Chiami e chiedi se il rifugio é aperto alla sera e prima di darti una risposta ti chiede da dove chiami e chi sei e quando glielo dici risponde "allora no" ridendo e prendendoti in giro! Ho frequentato questo rifugio più volte nel passato, non mi vedranno più!

24/05/2025: Die Lage war direkt an einer belebten Straße, 10 Gehminuten vom Samstag Markt entfernt, das Essen war gut, relativ teuer, die Speisekarte gab’s nur in italienisch, die Bedienung war ganz ok.

11/05/2025: Ottima accoglienza e buon cibo. L’atmosfera è stata sempre all’insegna della tranquillità. La cura verso il cliente sempre attenta e pronta a soddisfare qualunque esigenza. Porzioni abbondanti e varie. Gaetano, il proprietario, è stato super ! Tornerò ogni qualvolta capiterò a Bolzano.

10/04/2025: Es war alles einfach fantastisch! Das Essen, die Atmosphäre, das Personal sind wirklich wunderbar. Seit Jahren besuchen wir die Haselburg anlässlich des Geburtstages meines Mannes und reservieren rechtzeitig einen Tisch, der immer wunderschön gedeckt ist und direkt am Fenster mit Blick auf Bozen platziert ist. Das Essen ist liebevoll angerichtet und die Weinempfehlungen sind professionell.

08/01/2025: come già espresso al managemnt della proprità vorrei esprimere il mio totale disappunto per il cenone di capodanno di cui ho avuto la sfortuna di partecipare. Ad iniziare dall 'aperitivo di benvenuto con prodotti/ingredienti di scarsa qualità serviti in maniera approssimativa e con pochissima quantità (la crema di castagne era immangiabile ndr). Il tavolo assegnato consegnandoci un pezzo di carta su cui era scritto il numero del tavolo; il guardaroba ra sprovvisto di numeri e quindi cappotti lasciati appesi senza logica. Dopo il òprimo antipasto abbiamo scoperto che il brindisi di mezzanotte non era compreso nel prezzo del cenone ma avremmo dovuto acquistare una bollicina onde festeggiare il nuovo anno: richiesta assurda e di bassissimo profilo professionale. Abbiamo sollevato la questione al Maitre il quale con fare borioso e supponente ci ha detto che ciò è normale prassi nei ristoranti e lui che ha viaggiato in tutto il mondo non hai mai visto offrire tale servizio. Poi alla fine ci dice : beh posso offrirvi due bicchieri di prosecco se proprio volete!! Quindi oltre alla beffa siamo stati anche offesi:una totale mancanza di stile, professionalità e di approccio al cliente. Alle 1030 pm siamo andati via dopo avere appena assaggiato i due antipasti (la minestra di cavolfiore era degna di una mensa RSA) ed il risotto, salatissimo con delle scaglie di un tartufo estivo legnoso ed insapore. Il maitre sorpreso e seccato , al momento del conto, ci ha offerto il vino , che avevamo ordinato, come gesto riparatorio Concludo dicendo che uno Chef che vanta un CV importante, non ultimo all'Hotel Bulgari di Milano non dovrebbe tollerare tali situazioni e Se responsabile del menù dovrebbe riflettere riguardo le sue capacità in eventi del genere. Unica nota positiva è stata la cameriera che si occupava delle bevande che dispiaciutissima è venuta a chiederci perchè stavamo andanado via e contrita ci ha espresso il suo dispiacere. Non oserò più avvicinarmi a questo locale durante la mia permanenza lavorativa a Bolzano ne lo consiglierò ad amici o conoscenti o colleghi

23/03/2025: Locale in posizione molto bella. Servizio disorganizzato ed approssimativo. Due primi piatti molto salati, da dimenticare. Discreto il Kaiserschmarren. Non è stato piacevole sentire il personale che, al bancone, commentava i capelli sporchi della collega.

23/06/2025: Great hotel, good value for money. Dog-friendly. We booked quite spontaneously, just three days before arrival. It was handled smoothly over the phone. We slept excellently. The breakfast was great, and the staff and hotel owners were super accommodating and hospitable. You feel completely at home. We'll be back!

04/06/2025: I was able to stay here for four nights. The location is perfect, and after a wonderful and restful sleep, you're treated to a fantastic breakfast buffet. There's nothing you can't find. The owner's homemade cakes were divine. The coffee was outstanding; as were the scrambled eggs. The room, which had a balcony, was very spacious and offered everything you needed. You can use the beautiful natural pool outside in the garden and refresh yourself. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. I'd love to come back. Thank you very much. PS: The village itself has everything you need, including a supermarket, a restaurant, and leisure activities.

29/04/2025: Zenzero restaurant was a delightful experience! The Thai and Mediterranean dishes have been prepared with care and love, and the place is welcoming and clean. The quality of the products is evident in every dish, and the wide choice of wines was a pleasant surprise. The staff was courteous and professional, making our experience even more pleasant. Super recommended!

The cuisine is a mix of Italian tradition and Asian influences, particularly Thai, with proposals ranging from Apulian focaccia with stracciatella to tuna fillet with wasabi. The quality of the ingredients can be felt in every dish, and the attention to presentation is always impeccable. The staff is courteous and professional, and helps make the overall experience pleasant. However, as much as I appreciate the level of cuisine, I prefer places that manage to blend influences into a more fusion identity, rather than presenting two separate gastronomic lines. However, Zenzero remains a good choice for those who want to try original and well-prepared dishes, in an environment that can make you feel at ease. Ideal for those who have no clear preferences between the two cuisine options and are looking for variety and quality.

15/06/2025: Location immersed in peace and greenery, friendly staff attentive to the needs of the guests, wonderful spa. Huge rooms with spectacular views, heated pool and super relaxation area. Friendly and helpful even with children who did not want the stay to end, Thomas, the son of the wonderful owners, was an excellent entertainer for my children. Excellent cuisine. Highly recommended, we can't wait to go back.

20/05/2025: Frequented several times and increasingly satisfied after each visit, I chose Trattoria Excelsior for my son's communion. Super helpful staff for every request, impeccable fish, fresh and perfectly cooked. Typical seafood restaurant, original and welcoming. Pino and Camillo unsurpassed.

28/04/2025: Siamo stati in questo ristorante in occasione del pranzo e mi ricordo un lunedì giorno in cui difficilmente i ristoranti sono aperti e così per caso siamo stati accolti in questo ristorante. Io ho gustato con molto piacere un primo piatto a base di pasta fresca e tartufo nero:ottimo.Ma devo dire che tutte le altre portate sono state altrettanto eccellenti. 15/02/2025: Scelto da un ricordo tanti anni fa che non ci ha tradito. Cena buonissima! Penso che tutto quello che offrono è buono! Loro sono gentili, il cibo è di qualità eccezionale! Una cucina molta raffinata, basata su ingredienti di ottima qualità. Noi torniamo sicuramente quest'estate.

Il cibo è di eccellente qualità e ben preparato; questa volta ho preso la cotoletta ed è una delle migliori che abbia mai mangiato in vita mia. Torneremo qui ancora una volta; la qualità dei prodotti e dei piatti non lasceranno indifferenti. Inoltre, questo ristorante utilizza prodotti di produzione propria.

01/03/2025: Eine sehr schöne Location mit einem tollen Blick. Im Prinzip alles super, aber als dann die Rechnung kam und für zwei Portionen Kaiserschmarrn 60 Euro berechnet wurden war die Herrlichkeit schnell vorbei. Das steht in keiner Relation zum Wareneinsatz, wenn auch die Qualität sehr gut war. Schade

06/01/2025: Location da sogno .. e anche una polenta da sogno. I prezzi alti come in tutti i rifugi ma ne vale davvero la pena. Ci torneremo sicuramente.
