20/04/2026: We were absolutely thrilled! Despite the restaurant being packed and incredibly busy, the service was extremely attentive, efficient, and very quick. The food was exceptionally good, fresh, and of the highest quality; the pasta dish was divine! However, we were most impressed by the owner herself: the wonderful way she manages her staff and how she remains so friendly and welcoming to the guests despite the hectic atmosphere – that's a rare find these days! Thank you so much for this fantastic day; we will definitely be back!

18/04/2026: Personal review: I've been there twice now, and unfortunately, both times I was very disappointed. On my first visit, we arrived with a fire department group about 20 minutes after our reservation time and were immediately told that the kitchen was already closed. Even simple items like bacon and cheese were unavailable; we were only offered drinks, and even then, rather rudely. Five years later, today, I decided to give it another try. It was busy, but we ordered drinks first and then waited about 45 minutes before we could even order food. Then, suddenly and without warning, we were told that the kitchen was closing, without an apology, explanation, or any attempt at accommodation. In both situations, the staff seemed extremely unfriendly and not at all customer-oriented. I can't comment on the food itself, as I still haven't received any. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

03/07/2026: The wine list is incredibly thoughtful and well-designed. Unfortunately, we didn't have any food. The advice was excellent.

22/06/2026: The service was very friendly and the staff were able to explain the wines on offer very well. The food was delicious, although the portions were rather small. The vegetables could have been a bit more refined. We would eat here again.

Every course won us over, from appetizers to dessert. A truly positive experience from every perspective. 19/10/2025: The hotel is truly beautiful from an aesthetic standpoint. Very fresh, clean, and in a modern yet elegant style. The staff was extremely kind and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. The spa is very welcoming. However, there is only one open-plan relaxation area. The sun loungers and hot tub on the terrace are excellent. The pool is very charming. A small comment regarding breakfast: there aren't many options for those with dairy allergies or vegans.

19/10/2025: Stay from October 17 to 19, 2025: splendid room in size, finishes, and cleanliness. Half-board service with excellent breakfast and dinner. Professional and very friendly staff. Top-floor pool with retractable roof and views of the Castelrotto bell tower, saunas, and relaxation rooms. Superlative hotel.

07/04/2026: Good restaurant, nothing memorable, but honestly one of the few that stays open late. Good food, but the atmosphere is quite noisy.

31/03/2026: Had it during lunch break. A very generous plate of carbonara, delicious, and a steal for €12. The staff were courteous and friendly.

16/04/2026: The lobby is very beautiful, welcoming, and spacious. I found the staff at reception to be very professional and friendly. The breakfast is excellent, with a wide selection of both savory and sweet items. They also offer a protein breakfast with various seeds, dried fruit, and low-fat yogurt. There are few cakes, but the strudel and jams are delicious. The room is 80% occupied by a double bed, which is made into a queen-size bed. You sleep with a loose duvet. There is a safe, but no minibar. Trouser hangers are available upon request. The bathroom has been completely renovated, beautiful, and functional, but there is no bidet. There is a 24-inch DT TV. I didn't use the Wi-Fi. For smokers, there is a small balcony with a chair and an ashtray. The shutters are electric. The room is double-glazed, and on the street side, the bathroom window must also be closed to block out traffic. Very clean.

08/04/2026: We received a very friendly welcome and were given a family suite on the first floor, which had a beautiful view of the lovely garden and the mountains. Everything was very clean and spacious. There was a large parking lot behind the hotel, and we ate at the hotel. The set menu was excellent and reasonably priced. Breakfast was also varied and of good quality. The staff throughout were very courteous. With the hotel's guest card, you can travel to the city center free of charge. All in all, a very successful and pleasant stay.

18/06/2026: From Schartegg, a beautiful path through the woods, after a 600-meter elevation gain, leads to the stunning valley that hosts Zirmalm. Attentive, friendly, and well-maintained management, with more than reasonable prices. The nearby lake offers spectacular views. Highly recommended!
