Everything was fantastic, starting with the very well-maintained restaurant, the waiter, and the food. Three of us had five different dishes, and everything was spectacular! We highly recommend it 😊

A restaurant offering refined cuisine at very affordable prices, the blueberry risotto with cacio e pepe is sublime. The staff is helpful, friendly, and kind, welcoming you with prosecco and appetizers—a true treat. They are knowledgeable and attentive to gluten-free diets, too, with delicious homemade sandwiches. The location is also beautiful: from a corner of the veranda, you can see the lake, and in the evening, the atmosphere is soft and romantic.

This place was truly more than amazing. The service was incredibly warm and welcoming, the kind you rarely find. The food is so unique that you experience flavors you simply can’t find anywhere else. I can honestly say I would come back just to taste that pistachio soufflé one more time, it’s an absolute piece of heaven...

I've been there twice for dinner during a relaxing spa weekend in Tuoro. It was a great experience. We were greeted by friendly and attentive staff. The menu is extensive, with gluten-free options covering almost every dish. The first courses are sophisticated and tasty; I recommend the redcurrant and cream cheese risotto. The second courses are very good; I recommend the suckling pig with quince, and the desserts are delicious.

A BIT DISAPPOINTING... Charming place, welcoming staff. The chef even personally brought the dishes to the table, explaining them. We started with a delicious organic blueberry and pecorino risotto and a chickpea puree. Followed by a tuna tataki (regular) and a cod (not fillet) fried in a batter that was literally unchewable in some places due to its hardness. With water and Trebbiano spoleto, just under €50 per person.

Surprising. Absolutely surprising. Very thoughtful and interesting dishes, the result of a careful selection of ingredients and a truly talented interpretation by the Chef. The wine list is more than adequate, and the prices are fair. Some dishes alone deserve a return visit soon...my compliments. I absolutely must...thank you, Michele!...for introducing us to this esteemed Academy!!!

This is my first time there. I ate very well, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We will be back.
