17/08/2024: On an August evening, in the beautiful village of Bevagna, we had the pleasure of having dinner in this pleasant tavern, typical dishes totally respecting tradition, some even homemade (like the orecchiette), abundant dishes, helpful service, and the note Even more positive is the price, with two first courses (orecchiette, bacon and broad beans, strangozzi with goose ragù) and a second course (lamb porchetta) we paid €40, you name it!

24/08/2024: During our week's holiday in Umbria, we visited many restaurants - but this one deserves recognition in terms of the quality of the dishes served. The best one we came across was spaghetti with truffle sauce - extremely aromatic. Worth a visit.
24/08/2024: We had dinner at this Hosteria two nights in a row. The first was me and my husband with our three dogs. The second with a couple of friends. Nice welcome, even towards our dogs. Staff of friendly and histrionic women. Exquisite food.
Definitely coming back.

24/08/2024: Ci siamo fermati per un aperitivo a pranzo e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Il menù è composto principalmente da antipasti, torte al testo e taglieri, perfetti per gustare le specialità umbre. Gli ingredienti sono di ottima qualità, e abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente i crostini e il tagliere di salumi, serviti con la tipica crescia. Il tutto è stato accompagnato da un buon calice di vino che ha completato l’esperienza.
Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è davvero ottimo, rendendo questo locale una tappa ideale per chi vuole assaporare i sapori autentici della regione. Consigliatissimo!
16/08/2024: Ti fermi per un aperitivo il giorno di Ferragosto 38° all’ombra… Esci dopo aver degusta una zuppa calda di lenticchie con crostini e olio umbro… Davvero squisita vale la pena… , oltre ai deliziosi crostini con burro mantecato a mano e acciughe, per non parlare dell’ottima ricotta con il tartufo nero (paradisiaco) Il tutto con un buon calice di Sagrantino rosso davvero eccezionale.
Il proprietario estremamente gentile, è simpatico, la genuinità di un locale non turistico… consigliatissimo!!!!

SERPILLO is located exactly along the streets of this small medieval village with well-set tables and bringing life with its colors and works. The room where I had dinner was very beautiful and welcoming. The menu is not exclusively Umbrian although most of the raw materials find life in this splendid region. Excellent quality as well as very friendly and helpful service. Excellent quality and quantity of dishes as well as the rich wine list where the reds and Sagrantinis of Montefalco reign supreme but not only...

09/08/2024: We stumbled upon this Trattoria by chance, attracted by its rustic appearance and the Homemade Pasta sign! Well what can I say we found a treasure! The staff were extremely friendly and nice, the service was impeccable and the dishes were a delight! The pasta is homemade, including the potato gnocchi, the portions are generous and they are very generous with the truffle shavings! I hope to return to the city
di Castello because it is an experience worth repeating!
I highly recommend the truffle tagliatelle and the truffle potato gnocchi.

30/08/2024: Super positive experience in this delightful place. A team of young people who run a very nice place. The first courses are sublime, especially the truffle gnocchi, the mixed platter of regional cheeses and cured meats, and the tomato snail soup. Honest price and a lot of seriousness in fast and impeccable service to manage an outdoor room at 40° in the shade of a hot day in mid-August. The whole context is delicious and beautiful, Spello is wonderful!

Excellent quality food and a wide choice of typical dishes!! The wine and especially the craft beer are excellent. Professionalism and kindness of the staff...... everything perfect!!!!!

07/08/2024: Nice food. For the first time in my life, there was more fruit than pasta in spaghetti with seafood. It was really tasty. Additionally, there was arugula pizza. She was OK too. Great service. It's obvious they care. I have some comments about live music, it is too loud and fake. Overall, of course, I highly recommend it
03/08/2024: They wanted our main course to come too quickly. We asked to wait. The waiter responded curtly and she gave her ugly looks. That's not a relaxing meal. My pasta was ok...no more, no less.

The location is simply wonderful, a perfect combination of elegance and serenity that made the day unforgettable. Immersed in a relaxing atmosphere, we immediately felt welcomed and at ease.
The service of the waiters and restaurateurs was impeccable. Every detail was taken care of with attention and professionalism, helping to make the lunch a real success. The courtesy and helpfulness of the staff made the difference, allowing us to fully enjoy every moment of the day.
The food was another highlight - simply delicious. The flavor combinations were perfect, demonstrating meticulous attention to the quality and freshness of the ingredients. Each course was a discovery, with dishes that managed to surprise and delight the palate.
In conclusion, our experience at L'Antico Forziere Hotel & SPA was extraordinary. A perfect day in a dream location, with excellent service and sublime cuisine. We highly recommend this resort to anyone who wants to experience special moments in a unique setting.
