As a celiac and vegetarian, I found excellent options, and they were super attentive to my needs (vegetarian) and concerns (celiac), even though they aren't AIC certified. Very friendly staff, cozy place, excellent food, generous portions. Highly recommended.

17/07/2026: Beautiful and elegant place, the outside is a marvel. We ate under a wooden pergola overlooking the pool. The garden is well-kept and modern, and the view at sunset is truly beautiful. The food is traditional Emilian cuisine. We had an antipasto that was a masterpiece, with various cold cuts, tigelle, cheeses, anchovies, and butter... everything was truly delicious. We had asked for the tagliata rare, but it was more raw than rare, which was disappointing because everything else was perfect.

The location is beautiful and well-maintained, creating the perfect atmosphere for a pleasant meal. The real highlight of the menu is undoubtedly the pasta dishes, which are absolutely delicious. The pasta deserves a special mention: all strictly homemade and perfectly rolled. The quality of the ingredients and the craftsmanship of the kitchen are immediately apparent upon first bite. To top it all off, the service was excellent. The staff was attentive, courteous, and professional, making us feel immediately at ease. Highly recommended!

03/06/2026: Beautiful setting and presentation, polite if also calculated service, and food that was visually refined but tasted unremarkable and bland. The truly strange moment of the visit, however, involved the olive oil. Rather than being available at the table, it was waiter-served in tiny quantities. After receiving only a few drops each, we asked for more and were flatly told this was not possible! He then seriously invited us to an olive oil tasting instead, wow, adding insult to injury... Only after the next table received their own carefully rationed spoonfuls around ten minutes later did the waiter return and offer us more as well — perhaps realizing that olive oil in Italy should not feel like access to a rare controlled substance. Complete fail and auto sabotage for a supposedly high end, certainly high priced place as theirs! Altogether, it felt like a place prioritizing style, ceremony, and formality over substance, generosity, and heart.

12/05/2026: Unfortunately, the day in Todi started badly with torrential rain that limited our exploration of the city... and it ended badly at this restaurant where we had lunch, encouraged by the positive reviews that make me think I was unlucky... The place was small, full of tables; the outside wasn't accessible due to the downpour. My table near the bathroom was in the middle of the very narrow passage to and from the bathroom. Aside from that, my soup, dedicated to Iacopone, was a mess... I'm not a cook, but I make it pretty good... the wild boar stew was quite tough, served without even a small side dish (2 potatoes, 2 lettuce leaves, nothing...), as is the custom everywhere... The house wine and bread were good, though! Good service from two friendly waitresses. I left disappointed and unhappy with the bill, considering the food wasn't good... Sorry. PS: I'm replying to the management, saying that the table was assigned to us without a choice, and even if it had been as you say, the two free ones were both in the way of the bathroom... and that there was only one table outside, occupied by a young couple; the other tables were empty. I repeat, it must have been an unlucky day for us, and the place certainly deserves the good reviews we read.

09/05/2026: My friends and I had an amazing lunch at Masolino. The food was fantastic, especially the artichoke and the torta al testo. I ate maybe one of the best carbonara of my life with truffle. I will definitely come back and try new dishes. Highly recommend it if you are in the Lago Trasimeno area area.

26/07/2026: A favorite spot in the center of Città di Castello, in a charming little square. Greg's house specialty, Carbonara, is always a guarantee of the highest quality! The tartare and duck are excellent, and equally delicious. For those who enjoy it, amatriciana is also excellent. Reservations required. Suitable for groups of up to 5 people to ensure the highest quality service!

For the owner-chef, perfection is a fundamental concept, and he strives to surpass it, ALWAYS. The expertly crafted ingredients, beyond perfection, blend seamlessly with the highest-quality raw materials, used with incredible skill. The dishes intoxicate the palate and the senses...everything is a caress for the soul. The ingredients were cooked sublimely. A tip: Umbricoli with Reggiano and black truffle. 04/06/2026: Recommended by several locals, I went to what is considered the best restaurant in Gubbio for traditional Umbrian cuisine. The welcome was exquisite, and the food even more so. The first courses are highly recommended, and of excellent quality. Sitting on the terrace offers a beautiful view and fresh air.

It was so good that it even converted my friend, who usually dislikes fish, dessert, and jazz! The sea bass with potatoes and the zuppa inglese were absolute standouts, and enjoying them alongside Ray Gelato & Friends made for a perfect afternoon. I love everything I eat here, year after year. My starter—crostini with pistachio, black truffle, and crunchy zucchini—was absolutely divine! The perfect summer antipasto. I’m not even a vegetarian, but anyone who can make me love zucchini this much is an absolute magician! Incredible food, great atmosphere, and top-tier hospitality. Highly recommended!
