We stayed two nights at the hotel, and while the location is fantastic and the room was very nice, we believe the air conditioning should be individually controlled. The shower is very narrow and fixed, making it quite inconvenient when you only want to wash your body without washing your hair. Furthermore, the breakfast is rather meager, consisting only of juice, coffee with milk, and a small assortment of cakes and pastries. In short, the luxurious room doesn't match the quality of the other amenities.

The family takes care of us. They are extremely kind! The service is excellent and the cuisine is amazing.
Our experience was truly wonderful.
And the location is great! In 7 minutes walking you can reach the Basilica of Santa Maria del Angile, which is one of the must-see spots in Assisi. And next to the basilica is the bus stop, which takes you to the upper city, with the other main points of interest in Assisi.

Arriving from Milan, we were greeted by a warm atmosphere and the extraordinary kindness of the entire staff. The passion with which they explained the dishes and illustrated the local flavors immediately won us over.
The excellent quality of the raw materials and ingredients allowed us to savor the authenticity of Umbrian tradition, with genuine and familiar flavors that made the experience even more special.

A truly memorable dinner at Locanda Giustini. The restaurant has a refined and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a leisurely evening. The service was impeccable: discreet, friendly, and always present at the right time.

We stayed at this property for four days and had a truly positive experience. The property is nestled in a peaceful and relaxing setting, ideal for those who want to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Umbrian villages. The staff was always kind, helpful, and professional. The cuisine was truly exquisite, with dishes crafted with attention to detail and rich in flavor.
It was a very pleasant four days; we hope to return soon.

We stayed at the inn for a week between April 24th and 30th. We had a wonderful time, thanks in large part to the extremely helpful and courteous staff. I'd especially like to mention Giampiero, who provided us with tons of helpful information and accommodated our requests, and Antonella, who pampered us during breakfast. Highly recommended.

Excellent service, personal attention. Delicious dishes. The homebaked bread was divine, the olive oils selected from local farms and so was the recommended wine selection. Michelin star dishes, superbly prepared, my chicken was slow cooked at 83 degrees for over 3 hrs, then roasted with fine herbs. Everything explained by Mr Guistini himself. I am definitely going back there if the occasion arises.
