Metro' In Bolzano

A great, welcoming place with friendly and professional staff. I recommend the pizza made by excellent pizza chefs.

Excellent pizza, especially the characteristic “metro” (or half-meter) with its significant thickness and special crunchiness!

Delicious pizzas, with the option to try not only classic pizzas but also various types of dough, such as chickpeas, charcoal, spelt, and more. Rectangular pizzas, half a meter or more thick, are also available. The restaurant is spacious, but reservations are recommended.

Large cold buffet, but microwaveable, with grilled vegetables, not fish. And then there's the pizzeria and restaurant. Elegant and well-kept.

The food was excellent. We were served by a truly nice young man, friendly, helpful, polite, and "clean"—we might say impeccable. A small mistake from the kitchen; the apology and the fact that they didn't charge for the dish were much appreciated. I can't say if they've changed management or if the wait staff has made such a big difference compared to years ago, but in any case, it's become a place that has pleasantly surprised me.

I've always been satisfied so far. The staff is quick and friendly. The pizza is good.

The vegetable pizza is very good and light.
