07/12/2025: Everyone was friendly and accommodating. The pizza was delicious, the dough was easy to digest, and the toppings weren't greasy. The atmosphere was pleasant, if not the newest, but very cozy.

11/11/2025: Great South Tyrolean pizza. Friendly, attentive service. Not a fancy place, more like a village pizzeria frequented by locals. We stop by every time we travel to the Adige Valley because of this.

25/01/2026: Booked a hotel. Got a bed and breakfast. And that's precisely the issue. We can't quite understand the rave reviews. Because we had certain expectations of a "hotel," and these weren't met. The "Hotel" Hartmann is actually a bed and breakfast. And that's exactly how it should be advertised. Based on the marketing, you'd think the "hotel" also has a restaurant and a bar. Unfortunately, that's not the case. These are located a 10-minute drive away in other establishments. There is, however, a self-service bar. While the decor is extremely tasteful, and you can tell that someone put a lot of effort into renovating this former single-family home, they unfortunately forgot about insulation. They also forgot about curtains on the windows of the first-floor rooms. Which is rather inconvenient when you come out of the bathroom naked and the balcony is directly visible from the street. I also can't understand how anyone could be so excited about the mediocre breakfast buffet. It was okay, but nothing special. And certainly not for the price. The spa/wellness area is too small and uncomfortable. It's fine for a bed and breakfast, but not enough for a hotel. The staff is extremely courteous and genuinely nice, albeit taciturn. The owner/manager, however, doesn't seem to think it's worth the effort to greet his guests. Oh yes: dogs are allowed, but only one per room. Given the size of the rooms, that's understandable, as they are quite small. Perhaps we were just unlucky; it was definitely small. Our reservation was free to cancel until January 11th. Despite this, we were pressured to make a firm commitment days beforehand – via email, phone, and WhatsApp. If arriving on January 16th is too short notice for that, then the booking model on the platform is simply flawed. All in all, it was functional. But it simply didn't deliver what was promised. And for that, the price is definitely too high.

17/01/2026: Exceptional. A gem. The service was one of the best we have experienced- personalised, like a family, with heart but professionalism. The room we had was very pretty, had all you needed, and guests were exceptionally considerate and quiet.the saunas are lovely, beautiful atmosphere (small suggestion: change the music in the main sauna). Service offered by the hotel were extremely helpful. You get free bus tickets as well as a shuttle service to the ski lift from the hotel. Also, the breakfast buffet is exceptional and the quality of the food is wonderful. The hotel included a 24/7 “honesty bar” or hotel guests could make their own tea coffee and have cake. Overall, we would very highly recommend this hotel.

15/11/2025: The nice thing about this place is the view, the furniture and the chestnuts. Service is very slow. I am intollerant to gluten and asked for a second without the knödel and made sure that everything else was without flour and yet they brought the meal with the knödel. Since I didn't want to make a fuss about it, i just picked up the parts that didn't touch the knödel. I wouldn't recommend it.

21/09/2025: Beautiful photos, but the pancake was kind of cold. We arrived at 9:00 AM and there was only one other table with customers. We placed our order (cappuccino, matcha, pancakes, another savory item, etc.) and only received the pancakes. Then the place started to fill up with customers, all the customers were served, they started receiving their orders, including cappuccino, and we didn't receive anything! We had already finished eating the pancakes, without anything to drink with them. We got up and left because the lack of organization was huge! And when it came time to pay, the employees didn't even know what to charge us because they didn't even know where they had written down that we had eaten the pancakes 🫠🤌🏽

14/01/2026: My friends and I went for a drink at this bar, which we frequent often, and we've always had a great time, except for one day when a waitress was very rude to us, rudely telling us we couldn't play UNO (a game without betting or money involved), and also adding that we could be fined. After that, we went to other bars, where they told us we were free to play. Otherwise, everything was fine.

15/11/2025: Ideal for a quick lunch. There's always a lunch menu that changes weekly, and pizza is also available. The service is always fast and super friendly. They accommodate special requests.

27/09/2025: Definitely worth a visit. Lovely, rustic dining room. In addition to the menu, there are also specials, today's liver, which is excellent. And, to top it all off, a beautiful view.

22/12/2025: Hotel Posta offers clean rooms and a central location, ideal for sightseeing. The staff is friendly, however, some facilities seem a bit dated and the service could be more attentive. It's fine for a short stay, but nothing special.

16/12/2025: Fantastic experience at this family hotel. Excellent quality and service. The Villa Dumbo kids' club was a fantastic surprise; they took care of our children as if they were their own. The food was high-quality and the staff was courteous and knowledgeable. We hope to return soon!

02/01/2026: We've been coming for over ten years. The Klammer family and their staff are always kind and friendly. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the historic center. Nice and clean rooms, a generous and varied breakfast buffet, and excellent cuisine. Highly recommended.

17/10/2025: We received excellent service here and had a wonderful dinner. In the evening, the awning was retracted, which gave us another fantastic view of the sky. The service was truly attentive and extremely professional. I had octopus, which was very well done and cooked to perfection. The prices were a bit on the high side, but this is also reflected in the restaurant's style.

17/01/2026: This is our second year back. We've found a guy who works here who really makes it stand out. Everyone's great, though, and the food is delicious and plentiful.

15/01/2026: Cafeteria food at restaurant prices. Very noisy, and both the restaurant and the bathrooms are very dirty. Receipts at the outdoor bar are apparently optional...

25/11/2025: I visited the restaurant based on reviews, and honestly, it's absolutely terrible. First of all, it's tiny, like a buffet. Then the food is awful, may God preserve our blessings. The restaurant smells like oil; it got all over my clothes. I don't know if I cooked in broken oil, may God preserve our blessings. And the food is expensive! I miss the buffet behind my house in Saudi Arabia.

05/09/2025: A lovely little ice cream parlor in a beautiful location. The flavor variations are highly recommended for chocolate lovers, as chocolate is mixed into all flavors. They offer a few unusual varieties. However, you'll have to dig a bit deeper into your pockets than you get back. Pay €1.90 for a scoop and you get a very small cup. In summary, you could say you're paying for the place with the ice cream, which is a bit of a shame.

04/01/2026: While looking for pizza, we came across this restaurant and thought it was fantastic. The pizza was some of the most delicious we've ever had, and at a price I never would have expected in a ski resort. I haven't seen pizzas for between €8 and €12 in a long time. You should probably make a reservation, though; at least there was a sign on all the tables indicating that reservations were required. We'll definitely go there again.
