23/11/2025: I had an appointment on Saturday at 8:30 PM, but the owners weren't there when I arrived. The front desk told me they don't schedule appointments at that time, and they didn't even seem to remember my meeting. I spent time and money showing up, and I should have received an explanation today, but it hasn't arrived.
I await your response so I can update my review appropriately.
22/11/2025: A very nice experience. The rooms, spa, the entire resort, and the food were all top-notch. The spa massages could be improved, but all in all, a very enjoyable holiday.

The staff is very nice and friendly even though the rhythm they work in it’s quite hectic.
The coffee is cheap and delicious!

12/10/2025: We stayed at this hotel for one night. The staff were friendly and professional, the location was beautiful (15 minutes from Lake Anterselva), the rooms were large and functional, and there was free Wi-Fi throughout. We also had dinner (the cutlet was very good), and there was ample parking and a buffet breakfast.
07/10/2025: 40€ for goulash with 2 mini dumplings, coleslaw, ½ water, coffee, 2.50 cover charge.

19/11/2025: Cute and authentic South Tyrolean bakery for very affordable price. The Krapfen could have more filling, but it’s still good. I recommend trying the Spitzbuben. Friendly customer service too!

12/12/2025: A very cozy restaurant with lots of local and, above all, homemade food. The service was very friendly and very prompt.
I can only confirm all of this after my second visit. The Bäckli (baked dumplings) were very good and very tender. The dumplings were prepared with lots of love. The coleslaw with bacon is also highly recommended. And the homemade apple strudel was amazing.
04/10/2025: We ate there twice during our week-long vacation and were extremely satisfied. We had reserved a table. The food was delicious. The service was very attentive and prompt. Highly recommended.

An absolutely fantastic stay at Hotel Seeber! From the very first moment, you feel welcome and exceptionally well cared for. The service is attentive, warm, and highly professional. The rooms are stylishly furnished, spotlessly clean, and offer the utmost comfort. I was particularly impressed by the friendliness of the entire team – hospitality is truly lived here. I will definitely be back!
30/09/2025: A friendly, family-run hotel. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a young man. However, he didn't really tell us anything about the hotel (e.g., where to find things). Check-in was therefore fairly quick. The rooms are well-equipped, with a renovated bathroom and a comfortable bed. The wellness area is very good, but there are a few limited spaces in the relaxation areas. The food is good, but we had the same cake in the afternoon three days a week, and none of them were that good. However, I felt that something was missing from all the above points to give it 5 stars for the price. We booked it through a different website and paid €70 per person per night for one night.

24/07/2025: We were not lucky to choose from the daily menu. Maybe other options would be much better, but our choice didn’t turned out well. On the other hand the waiters were very, very friendly and helpful.

One of the cheap places in town and the portions are huge, i slept directly after eating here.
I ordered a meal - schnitzel + drinks + salad + coffee/ ice.
All under 16€

21/04/2026: The food is good, typical Asian cuisine. The ambiance is okay. A bit dark for my taste, but if someone prefers a darker atmosphere, then it deserves 4 stars.
The service seemed a little disorganized that evening, as they hadn't coordinated well with each other.
But that's just a snapshot; the staff were very friendly.
In conclusion: It's definitely worth a visit if you like sushi. I personally will definitely go again if I'm ever in the area.
01/03/2026: We've been going to Restaurant Lotus regularly for years; the food is very good. But now I'm bothered by the increasingly unfriendly staff. Not only are we barely greeted or said goodbye, but the employees are simply unfriendly and annoyed, and they don't hesitate to show it. Last time, we waited an hour for our drinks and had to ask several times, only to be met with annoyed looks. I'd rather go to the new restaurant in Lana, pay €2 more, and get genuinely friendly service!

07/11/2025: One of the few traditional restaurants left in Eppan, without any pretension.
From the workers' menu to the regular menu, there's something for everyone. The pizza is exactly how a pizza should be: thin crust and plenty of toppings. Excellent value for money. If you want a thick crust, look for a
"Pizza al taglio."
Of course, the service is also praised.
