21/07/2025: We had breakfast here for a week during our vacation in Umbria. All the ladies at the counter were very kind. Delicious croissants and cappuccino. The bread and pizzas were also very good and reasonably priced.

09/07/2025: Never mind if we get French fries instead of salad, of course. It's a mistake, and we point it out to the staff... from that moment on, we're IGNORED. After an hour of waiting in vain, we go to the cashier and ask for the salad they'd charged us to be deducted from our bill. The worst part was the owner's indifference, who smugly replied, "We don't even read the reviews." He went on, "We don't care about our customers." For us, however, this evening was a time of inconvenience and frustration; that's not how you treat your customers. A beautiful place is where you feel welcomed; a beautiful view isn't enough.

06/07/2025: Place located above Tuoro with a view of the lake, the sunset does not "fall" into the lake like at San Feliciano due to their position. Nice place, there are various dishes, also for vegetarians and vegans. Possibility of taking just a nice cocktail for aperitif. Medium-high costs. There are numerous dishes such as first courses, half a pizza shovel (15 euros) or a shovel (30 euros) and numerous ethnic dishes, cocktails and sandwiches. Beautiful presentation of the dishes. Romantic but simple place. Possibility of eating by reservation at street level with a view of the lake and beach-style deck chairs.

04/08/2025: Very tasty dishes, generous portions, reasonable prices, and quick service. The only drawback is the uncomfortable bathroom, but it's a good option for a great meal without spending a fortune.

20/08/2025: Every time I visit a dear friend, I come here for dinner with her and her friends, and we've always been very satisfied with both the price and the menu! Unfortunately, last time I visited, I think there was a problem with the kitchen, as we waited over an hour and a half, and, unfortunately, it wasn't easy to entertain the hungry child. However, a glitch doesn't ruin years of excellent service. I continue to recommend!

The menu offers a well-balanced selection of traditional dishes. The value for money is excellent considering the quality of the ingredients and the attention to detail in the presentation. 06/08/2025: Sometimes, to judge, you have to feel like you're living every moment of the experience before you can give a final rating. I walk into a restaurant and expect a warm welcome, and the staff made us feel like regulars. I give it a 5-star rating. Then, once you're seated at the table, you expect to eat well. Well, we chose traditional dishes and felt the desire to serve good food. I give it a 5-star rating. And let's not forget that even though we had our Cucciolona with us, a peculiar Maremma dog with her obsessions, she was also welcomed with kindness and affection. And finally, we need to consider the exit. The one where you say it was wonderful to be there and that you want to return. I want to point out that the prices are fair. I give it a 5-star rating. The average rating is 5 stars, so I give it 5 stars. Great, and see you next time.

03/08/2025: During our stay near Lake Garda, my partner and I, traveling from Rome, had the pleasure of discovering an exceptional restaurant, booked through TheFork. The experience was nothing short of memorable, thanks to a welcoming atmosphere and a refined ambiance. Because it's a grill restaurant, our focus was on the meat, which was superb and cooked to perfection, according to our preference (rare). The restaurant offers a choice of three levels of marbling, with options changing daily. We opted for medium marbling, selecting a Scottish cut, as the more heavily marbling Polish cut didn't particularly appeal to us. I want to express my appreciation to the chef, whose kindness and expertise enriched our experience. He explained the cooking technique used, which involves a specially designed grill to allow the wood smoke to adhere to the meat, giving it an intense and delicious flavor. A nice touch was the rosemary-infused oil, which further enhanced the flavor of the meat. Although we considered adding a side dish, we chose to focus on the meat so as not to weigh ourselves down. However, I highly recommend the appetizers, especially the bacon-wrapped tomino and the pecorino with truffle, both excellent. To accompany the dinner, we enjoyed a local house wine, which we were so impressed with, we decided to buy it today. In short, an extraordinary culinary experience that I highly recommend to anyone in the area.

We sampled the daily specials for lunch after a tiring journey, immediately discovering the quality of the dishes and the professional, courteous welcome. A wonderful start to our vacation during the Palio dei Terzieri, which further deepened our love for Città della Pieve. Mara and Filippo.
