Food-sleep service very good. Central location quickly in the center best bus connections in many directions. Also on foot. Fast in the mountains. One stop to the Saturday market. Supermarkets one stop away. Parking, have underground parking even better. And with the Bozen Card it's super easy to compliment Bozen. You can leave the car there.

Good structure. The only flaw, a waitress during breakfast who ignores my question quite clearly, except for proving to be very helpful to those who address her in German. What can I say, I hope I was wrong.

Very friendly reception. Clean room also very quiet. Gladly again. The restaurant is visually stunning and the staff is also very accommodating. I would no longer order the food I ordered, smoked meat with sauerkraut.

The only flaw was that from my room I could only see the building opposite. Hotel in front of Gries church. Car parking a stone's throw from the hotel. Ho soggiornato in questo albergo e devo dire che sono rimasto soddisfatto per il servizio offerto, per la cordialità alla reception, per la camera dotata di tutti i comfort. Colazione con vario assortimento tra dolce e salato. Consigliato

Siamo stati a Bolzano a soggiornare in questo meraviglioso hotel: semplice e confortevole. Camere pulite e ordinate, riscaldamento sempre attivo, personale attento e gentile, sia per quanto riguarda il servizio di pulizia giornaliera, sia per il servizio di accoglienza check-in e check-out. Gradita la Bolzano Card che ci ha permesso di viaggiare senza costi aggiuntivi in Alto Adige, sia per servizio urbano che per i treni regionali. Colazione abbondante, varia, dal salato al dolce, con preparazioni genuine. Consigliato.

Ho soggiornato in quest’hotel durante il capodanno per 4 notti, struttura nuova, posizione ben collegata al centro, colazione buona, personale gentile, parcheggio convenzionato, una pecca per me molto grave è che la Pulizia lasciava molto a desiderare sia vicino al bidet che vicino al wc c’erano macchie che sono rimaste per tutta la mia permanenza, il pavimento della stanza e del bagno non sono mai stati puliti, e c’era molta polvere, le asciugamani spesso erano macchiate, e lo spazzolone del bagno sporchissimo.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Pizza ottima ed anche il resto. Il cameriere Giovanni molto efficiente gentile e premuroso.
