It was Easter Monday, and the city was full of markets, so we stopped for an aperitif and to relax a bit. We were outside, and the shade of the umbrella was divine, with some background music and very kind waitresses. (Debora was very kind, and the one who helped us the most.) Then, since we had such a good time, we ordered the baked pasta. Everything was delicious, and the atmosphere was great.

In the heart of Città della Pieve, we discovered this elegant and welcoming bar, distinguished by its style and attention to detail, so much so that we often stopped in during work breaks. The staff is entirely female, creating a serene, attentive, and pleasant atmosphere where every customer immediately feels at ease. The selection is extensive, ranging from carefully prepared coffees to truly excellent herbal teas and infusions, served with an almost artisanal attention to detail. There are also more indulgent options such as bread, pizza, and salads, ideal for a quick but quality break or aperitif. Also noteworthy are the iced coffees, perfect on hot days. A real highlight is Roxy, the morning barista, who impresses not only with her skill but also with the beautiful designs on the cappuccino foam, small masterpieces that make every breakfast special. I had her draw a cello on the foam of my cappuccino, as you can see in the video. The café also has an outdoor area, perfect for relaxing in the fresh air, and perfectly encapsulates its philosophy in its motto: "from the first coffee to the evening glass," accompanying customers at every moment of the day with taste and elegance. Good value for money.

It was so cold outside, but so warm and friendly inside. We had a great time for an aperitif and later for a coffee.
