Ci siamo imbattuti in questo locale molto caratteristico sulle montagne di Salorno. Il locale molto carino, arredato con particolari in legno e una stufa al centro della sala, tipici cuscini con pelo e tavoli apparecchiati a tema natalizio. La signora che ci ha accolti e’ stata molto molto gentile e premurosa, e’ stato molto piacevole scambiare due parole insieme. Il cibo? Canederli spettacolari, tipici della tradizione trentina, buonissimi. Per non parlare dei dolci… tutto davvero molto buono! Complimenti per la dedizione con cui fate quotidianamente il vostro lavoro!

Rustic inn with tasty and very abundant traditional dishes. The snails, cod and rabbit are excellent. The view of the valley is beautiful. Correct prices.

17/03/2024: Very good pizzeria in Bolzano with excellent quality products. Staff always very friendly and helpful. They also make delicious poke with lots of ingredients and these too are quality. And for lunch they offer restaurant service, very good dishes and at a very good price. I often order pizza at home, hot pizzas are always on time, keep it up
16/03/2024: I love pizza, I eat it often and everywhere, but I have never had such good dough. (For those who want they make various types of dough) Soft, well leavened, light and very digestible. All the high quality ingredients, and as if that wasn't enough the staff, really kind, friendly and nice. We ate an extraordinary pizza and had a great time, it's a shame that we were only passing through Bolzano, but we will return at every opportunity.🥰 really very good❤️❤️
