02/05/2026: We were a group. The welcome from the owner was very good. The cocktail was very weak and could be improved. Starting with the room: The bathroom was newly renovated, the furnishings were older but well-maintained. The mattresses were very soft and could use replacing. The balcony was lovely with an even better view of the Mutspitze peak and the valley. It was always clean. Service in the restaurant was very good. The reception staff were also always helpful. The breakfast buffet was adequate and perfectly sufficient. The only negative point was dinner. You had to eat a lot of salad beforehand, and the men, in particular, had trouble with the portion sizes. For example, two tortellini as a starter is quite small. But the main criticism was the taste. It was almost entirely lacking in flavor. Very bland. It was missing everything, even spices and salt. Improvement is needed. Perhaps it's also due to our age that we would have preferred traditional South Tyrolean cuisine instead of fancy dishes. The dessert was decorated with mint leaves, which were all wilted – something we've never seen before. It's best to avoid it. Otherwise, the hotel is a good choice.

Strengths Analysis Location and Atmosphere: The location offers one of the most evocative panoramic views in the area. The visual impact, combined with the design of the rooms (extremely welcoming and well-maintained), defines a setting I would describe as unparalleled. Management and Hospitality: The true added value is the human capital. The owners manage the property with a dedication that transforms the guest-hotelier relationship into an almost family-like bond. The welcome is impeccable, warm, and consistent. Services and Wellness: The common areas and services are top-notch; in particular, the pool proves to be a key element for relaxation. Food and Wine: The quality of the food is excellent, complemented by a varied and high-quality breakfast buffet. Although the dinner price is slightly above average, it's justified by the quality of the ingredients and the service. Final Considerations The only real "downside" is the objective difficulty of leaving the property at the end of your stay: leaving such a rejuvenating and harmonious environment is the only sore point in an otherwise perfect experience.

26/06/2026: This place is fantastic - the best spot I found while spending the week in Bolzano. I’m not sure what another reviewer was talking about, the service was so lovely and very friendly. The owner was about to close for the day due to the heat, but she let me stay for as long as I wanted, had me try several wines without me even asking, and served a delicious plate of mozzarella, sun-dried tomatoes, olives, and basil (seriously recommend this on a hot day). She also gave me a little tour of her wares that she uses to prepare the small plates she serves. Just the best little spot, I only wish I had visited earlier during my stay in Bolzano and not on my last night! If I’m ever visiting Bolzano again, I will be back.

20/12/2025: Great food, delicious, and a wonderful atmosphere! We had Nonna's Bowl twice. A fantastic and incredibly tasty vegetarian dish! We also enjoyed a delicious espresso and a very tasty freshly squeezed multivitamin juice (apple, orange, carrot)! A great café that serves breakfast and brunch until 2 pm. You can also sit inside. We've rarely seen such a clean restroom. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely be back!

They brought me everything lactose-free, given my intolerance, and my brunch truly had everything. Excellent service, friendly and welcoming staff. Quiet place. We'll definitely be back, and it's definitely a great gift voucher idea.

21/06/2026: We were really disappointed with our visit to this restaurant! First of all, the table was covered in dirt like sand and other food scraps, the bench was wet, and we had to leave with wet trousers. We even found a hair in our cabbage salad. Furthermore, we ordered two dishes, and the first arrived after 15 minutes and the second half an hour later, even though they were ordered at the same time.

13/07/2026: I recommend this place if you want to eat something different from the local cuisine. I ordered a Thai rice dish and beer: delicious. The price was fair: less than 15 euros. The waiter was kind and attentive. There was just a short wait for the food (considering there were few customers).

06/06/2026: It's THE café/pub/restaurant on the Adige Cycle Path. Located right on the route, in the heart of the village, yet picturesquely situated on a set of steps leading down to the Adige River. Very friendly service, good food. Ideal for a cyclist's break. All good. 👍
