07/10/2025: The male waiter threw the ash tray on my table with big noise, while he managed to place it quietly on the table next to us. The waitress is rude with bad attitude (worse than those in Berlin, that’s how bad it was) and not attentive no menu and expecting me to order without it, she also seemed nicer with local customers. Not surprised, and NOT recommended.

24/09/2025: Excellent ice cream and delicious cakes at absolutely fair prices. Highly recommended!

14/09/2025: The sandwiches were very good, but the service was terrible. No one took orders, and the hygiene was terrible. We waited in line for half an hour, even though there were only two people ahead of us. When they did remember to take our orders, they'd occasionally touch the cash and then the food without washing their hands or even wearing gloves. What a shame.

14/09/2025: It's a shame about the change in management. After I called and asked about changes to a sandwich due to a pregnancy, they told me they were very busy and that it would take 50 minutes, and then hung up on me. It's a shame because we were regulars under the previous management.

20/09/2025: The atmosphere is nice and welcoming, the staff is friendly. I had the pizza, which I have to say was decent. We also had a fantastic fried fish, well-fried and with a generous portion. The quality/price ratio was excellent. Really good. I'll be back. Luiz

11/11/2025: The hotel is located just outside the town, as you can see on the map. There was ample parking, and it was easy to find. The swimming pool is large and modern, while the sauna area is a bit dated and doesn't quite live up to the standard, though it's a good size. Unfortunately, the showers there could use some TLC. The restaurant and bar area is well-designed, and the breakfast was good and plentiful – I'd call it standard plus. Omelettes or other egg dishes are also freshly prepared upon request. The staff is friendly. I can't comment on dinner. My only disappointment was the room. The pictures clearly show that there are modern rooms available, but it seems there are also some older ones. Small, with dated furniture. It doesn't quite match the rest of the hotel – but it's cheap and clean. Overall, it's okay – but if it were a bit more modern, I would have given the room a higher rating.

14/10/2025: If you're looking for a place where you're served by an unfriendly innkeeper who doesn't care about attentiveness or service, this is the place for you. The food was mediocre.

23/09/2025: I've been here twice within 1.5 years. About a 45-minute walk, the hut looks quite nice, even with two small slides. The first time I was here was on the first day it opened in spring. There were only three tables occupied, but it took forever to get served. The waitress brought us the menu and then made us wait forever. When she wanted to take our order, she said there were only four dishes available today. She could have said that while handing out the menus... Anyway, 1.5 years later, I was here again. The terrace was busy, and the two waitresses (one of whom was the same one from back then) didn't greet us or help us choose a seat, nor did they bring our drinks within a reasonable time. We had to ask four times if we could order. When I asked for a single spinach dumpling for my 10-month-old baby, the waitress said, "No, we don't do that anymore. We only serve the Tris, otherwise the chef would have two other dumplings left, and that's not possible." Okay, I've never heard such nonsense before; it's never been an issue at any hut before. We live here and spend a lot of time in the mountains, and I've never experienced anything like this before. A friend ordered "Schlutzer without butter and Parmesan," and the waitress didn't say anything. Later, when I was looking for the restroom, I heard her and the other waitress gossiping about us. That's really unprofessional, especially since there were guests inside too and they heard everything. The valley is truly beautiful, and after the first steep section, the path is very manageable with a stroller. But I won't be returning here again anytime soon.

12/10/2025: One of the few dining options for hotel guests. The service and food are decent. While the view isn't particularly impressive, the quiet atmosphere is pleasant. However, when groups of tourists, especially Chinese tourists, flock here, the atmosphere becomes more like a market.

01/04/2025: Se sei da solo non ti fanno sedere. Dalle 2 persone in su prendono i nomi e man mano ti fanno accomodare, ma se sei da solo ti fanno aspettare anche 40 minuti dicendoti che stanno cercando un modo per inserirti a qualche tavolo. Parliamoci chiaro, il ricambio quando si scia è molto elevato perché nessuno vuole stare fermo ore. In 15 minuti avrei pranzato e avrei tolto il disturbo, ma per loro questo comportava una perdita di soldi. Vi manca un po' di umanità e c'è tanta discriminazione.

01/03/2025: Pranzo sulle piste da sci, piatti ottimi e servizio veloce e cortese. Abbiamo preso le mezze lune con ripieno di pera e salsa di formaggio veramente buonissimo. Anche le salsiccia con polenta e salse molto gustose. Da provare assolutamente

23/11/2025: I had an appointment on Saturday at 8:30 PM, but the owners weren't there when I arrived. The front desk told me they don't schedule appointments at that time, and they didn't even seem to remember my meeting. I spent time and money showing up, and I should have received an explanation today, but it hasn't arrived. I await your response so I can update my review appropriately.

22/11/2025: A very nice experience. The rooms, spa, the entire resort, and the food were all top-notch. The spa massages could be improved, but all in all, a very enjoyable holiday.

25/09/2025: I wish it had less than one star. Yesterday I was there and the staff were very rude and racist, and their way of dealing with people was bad. It became clear to me that they only treat Germans well.

12/03/2025: Amazing, super creative food and wine pairings, beautiful presentation, knowledgeable and friendly service, wonderful experience all around. My husband and I have enjoyed a lot of phenomenal and high end fine dining venues, Suinsom exceeded our high expectations and then some! We will for sure be back the next time we are in the Dolomites!

12/10/2025: We stayed at this hotel for one night. The staff were friendly and professional, the location was beautiful (15 minutes from Lake Anterselva), the rooms were large and functional, and there was free Wi-Fi throughout. We also had dinner (the cutlet was very good), and there was ample parking and a buffet breakfast.

07/10/2025: 40€ for goulash with 2 mini dumplings, coleslaw, ½ water, coffee, 2.50 cover charge.
