Every detail feels thoughtfully curated, creating such a warm and luxurious atmosphere. The breakfasts were outstanding — fresh, varied, and incredibly delicious every single morning. And the dinners? Simply spectacular. Restaurant-quality cuisine that made every evening feel special. The spa area is absolutely breathtaking — beautiful saunas, a truly relaxing atmosphere, and the perfect place to completely unwind and recharge. But what made this stay truly unforgettable was the staff. Without exaggeration, some of the kindest, most attentive, and genuinely wonderful people we’ve ever met. Their warmth and professionalism made us feel incredibly welcomed from the first moment. A truly perfect hotel experience — we would come back in a heartbeat! ❤️

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this family-run hotel in Brunico. From the moment you arrive, you can genuinely feel how much love, care, and attention the family puts into running the place. It truly makes all the difference. We were lucky enough to be there over Christmas, and everything was simply perfect. We stayed in a beautiful room in the new building, which was comfortable, modern, and spotless. It was a real pleasure to come back to after a day out. The food deserves a special mention. It was absolutely delicious at every meal. The girls serving our table were just wonderful, warm, kind, always smiling, and genuinely welcoming. They made us feel at home from day one. At first, I honestly thought that relying on the ski bus might be inconvenient and that the journey would feel too long. But after spending more than a week there, it really was not a hassle at all. The bus is very well organised, takes around 20 to 25 minutes, and quickly becomes part of the routine. Being able to stay in such a lovely hotel is more than worth it. As part of our holiday, we decided to spend our final night in a larger and more expensive hotel closer to the slopes. Unfortunately, that experience made us appreciate this hotel even more. Despite the higher price, the atmosphere felt cold and corporate, with a restaurant and reception that lacked warmth and employees who did not seem to genuinely care. The contrast was immediate and striking. Coming back mentally to this hotel, we realised how special it really is. We truly wish the family all the best because they gave us the very best during our stay. It was a dream winter holiday, and we loved every single moment. We would come back without hesitation.
