On Friday, as soon as I arrived from Naples in Bolzano, I discovered by chance this winery, excellently managed by a very professional, friendly lady. who cares about the quality of the products, especially the wines.

We stopped for a glass of wine while waiting for the train. Located in the central market of Bolzano. The place is small but nice and every detail has been taken care of. The lady in the room was very competent and friendly. He advised us and explained the serving glasses well. Each glass accompanied the olives and taralli. Then we took the mixed platter of cold cuts and cheeses. The dish is very refined and interesting, white asparagus and spring onions, jams and mustards, etc.... If there had been local cheeses, they would have been really top. Recommendation for anyone who wants to drink a good wine.

Einfach nur auf ein Glass Wein besucht beim Stadtbummel durch Bolzano. Sehr herzlicher Empfang und eine passionierte Erläuterung der Weinkarte (auf Wunsch, auch als Lezione Italiano gratuito, nur auf Italienisch). Der empfohlene Pro-Secco und auch der Rotwein aus der Region waren für unseren Geschmack top! Dazu wurden Oliven und auch Cracker gereicht und das alles für einen wirklich sensationellen Preis (2 Pro-Secco, 2 Rotwein für unter 15€!!! Die Bedienung sehr freundlich. Also top!

Wunderschöne Weinbar in der Altstadt von Bozen. Tolle Weine, leckere Antipasti und eine super sympathische Chefin. Wir kommen immer gerne vorbei. ❤️
