Lunch on the terrace overlooking the valley, a slow pace, excellent dishes, and top-notch craft beer.

A little gem at the base of Spello, this restaurant is located at the base of the town, recognized as one of the most beautiful villages in Italy.
The restaurant offers a wide selection of typical local dishes at a fair price; the waiter/owner, Stefano, was able to explain the various dishes on the menu to us in detail, ensuring a truly satisfying experience. I particularly enjoyed the rare tagliata with truffle and the house dessert of goat's ricotta with walnuts and ivy honey. All of the ingredients are homemade or sourced locally, giving the entire dinner an inimitable flavor.
Highly recommended and definitely a place I want to return to!

Small, rustic restaurant in a well-maintained Umbrian village. It seats about 20 people, has an outdoor patio, and ample parking with a beautiful view of the valley. This is a typical restaurant with well-made food sourced from select local producers. The service is quick and friendly. The quality of the ingredients is well-prepared and beautifully presented. The only downside was the price, which was above expectations at around €40 per person, which seems a bit high for the quantity consumed. What a shame!

I have never met more friendly, more welcoming and more familiar people than Carla and Sante. You eat here and are welcomed as if you were home. And on top of this, the food is of excellent quality. The best tartufo I have ever had. Would recommend to anyone and will come back here in the future! Thank you again!

I stumbled upon Vallo di Nera by chance and was immediately greeted by the friendly owners. Between delicious food and a chat in excellent company, I think it's the perfect place to spend a relaxing day with family or friends. Highly recommended!
