A pearl in Vallo di Nera. A small, very well-kept restaurant with a wonderful panoramic terrace. Simple recipes, excellent raw materials and genuine flavors that are difficult to find. The welcome is perfect, you feel at home. Don't miss the artisan desserts made by the landlady.

Small place, well kept and very bright even on a cloudy day, the owner tells me that in summer you sit outside. Excellent welcome and we immediately moved on to orders. I started with strangozzi with courgette bacon and salted ricotta, The wife mixed bruschetta and other diners truffle tagliatelle. All good. As a second course, I had pork cooked 24 hours at a low temperature, my wife had tomato meatballs, other small cutting boards and sautéed cabbage. See above, all really good!!! As a sin of gluttony, a trifle and local ricotta creamed with walnuts and honey. Delicious. Nothing to complain about the service and help where they met any of our extra or non-standard requests. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Vallo di Nera is a wonderful, almost fairytale-like town to say the least and the Bordone tavern is just as beautiful. The kind staff immediately makes you feel at ease. The dishes are tasty and tasty. After all, the food here in Umbria can only be like this. delicious first courses and equally good second courses, the delicious and soft truffle tagliatelle is recommended, not to mention the homemade desserts. I think I will return home with good memories of this place and I think I will return to taste the tavern's specialties. Thanks for your hospitality and see you soon. Per una cena in famiglia, in transito nella splendida Val Nerina, attratta dalle recensioni ho scelto questa osteria a gestione interamente famigliare: non ci poteva essere scelta migliore. Ottimi primi, ottima carne, ottimi dolci, materie prime eccellenti sapientemente lavorate. E siamo stati accolti come a casa di amici, in un clima familiare. Torneremo sicuramente a trovarvi in primavera in moto. Grazie di tutto
