost by chance, and a kind secretary at a medical center recommended it to us for dinner. It's a spacious restaurant with tables indoors, under the portico, and outdoors in the large garden.
The menu features typical Umbrian specialties, along with a few unusual or predictable options. We had a delicious Cannara onion parmigiana appetizer, followed by the Perugia-style cod, exceptional in flavor and a true rarity. The lemon sorbet was decent. The house red wine was good. The service was fast and attentive, and the atmosphere was very pleasant, even though there was a large table celebrating an anniversary. The price was very fair for the excellent quality. We'll be back.

I had dinner with friends at this place, which I highly recommend. The menu is varied, the prices are high (like almost everywhere in Umbria), but the staff is very friendly and the service is fast. I'll definitely be back (the tagliatelle are delicious).
Exceptional quality food and attentive service, excellent wine pairings, competent and professional staff, beautiful location!

We had lunch at the farmhouse restaurant. Excellent traditional cuisine, generous portions, friendly and professional staff, prompt service, and reasonable prices...the location, immersed in the Umbrian countryside, is very relaxing.

I did not use the hotel service but only the restaurant, for an invitation to a business lunch, the food I ate was of excellent quality, the appetizer of hand-cut raw ham with torta al testo was exquisite and as a first course I had a plate of umbricelli rosatelli, handmade with cream, sausage, ricotta and truffle, delicious

I went to the restaurant with friends. The waiters were very helpful and the service was fast.
We had a couple of appetizers (very good) and pizzas. There were some mixed reviews, ranging from "very good" to "ok" due to some ingredients that were probably out of season, but overall, everything was good.
Excellent prices.
