Kiener Alm In Vandoies

An absolute insider tip. Less touristy, you can usually sit comfortably in the sun here, a little bit away from the hustle and bustle. We have been coming to the Kiener Alm every year for 8 years during our “ski lunch break” and simply enjoy everything here. We feel very comfortable here, there is the world's best Kaiserschmarrn and the macaroni is a great insider tip. The Kiener Alm is not in the middle of the "Puls" but if you look at where it is in advance (Google Maps) it is very easy to find. You can easily reach them both on skis and as a hiker (or even by car). The landlady is very warm and we really love her honest and refined manner here. We'll come back any time! Can simply recommend everything on the menu. (closed on Mondays)

The parking lot in front of the Kineralm is great for camping. Despite the no camping sign, we were warmly welcomed in the morning by the manager of the alpine pasture! Really very nice woman and the Alm is also highly recommended.

Went up on the e-bike today. Very nice route. When we arrived, we were willingly and kindly provided with a charging facility. The wheat beer was perfectly chilled and tasted particularly good in the midday sun. We'll definitely be happy to come back.

Nice alpine pasture to stop off. Description of the Alm could be better, difficult with a bike or stroller from the middle station. It is forbidden to cycle the last 300-400m on the described path. Closed on Mondays
