Very large and clean rooms nice swimming pool, great services in the hotel especially Simone he helped us good all the time :).a lot of abandoned buildings near the hotel

Had a wonderful stay! The hotel was lovely, reception and service were fantastic, and the rooms were spotlessly clean. Big shoutout to Elden and Paul for their quick and friendly service.

We stayed here because it was close to my son's soccer camp. there are many positives and a few needs improvements: -The staff makes the hotel. Many friendly and very helpful employees that deserve better treatment from a hotel that clearly makes a lot of money if they can afford to add a temporary floor to host a celebratory pool party for it's 1 year anniversary for 200 guests (none of which were hotel staff btw) -The gym is horrible. Stuck in a dark and grungy basement with outdated and minimal equipment. I've been a fitness coach for over 24 years and like to keep up with my routine while away and this was the worst gym I've seen in a long time. Unsafe and unsanitary. -WIFI is terrible with minimal, glitchy channels -Breakfast and pool area are terrific. I love seeing such detail around dietary restrictions -So out of the way from downtown, but at least the bus is around the corner. -they should absolutely align with the tennis club around the corner as my daughter received amazing coaching from Flora

A nice hotel , but a bit too far away. Nearest bus stop is 700 meters away and have to walk past some deserted block appartments, which really ruins the neighborhood. Hotel also takes advantage of the long ranges to shops by charging a whopping 8 euros for a small beer in the poolside. The same beverage in the store costs less than 1,5 euros. All on all, prices were on the same level as restaurants right next to Duomo. The hotel staff was very polite and efficient. Big rooms with cooling ventilation.

This was a very nice hotel. We had a room that included three beds, one bathroom, and a small locker room with mini fridge. There wasn’t much lighting in either room. The pool was suburb! The included breakfast had great options and was delicious. The customer service here was top notch.
