24/10/2025: It's the fourth time I've been there and as far as quality and service are concerned, there's nothing to complain about, just that (at least for my pockets) I can't afford it... spending €103.00 for 4 pizzas, 2 beers, 2 desserts and 1 coffee makes me think that it has become a place suitable for people with higher incomes than mine💁‍♂️

20/12/2025: I chose to return to this restaurant after a few years with my girlfriend to celebrate a special occasion. I couldn't have made a better choice. The atmosphere was perfect, from the music at just the right volume, the lighting, the attention to detail, the impeccable service—I don't know how else to describe it—and the carefully curated and unique menu. Every dish exudes passion and attention to detail, from the freshly baked bread (delicious!) to the fantastic homemade panettone served at the end. We felt truly pampered from start to finish. A place that will stay in your heart. Highly recommended.

13/12/2025: My partner and I fell in love with this restaurant and the husband-and-wife team that owns it. He's the chef, and she runs the restaurant. Both are wonderful, kind, and professional! I wouldn't know where to start: with the location or the food. The setting is beautiful and peaceful, and the food is amazing. Everything is carefully crafted, from the appetizers to the desserts to the wine list. We think it deserves a Michelin star, or at least a mention, because while the dishes are authentic and high-quality, they're also meticulously crafted, yet they don't pretend to wow. There are few places like this, and when you discover them, you'll want to return as often as you can!

06/01/2026: We had lunch at Locanda Baldelli, a place with a unique atmosphere that you can't fully understand unless you experience it. The food was excellent, from appetizer to dessert, as was the wine, which the waiter recommended with great professionalism and courtesy. I highly recommend this experience.

05/01/2026: I went there for lunch, what can I say... everything was excellent, we had a mixed appetizer for two and a mixed bruschetta appetizer, a tortello and a 900g rib-eye steak served on a hot plate. The ingredients were top-quality, the location was truly beautiful and unique, and the staff were attentive, kind and knowledgeable. We'll definitely be back.

01/03/2026: A delicious restaurant in Foligno. The truffle frittata was delicious, and the meat was excellent, both the tagliata and the grilled fillet with truffle. We'll definitely be back!

27/02/2026: A negative experience. The restaurant is traditional in style, with excellent table linens and impeccable table settings. The service was very courteous, if a bit hectic. But the food was decidedly disappointing. The truffle in the two dishes I ordered was purely decorative, devoid of any flavor, and ultimately degraded the dish. In the second dish, a rather messy lamb stew was overpowered by a truly excessive amount of pepper that would have destroyed even the best truffle sauce. The pork belly with pepper fillets and the potato quenelles with shrimp were passable, but not so good. The heavily sinewy tagliata was truly subpar, and served cooked rare, completely different from the requested medium. The bill for the appetizer and main course, €50 per person without wine, was decidedly excessive for the quality offered.

08/03/2026: Yesterday, March 7, 2026, we arrived in Castiglione del Lago. We weren't sure where to eat, and by chance we found this restaurant. We called and booked a table for two. When we arrived, we were greeted by a waitress named Ludovica. She was extremely polite, kind, and above all, very professional, and knew exactly what to recommend. We ordered a house appetizer, a first course: Pici al ragù (a type of pasta) and Pici al cacio e pepe (a type of pasta typical of Rome). This was a very strange choice, considering it's a Roman type of pasta. She also recommended a local sparkling wine (excellent) and a bottle of water. 1 coffee for the modest sum of €47.00. I have to be honest: we ate divinely, everything was delicious, in fact, we promised ourselves we'd absolutely return as soon as we're in the area. A heartfelt compliment goes to Ludovica, the waitress who served us. Everyone is very kind. I highly recommend it. Daniele

21/10/2025: Beautiful structure both inside and out, quiet area, very nice room, good food served by Mr. Nicola, kind person without being intrusive. I hope to be able to return at a time when we can appreciate the outside area. A piece of advice, if you want to go to this place (and you are right) on the road, proceed slowly by car (especially after dusk) because the deer appear suddenly!

21/10/2025: We arrived at this corner of paradise after reading truly excellent reviews and therefore with high expectations. We were HUGELY disappointed. The tagliatelle arrived cold, they had to make me remake it... it was still tasteless... the grilled meats arrived... pale, undercooked (the ribs were still pink), served on a small plate 😳 and to top it off, a ridiculous tiramisu! Not ladyfingers, not soggy, not a decent portion! The price was unjustified! Maybe the real chef was on vacation, but anyway, a shame for such an enchanting place!

23/03/2026: A rustic, well-maintained location and excellent food, from appetizers to main courses and side dishes. The stuffed pigeon is fabulous. Excellent service, the owner is very kind and professional, as is the rest of the staff.

22/03/2026: Excellent value, but unfortunately, two and a half hours to eat two bruschettas, a simple first course, and a second course seems like too much. It's a shame; a few fewer table settings would improve the service and make the atmosphere quieter.
