05/05/2026: On May 1st, we booked a double room (25 m²) with a balcony via Booking.com. The room number 109 we were given (not Booking.com's fault) was not the one we had booked, but was part of one of their old and shabby-looking apartments where they had locked off the kitchen area. We paid €149.50 excluding tourist tax for one night. After complaining about this at the reception, the lady in question said that this accommodation is also advertised as a double room with a balcony and that we should be happy that this room was more spacious, to which I replied that I was not happy with this and certainly had not asked for it. The bedroom was clean, but looked like it was from forty years ago. The bathroom looked even worse than basic, with one bar of soap and two small sachets of shampoo. Furthermore, there was a small square wooden rack with shelves to put your toiletries on. On the balcony, there were two plastic chairs without a table. The double room is listed on their own website under the apartments for the period we stayed for €129, and that includes the kitchen. I let the lady at the reception know that even this amount is far too high for what you get, especially with a kitchen area that is still locked. Her response was: today is May 1st (a public holiday) and prices are higher then; what nonsense (how can you come up with that?). I filed my complaint with Booking. After Booking contacted Schauerhof about this, they were unable to reach an agreement with the accommodation. I would like to let people planning to book at this accommodation know to keep a close eye out so that you don't get crammed into an old apartment.

23/03/2026: We had dinner at the restaurant. It was a wonderful surprise. I hadn't heard of it, even though I've been coming to Vipiteno for decades. I'll definitely be back.

25/07/2025: I went there for the cream and cafe and it was ok. Since there are not many options in Sarentino.

22/04/2026: I visit at least once a year during my ski vacation. The food and service are among the best in the area. The view is also stunning.

25/11/2025: I visited the restaurant based on reviews, and honestly, it's absolutely terrible. First of all, it's tiny, like a buffet. Then the food is awful, may God preserve our blessings. The restaurant smells like oil; it got all over my clothes. I don't know if I cooked in broken oil, may God preserve our blessings. And the food is expensive! I miss the buffet behind my house in Saudi Arabia.

08/09/2025: It's a small agriturismo run by very friendly owners. It was a great stop for my bike ride. Since I was alone, I had no problems, but reservations are required as it's very small.

31/08/2025: Despite there being no signs or other indications, the owner immediately barked at us through the window upon arrival, telling us we'd parked our bikes too far back in the long driveway. When we then wanted to enter the dining room and asked for a table for 6, a woman rudely informed us that a reservation was required (hadn't we read that online?). To be honest, I didn't expect that at a farm tavern/snack bar, and it must be said that the weather was bad and therefore relatively quiet. Everything was fine, but I didn't need to be spoken to twice, so we moved on.

21/12/2025: This is a truly wonderful family hotel, with very nice and very clean rooms, beautiful wooden furniture, and extremely friendly owners. It is located in the center of the town, and in the basement there is a lovely small spa. We will definitely return to this wonderful hotel. Robert

16/05/2026: The food was truly excellent, nothing to complain about. It's a shame that a young waiter with a goatee completely ruined the experience with his rude, arrogant, and completely out of place attitude from the first minute. He seemed annoyed even by being spoken to, with curt responses and a manner that would be a joke to call "professional." Such terrible service shouldn't exist in a place where the food truly deserves it. I won't be returning until the staff changes, because this kind of behavior is unacceptable.

13/05/2026: A pleasant and convenient place, being next to the pool. The dining room is spacious and offers plenty of space. However, the menu is overly extensive and somewhat touristy; however, the quality of the food is good. Prices are in line with the offerings. I'm giving it 3 stars only because some dishes aren't typical of the area.

12/05/2026: Opened just under two years ago, it's clearly trying to do fusion with a bit more thought than usual. It's not just neon, mirrors, and generic Asian fare served with two chopsticks to give you a sense of internationality. When it comes to sushi, boats, and rolls, it focuses heavily on presentation: colors, layers, dry ice, fresh petals, a cloud effect. A bit theatrical, yes, but it's effective. It doesn't feel like an empty gimmick: it accompanies thoughtful and well-constructed dishes, with a desire to do something more than just the usual tray. The hot dishes are more substantial and very enjoyable. Here, you can feel the attention to flavor, to umami, to those flavors between Chinese and Southeast Asian cuisine that work because they're direct, warm, and satisfying. I liked the Yaki Udon for this: simple, balanced, and ready to be seasoned to your taste. A smart choice, because sometimes it's nice not to be dominated by the sauce. The space is small but well-finished: neon, mirrored surfaces, a modern fusion atmosphere. Not huge, but welcoming. And not cold. The real difference, however, is the service. Practical, yes, but warm, kind, almost familiar. The host has a calm, respectful, and patient manner, and manages to make everything work without unnecessary agitation. In many places these days, they serve you as if you were messing with an algorithm. Overall, a refined, pleasant fusion with its own personality. Scenic without being just a show, concrete where needed, and managed with a humanity that stands out. We'll gladly return.

06/05/2026: So delicious! This is the best pad thai I've had in Europe so far! The chicken rice was also delicious, and the tom yum soup was so good too 🥹🥹🥹 The only regret is that they didn't have padova! I still miss the flavor, damn!

16/04/2026: The lobby is very beautiful, welcoming, and spacious. I found the staff at reception to be very professional and friendly. The breakfast is excellent, with a wide selection of both savory and sweet items. They also offer a protein breakfast with various seeds, dried fruit, and low-fat yogurt. There are few cakes, but the strudel and jams are delicious. The room is 80% occupied by a double bed, which is made into a queen-size bed. You sleep with a loose duvet. There is a safe, but no minibar. Trouser hangers are available upon request. The bathroom has been completely renovated, beautiful, and functional, but there is no bidet. There is a 24-inch DT TV. I didn't use the Wi-Fi. For smokers, there is a small balcony with a chair and an ashtray. The shutters are electric. The room is double-glazed, and on the street side, the bathroom window must also be closed to block out traffic. Very clean.

08/04/2026: We received a very friendly welcome and were given a family suite on the first floor, which had a beautiful view of the lovely garden and the mountains. Everything was very clean and spacious. There was a large parking lot behind the hotel, and we ate at the hotel. The set menu was excellent and reasonably priced. Breakfast was also varied and of good quality. The staff throughout were very courteous. With the hotel's guest card, you can travel to the city center free of charge. All in all, a very successful and pleasant stay.

07/12/2025: Everything would have been perfect if there had been a little more seasoning in the 2 first courses.

22/10/2025: Family run restaurant with delicious pizza and pasta at affordable price. Hosts are friendly and we felt at home.
