The recommended stay of several hours in the Trautmann Gardens should definitely be topped off with a refreshment at the top with a very beautiful view over the entire complex. Still very moderate for the current South Tyrolean pricing policy. Therefore, currently still highly recommended!!!

Nice and comfortable environment, professional and fast staff, little vegetarian choice and some completely out of the norm prices, a liter of water €5.90 seems excessive to me, apart from this we ate very well and were happy.

04/04/2024: I highly recommend this Bistro. Every aspect is excellent, in my opinion: smooth jazz music on a background, tideness, extremely polite staff, food is incredibly tasty 😋 (especially Gulasch soup). This is a dog friendly Bistro, which is a big plus for some clients like me. Special thanks to Chef! It was a pleasure to meet such a friendly, nice, polite, and very positive person!
25/03/2024: Here you can drink good tea, properly served in a teapot! In good teaware. And the Americano is also served correctly, the water is hot separately. I love

27/03/2024: One of the most beautiful huts we found on our 3-day ski trip. A great ambience with a great view and they have probably turned down the music now. ;-) The Kaiserschmarren was super tasty, although the portion was a bit small for me. At that price I would have been happy to be full. However, the prices in all huts are relatively high. Apparently it's in the ski area, as other guests said. We would be happy to come back, even though the descent to the hut was in miserable condition because there were simply too many people on the way. But the hut can't do anything about that.
27/03/2024: Ski guide took us here for morning coffee and it was really nice
