11/10/2025: I also forgot something (my e-reader) in my room. They found it but they said they couldn't send it to me. No goodwill. Disappointing, just like the general reception, not to mention the construction work next to and behind the building. So no swimming pool. It was in August and I'm still looking for a Belgian biker to go and get it 😬

07/10/2025: DEAR MANU AND DEAR PAUL.......I WOULD LIKE TO THANK YOU AGAIN FOR THE WONDERFUL, UNFORGETTABLE HOLIDAY from September 28th to October 5th, 2025 IN YOUR HOTEL. The rooms were beautifully furnished and had a magnificent view of the King 👑 Ortler and Madatsch peaks. The food was amazing. RESPECT PAUL, YOU COOK SIMPLY FANTASTIC. AND MANU READS YOUR EVERY WISH FROM YOUR EYES. I'm already missing that good fried egg with bacon. I'll be back soon to SEE THE NEW WELLNESS AREA....I 100% recommend the hotel. 02/10/2025: Perfect spot for post-hike bevvies. Staff was super friendly and even gave us cushions for our chairs!

19/09/2025: The kitchen didn't have half of the items on the menu, and out of the 3 items left, they managed to get 2 out of 3 dishes ordered wrong... low quality food compared to the price.

07/09/2025: The waiters were very unmotivated; we had to call three times before we got anything. Forget it!!!

28/07/2025: Very disappointing, the waiter was unmotivated and unfriendly. The ice cream wasn't to our taste.

26/09/2025: Excellent bar in the center of San Bonifacio. Always friendly staff. Prices are a bit high.

24/09/2025: There are a senior made she talk very rudely and didn't gave a good service ugly old women i passed there right now and ordered ice-cream she talk very rudely and when she return the money she talk with me in anger and the rest of money gave back on the table i didn't like this service

12/10/2025: I would have expected considerably more hospitality from an Italian restaurant. Several of us were there and wanted to sit together at a large table in the sun. After being asked whether we wanted something to eat or just a drink, and I replied that we only wanted drinks, we had to sit at two small tables – even though the large table remained empty throughout our entire stay. The iced coffee was unfortunately just as mediocre as the atmosphere – nothing special in terms of taste. The apple strudel looked pretty (even if the cream was a bit runny), but it tasted really delicious. The cappuccino was at least good. In conclusion: Anyone who just wants a drink is obviously a second-class guest here. It's a real shame – that's how you drive away customers, not just thirst. There was probably a reason why all the tables outside were empty when we arrived...

05/10/2025: Extremely unfriendly, he didn't feel like serving us and said he wanted to take a break. Guests are not welcome here.

27/09/2025: Lukewarm food. Fries rock hard. Burgers frozen. Aside from that, I advise against eating here; if you sit inside, you'll smell like a deep fryer. Once and never again....

28/08/2025: I can only speak about the Käsekrainer and it is the worst I have ever eaten in my entire life.

13/10/2025: Pizza delivery or self-pickup. The pizzas are delicious and freshly made. Pickup only requires a short wait, and the staff is friendly. Everything is excellent.

10/09/2025: The pizza was delicious; we had the regular with scampi and arugula for €9. We'll definitely order again.

29/08/2025: Fun and pleasant team but don't bother to warn that there are products unavailable and sell them anyway without any solution (no coffee ☕ in the evening)

27/08/2025: At the drive-thru, they weren't very friendly, not to mention completely unpolite, and the service took way longer than expected! We stopped by after rush hour!

05/10/2025: The service is abysmal. There's no indication anywhere that you have to order at the café. The apple strudel was cold, the latte macchiato lukewarm. My son has had stomach problems for two hours from the crepe with Nutella. One star is still too many!

15/09/2025: Gelato is great, coffee also, but now I can understand the comments about the service. The man behind the counter acts like he is there as a punishment and is there instead of serving a prison sentence - stone face, no hello, no thank you, no other interaction. Maybe train the guy or place him in some roles that dont require customer interactions. Good luck!

09/10/2025: Too long a wait to be served... I sat there for over 10 minutes even though the terrace wasn't even half full, so I got up and went to the next one.

31/08/2025: Well-stocked shop and helpful, friendly staff. Quality local products. Impeccable table service. Unfiltered Forst beer, rare to find, is available. Excellent sandwiches for a quick lunch, and strudel for dessert. A gesture of kindness that speaks volumes about the staff: my daughter left one of her dolls in the shop. We had thought it was lost, so we returned on the way home to spoil a sandwich, and surprise: the waitress gave the doll back to my daughter with a smile. A simple gesture of honesty and kindness that speaks volumes.

08/10/2025: Near the Chairlift, access to the mountain walks. Great starting and ending point, plenty of space, views to mountain.

10/07/2025: Haben einen entspannten Abend im Nadamas verbracht bei coolen Drinks und super Bedienung! Leute waren sehr entspannt und wir durften "Basti" kennenlernen. Danke nochmal für das Feuerzeug!😉

02/03/2025: Il locale in sé è molto carino. Gente di varia età, giovane e meno giovane e di background molto diversi. Sull'atmosfera che si incontra nulla da ridire. Anzi, bello! Cibo e bevande mi sembrano nella norma. L'elemento sgradevole è il personale. Eravamo un gruppo abbastanza grande, abbiamo ordinato più volte varie cose (tra cui 2 bottiglie di vino, e più giri di spritz/aperitivo). Alla mia richiesta di una porzione di patatine (un sollecito, perché le avevo già chieste al secondo giro ma non erano arrivate), la risposta, accompagna da una strana espressione, è stata "vedo cosa posso fare". Ecco, "vedo cosa posso fare" non è una risposta che rifilirei a un cliente, non dopo tutto quello che era stato ordinato! Le patatine sono ben arrivate, ma l'esperienza si è conclusa con questa nota poco piacevole :-/

10/09/2025: My review didn't get accepted so I will elaborate. The place looked nice from outside, but the staff was unprofessional and the cake we had tasted like a whole lot of nothingness. Like cardboard.
