Top hospitality, professional guest service and comfortable. The hotel is quiet and well located to the old town (depending on the bus, just 2 bus stops or 20 mins walking).

The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, as are the rooms! The location is a little outside of Bolzano, but it's very well-served by public transportation!

A lovely little city hotel. Very friendly and attentive staff. We can also recommend the food in the restaurant. Excellent location. The bus stop is right outside, and you can reach the city center in about 10 minutes. We've stayed here several times on our short trips and would gladly return.

I often go there with my wife when she teaches in Bolzano. Highly recommended. The staff is kind and friendly. The parking lot is nearby and owned by the hotel, with on-site parking for loading and unloading luggage. The restaurant is fabulous. Be careful if you have to get up early, as there are often groups of German pensioners who monopolize the breakfast room for the first 15-30 minutes after it opens.
