07/06/2026: Today was my first time at the Seebalm. It's easy to reach. A lovely, family-run mountain pasture. They offer delicious dishes like various dumplings, omelets, and much more. I opted for the classic bacon dumpling soup and an elderflower juice. Both were perfect. Thank you!

06/07/2026: A decidedly positive experience. Rooms are a bit dated and without a terrace, but very cozy. The mattresses are firm (I like them that way). The room has parquet flooring and a bathroom with a shower. Very clean. We stayed on our cycling trip and they allowed us to charge our e-bike. Breakfast was plentiful and good. In the heart of Vipiteno.

02/06/2026: Despite having a reservation, we couldn't get a parking space and had to park about 1 km away on the street in the drizzle. The explanation given was "funeral," which was supposed to elicit understanding, but apparently there weren't enough parking spaces for all the guests anyway. Cleaning staff only came in twice after 9 am while I was still in the shower – they could have waited until check-out. The shower cubicle had no external handle to open it, no hooks for towels, and no toilet paper holder. Great location in the old town, but next time we'll choose a different hotel.

12/10/2025: We stayed at this hotel for one night. The staff were friendly and professional, the location was beautiful (15 minutes from Lake Anterselva), the rooms were large and functional, and there was free Wi-Fi throughout. We also had dinner (the cutlet was very good), and there was ample parking and a buffet breakfast.

07/10/2025: 40€ for goulash with 2 mini dumplings, coleslaw, ½ water, coffee, 2.50 cover charge.

20/04/2026: A huge thank you to Valir, he's a true all-rounder. You can immediately tell he pitches in wherever needed and always keeps track of everything, even when things get busy. He works very professionally, yet remains relaxed and friendly. What I particularly noticed is his ability to entertain guests. His funny and engaging personality creates a fantastic atmosphere, and you immediately feel welcome. Our group had a lot of laughs! It's exactly these kinds of employees who make all the difference. Thank you for your outstanding work and excellent service!

30/03/2026: We (two people) ended up there by chance without a reservation, and what can I say, it was simply amazing! I had the beetroot pasta, and it was sensational! The service was absolutely top-notch, they served a delicious amuse-bouche (just mention it if you're not a meat-eater), and very tasty goat cheese spread with homemade bread. Seriously, this restaurant is fantastic! The food pictures on the website look a bit uninspiring, in my opinion, but we were absolutely blown away when we were there. Truly excellent!

25/08/2025: I found it good for a quick pizza, but it had a few downsides that I must admit were quite annoying. We're in Italy, and I think all the staff should be able to speak at least some Italian. Also, we asked for a jug of water (€2.50) and were brought a bottle of water (€6.50), which was opened and poured without giving us time to point it out. It's not €4 that weighs heavily, but the feeling of being ripped off put a damper on the evening. See a tourist and rip him off? Not a very good policy.

29/03/2026: Brilliant hotel - ideal for an adult ski trip in the beautiful Dolomites. Slopes are closely located and accessible by bus or transfer. The nearby town is around a 15 minute walk. The room was lovely with a separate sitting area and balcony with amazing views. The staff could not do enough for us - their communication via WhatsApp, even before the trip, was very responsive. The spa with a steam room and sauna was relaxing and a lovely addition, especially after a day's skiing. Grazie mille 😊

16/02/2026: I stayed at the Hotel Hartmann in Ortisei and the experience was simply spectacular. The hotel has an intimate and refined atmosphere, perfect for those seeking relaxation and tranquility. Everything is extremely tidy and meticulously maintained, from the common areas to the rooms, which are tastefully furnished with contemporary Alpine elegance. One of its strong points is undoubtedly the free transfer service to the ski lifts, extremely convenient and punctual. Its proximity to the lifts makes the hotel perfect for both winter skiers and those who want to explore the Dolomites in the summer without stress. The real surprise, however, was the view from the room: simply sensational. Waking up with the Dolomites before your eyes is a feeling difficult to describe. In short: an elegant, welcoming, and perfectly organized hotel, ideal for a quality stay in Ortisei. I would return without hesitation. 🌿🏔️

01/03/2026: Position is very good and the room are clean, even if overpriced, but it’s crazy that an hotel on the slopes don’t have a luggage deposit service, they told me that they couldn’t keep my luggage for my last day of ski and also they ask me to free the parking spot, so basically I had to find a new park and leave all my luggage on the street, even my computer. That’s a poor service and for sure Not a service aligned with the price of the room.

12/02/2026: Conveniently located guesthouse in the center of Corvara, right between the Boé lift and the Col Alto lift. Both lifts are within walking distance. From the Col Alto, you can even ski back to the guesthouse (across the street). Both lifts provide access to the Sella Ronda. Corvara is also an excellent starting point for other hikes. Friendly owners. A cheerful welcome at breakfast every morning at 7:30 am. The breakfast was excellent, by the way. There was a wide selection. Egg dishes were made to order every morning, so there was plenty of variety. Cakes, biscuits, and sweet croissants were also available. Parking was available in a spacious parking space in a covered parking garage. The (standard) room was basic, unfortunately without a balcony. The room wasn't oversized, and the space around the bed was actually limited. The bed was fine. The bathroom was clean and tidy, with everything you need. The bathroom was a bit dated (1970s). The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. Excellent Wi-Fi. The guesthouse is located on a main road and near the church. It snowed twice overnight, and then they cleared the snow very early in the morning. The beeping of the snowplows when reversing was particularly annoying. And if the snowplows didn't wake you up, you were woken every day at 7:00 a.m. by the very loud church bells. Street noise was also clearly audible, so light sleepers should be aware of this. We turned this necessity into a virtue by having breakfast at 7:30 a.m. every morning, allowing us to start skiing at 8:30 a.m. The ski launch was in the ski room. Very small and cramped. With four people, it was already full. A plus was the boot heater. Even when it was hot, it was wonderful to slip into warm ski boots. We found the price-quality ratio of this guesthouse to be excellent. Our rating for this guesthouse is 4.5.

25/06/2026: From the espresso, to the strudel and other desserts, not to mention the bread and breadsticks, everything was truly excellent, including the very kind and understanding staff, even though I kept asking for generic coffee instead of specifying espresso. But obviously the ladies and gentlemen understood anyway and forgave my ignorance.

22/02/2026: For me, Seeber Hugo Bakery is simply the best bakery in Anterselva. I’ve visited several times, mainly because of their fresh cakes. And every time, they deliver. The cakes are soft, flavorful, and clearly made fresh. No dry slices sitting around pretending to be dessert. The coffee and cake combination here is just perfect. Simple, classic, and done right. Everything fresh tastes lovely, and you can really feel the quality. The staff are always kind and smiling, which makes the whole experience even better. It’s one of those places where you walk in and immediately feel comfortable. If you’re in Anterselva and want something sweet and fresh, this is absolutely the place to go.
