25/06/2026: From the espresso, to the strudel and other desserts, not to mention the bread and breadsticks, everything was truly excellent, including the very kind and understanding staff, even though I kept asking for generic coffee instead of specifying espresso. But obviously the ladies and gentlemen understood anyway and forgave my ignorance.

22/02/2026: For me, Seeber Hugo Bakery is simply the best bakery in Anterselva. I’ve visited several times, mainly because of their fresh cakes. And every time, they deliver. The cakes are soft, flavorful, and clearly made fresh. No dry slices sitting around pretending to be dessert. The coffee and cake combination here is just perfect. Simple, classic, and done right. Everything fresh tastes lovely, and you can really feel the quality. The staff are always kind and smiling, which makes the whole experience even better. It’s one of those places where you walk in and immediately feel comfortable. If you’re in Anterselva and want something sweet and fresh, this is absolutely the place to go.

12/07/2026: Highly recommended – a truly perfect stay! We had a fantastic time at this hotel. The service was simply perfect: the entire team was extremely attentive, polite, and professional. We were also treated to culinary delights of the highest caliber – the food was of absolutely top quality. The whole experience was topped off by a wonderful atmosphere and a breathtaking view.

28/06/2026: The hotel is in a truly beautiful location, and we had a room with a direct view of the mountains. We especially enjoyed being able to have breakfast and dinner outside. The cakes served at afternoon tea were always fresh and delicious. Another highlight was the new sauna area in the basement – ​​the sauna with its stunning panoramic mountain views was particularly inviting and perfect for relaxation. The food was always delicious and more than ample. The staff was extremely attentive, regularly checking on our well-being and truly accommodating every request. We were completely satisfied.

03/04/2026: I'm writing this review still in disbelief at the treatment and quality of the food I received. If you're looking for a place to eat after a day on the slopes, move on: any other option will be better than this. The pizza dough was embarrassing: rubbery, clearly under-risen, and raw in the center, while the crust was burnt and bitter. The ingredients used were of the lowest quality; the tomato was overly acidic, and the mozzarella had no consistency whatsoever, a sign of the use of low-quality industrial products that have nothing to do with the flavors of the area. The service was the final straw. Arrogant staff, biblical wait times (over an hour for two pizzas with the place half empty), and a total disorganization in the dining room and kitchen. Despite our polite complaints about the cooking, the response was dismissive and lacking in professionalism. The prices were completely out of line and unjustified. Paying gourmet prices for a product that wouldn't even end up on the plate of an emergency shelter is unacceptable. A place that thrives solely on its touristic location, but doesn't deserve a single cent of your money. ​Avoid it if you don't want to ruin your evening and your stomach. In his place, I'd keep quiet, especially since there's no page where you can write a review exclusively for the restaurant.

30/03/2026: We got pizzas there twice over the weekend. Highly recommended! I even had a super nice German-speaking colleague. But it would have worked just as well without German. The people are friendly and the pizzas are first-class. We'll definitely come back when we're in Bolzano. Thanks!

05/08/2026: If you want a real doner kebab, definitely don't come here. The portions are tiny, and for the price, you really don't get any enjoyment out of the meal. Very little meat, very little salad and vegetables. I'm going to eat a real doner kebab now, and then I'll post about the difference. The atmosphere is awful.
