13/05/2025: I had dinner at this place on Saturday night, the welcome is great and the environment is well-kept. They have a large selection of meats of all types, I can't say much though because I only ordered a mixed barbecue where there were 5 types of meat and then I didn't try anything else. However, the dish was very good, the fried sweet potatoes were also good. The lotus cheesecake at the end of the dinner was the icing on the cake. It's my favorite dessert and here it's good in my opinion. I will definitely come back to try all the other specialties. 😊

04/05/2025: Rating 4: exact average between the 5 that I would have given to the restaurant and the external structure, and the 3 for the room. 10/10 restaurant, everything delicious and of high quality. The exterior of the structure is very well kept, a large green garden with swimming pool, an oasis of peace. The rooms are very clean but would need some maintenance starting with the mattresses which should be changed, as well as a general restyling. The very kind and helpful staff and owners paid a lot of attention to my celiac daughter who was very pampered from breakfast to dinner. Absolutely recommended establishment

18/04/2025: Very good dinner. Saffron-based dishes are perfectly executed. The village is very pretty and the gardens of this hotel-restaurant are superb. The wine advice was perfect. I encourage you to stop by here during your stay.

04/05/2025: A restaurant with a unique view in the Tiber Valley, a kind and well-trained staff, Chef Enzo with his skill, kindness and professionalism combined with his starters, first courses, second courses, desserts, etc. really make the difference, you can really feel the quality of the product served, I truly recommend it wholeheartedly

18/05/2025: A charming place, with a truly unique historical atmosphere: stone walls, arched ceilings, soft lighting — everything very well-kept and welcoming. We tried the truffle gnocchi: simply delicious, perfectly balanced in flavors. Courteous and attentive service. The only detail a little out of place: the French music in the background, in such an authentically Italian environment. I will definitely be back with pleasure!

21/05/2025: We zijn er 2 avonden op rij gaan eten omdat het zo lekker was en we nog meer gerechten wouden proeven. Met een primi alleen heb je eigenlijk al genoeg gegeten. Zeer lekkere smaken en royale porties. Een aanrader!

18/05/2025: Searching online for a restaurant in Foligno I found this inn that struck me for the photos of its dishes and... My expectations were fully met. We ate the carbonara and the pappardelle L wild boar and for dessert the pistachio cream puffs. The very refined environment, the very tasty dishes and the kind staff, plus the super honest bill. 23/05/2025: We had a wonderful time at La Pergola this afternoon. We stumbled upon it by chance while cycling around Lake Trasimeno. A very friendly welcome, delicious menu, very reasonable prices, and the cherry on top: a terrace under a very cute and typical pergola. Thank you for this wonderful experience.

03/05/2025: We got there without knowing the place. It was worth it! We took a mixed platter for 2, with excellent products, and two Cinta Senese first courses. Everything was excellent! Fast, very attentive and courteous service! The bottled wine was excellent and we were well recommended! What can I say... Too bad we're not in the area, otherwise it would have been good to come back to try something else! Compliments!
