The service was simply fantastic. They asked about your wine preferences and then offered about three different wines to taste for free, allowing you to choose. The lady was so lovely and had so much information to support her recommendations. If you like, you can also get delicious snacks without any unpleasant price surprises! The price/performance ratio is absolutely fair (how anyone could mistake this for a tourist trap is beyond me). Thank you so much for this wonderful wine bar! ❤️

Banco 11 is an absolute must-visit when in Bolzano, even if getting a table isn't always easy. The owner is incredibly friendly and helpful, and even though she's explained the specialties a million times, she still takes plenty of time to explain everything. The fish platter is my absolute favorite, and I devour every last crumb. The wines are first-rate. Definitely "the place to be" in Bolzano.
