12/03/2025: Amazing, super creative food and wine pairings, beautiful presentation, knowledgeable and friendly service, wonderful experience all around. My husband and I have enjoyed a lot of phenomenal and high end fine dining venues, Suinsom exceeded our high expectations and then some! We will for sure be back the next time we are in the Dolomites!

15/08/2025: A perfect break between heaven and earth If you're looking for a refuge where the view meets good food, this place at 2,070 meters above sea level is a must-see. Located right next to the cable car, it's easily accessible even for those who don't want to tackle long hikes. The food is excellent, as you'd expect from mountain huts and refuges: authentic, simple, and flavorful. I ordered a Milanese cutlet with fries—a classic served with care here. The cutlet was dry, not greasy, and perfectly crispy. The fries were excellent, accompanied by the inevitable sauces: ketchup and mayonnaise, always appreciated. The seating area is spacious and well-organized, perfect for relaxing after a hike or simply enjoying the sun and fresh air. The staff is friendly and helpful, and if they're not too busy, it's pleasant to chat—a detail that makes the experience even more authentic.

05/08/2025: Good food with the most amazing views. Lots of options for vegetarians and for children. The prices are more than reasonable given the amazing views / being in the middle of the mountains.

25/09/2025: I wish it had less than one star. Yesterday I was there and the staff were very rude and racist, and their way of dealing with people was bad. It became clear to me that they only treat Germans well.

12/09/2025: We liked cleanliness and access to undeground garage (extra 10 eur). Beds are pretty comfortable. Disliked · Condition of the bathroom is very poor, some elements are even dangerouns (shower seat, see photos). Room equpement is very basic, as is choice of foor for breakfast (there was no salad at all). TV is very small. Bathroom doors cannot be fully closed. Rooms oriented at Via Scuderia are VERY noisy. For 150 euros for 2 per night this is unacceptable.

10/09/2025: Located right next to Untermais train station. The restaurant is recommended; the rooms are a bit dated, but the service is friendly.

24/08/2025: This is unbelievable behavior towards people. We parked briefly and wondered where to eat with two children. We were insulted, saying we were standing in front of his shop and he was waiting for 20 reservations. We were told to move immediately and were insulted further. Food – no idea, but anyone who treats people like that shouldn't be supported in business. Waiting guests also left after his incident. Talking to people like that in front of children – unbelievable.

01/08/2025: A halal restaurant, especially for Gulf people. Its food is delicious. It has excellent and delicious biryani and other dishes. The workers are Pakistani Muslims.

02/09/2025: A beautiful place to spend a half-day relaxing in the countryside with the kids. Lots of different animals. Highly recommended.

10/08/2025: Entrance fee is €10 per person. Easy to get to. Very cute and suitable for children. There are many different animals, from goats to lynxes. The animals are well-kept and happy. There were many babies when we went. I recommend a visit if you're not sure what to do in the area. The only thing I would do is remove the feeders, which I think are unhealthy: the animals are stuffed all day by visitors.

17/05/2025: We went for a late dinner and were welcomed without any problem. We went with our dog, and they let us come in and dine with him. The service was very friendly, and the pizzas were incredible. We wanted a typical Italian pizza, and this place was perfect. We're thrilled with places like this that are pet-friendly and make you feel accepted. Thank you so much!

14/07/2025: On Saturday, July 12th, I came in and asked for a coffee and a croissant, only for the girl serving me to tell me they didn't have croissants, only pastries, which was a good thing. I ordered a macchiato and an apple strudel. I WOULD NEVER HAVE DONE THAT! It was served on a plate, and the portion was very generous, but once I tasted it, my mouth collapsed. I don't know if it was because it had been a long time since I'd had an apple strudel, but that was truly delicious. Congratulations again!!!

26/08/2025: Everything was excellent! Delicious appetizers, good Buchteln and Studel (traditional German sausages)! Great atmosphere!

12/07/2025: I'm giving it 5* because I can't rate the tavern, and the owner probably can't help it. Once we got there, we realized we had to pay to enter the castle. We just wanted a quick bite to eat... what a shame.

03/05/2025: At the beginning of May a wonderfully warm evening 24*C A very fine meal from starters to the main course to dessert, very balanced and super tasty. Staff very friendly and accommodating.
