A great option for a snack - Pinsa - a lighter, crispier dough with various types of fillings. We tried the Napoli, with anchovies. The service was also excellent. Tables are located in the middle of the street, on a side street off the main avenue. Very quiet. 09 05 26

Very nice! I'm from Brazil and I have to say it's a very welcoming place. The prices are very good for the quality of the food and drinks. I recommend ordering the sausage and mushroom pinsa. 💖💖

05/07/2026: Chef Brugalossi and team delivers an unforgettable dining experience. Every single dish was spectacular. It was so good that it even converted my friend, who usually dislikes fish, dessert, and jazz! The sea bass with potatoes and the zuppa inglese were absolute standouts, and enjoying them alongside Ray Gelato & Friends made for a perfect afternoon. I love everything I eat here, year after year. My starter—crostini with pistachio, black truffle, and crunchy zucchini—was absolutely divine! The perfect summer antipasto. I’m not even a vegetarian, but anyone who can make me love zucchini this much is an absolute magician! Incredible food, great atmosphere, and top-tier hospitality. Highly recommended!
04/07/2026: It's one of the most beautiful places in the world! Delicious food, top-quality wine, but not overpriced—in fact, incredible kindness, insane efficiency. I mean, we're at Umbria Jazz, drinking with Ray Gelato playing... in a magical place with wonderful people who work here... Thank you ❤️❤️❤️

09/07/2026: While visiting Todi, encouraged by the good reviews, we stopped for lunch to try the famous "torta al testo." We did not disappoint. Two torte al testo, with sausage and grilled vegetables, were delicious. A unique flavor. A must try. The owners are very kind. The restaurant, very centrally located, is small, but in the summer there are a few tables outside.
